They cancelled my insurance for no reason
Apparently I submitted false information about where I’ve been living even though I literally live where I said I did. They’re now cancelling my policing and charging me 130 pounds fee. I’ve had my insurance for less than three weeks and I’m being charged 310 pounds. Don’t trust these guys, they’re a scam and seemingly will make up anything to conceal your policy!

These r slow
All ai. This insurance company is run by npcs and when u try and call them an npc answers the phone. If u have an accident and try and claim they do absolutely nothing and when u call them an npc answers and tells u to go on the app and when u go on the app an npc tells u u are in a queue and just leaves you there: FOREVER.
So easy to use it
No need to unnecessary phone calls, you can do anything from app. Thank you guys
Shockingly bad - not fit for purpose
The app doesn’t work for me on either an Apple or Android phone. I cannot log into my account and have not been able to for almost 3 months So I cannot access payment details to change my payment card, which has meant that I get charged an additional £22.50 per month even though it is Marshmallow’s app which is not working.

Tricked into downloading an app and digial ID
Nothing is mentioned about having to use an app to ‘activate’ your car insurance- until after you have paid. Then you have to upload your ID and take a selfie in order to ‘activate’. Cheaper than other car insurance but no doubt they will be selling all of your data (including your biometrics) to make up for it. Cancelling this bs straight away.

Its a best insurance ever like some insurance rake to much time to just change the document and the marshmallow is very good in these things I ever updated my document as like new address and many more things they change it just in a moment. thank you

ONLY CHAT NO PHONE- RIP offs stay away Only chat first AI no real person. Ask for real person in the chat and finally getting a person on the chat, passed on to another person and their supervisor decides to cancel the policy. Nobody talks on the phone and cancelled the policy due to being a street trader. Charged me £190+ for 11 days policy.

They have said I have given wrong information but won’t tell me what information is wrong I put all correct information, hard to get through to customer service aswell.
