Best recipe app out there
I love how intuitive the design and it’s so easy to import recipes in a bunch of ways! It does stop you from being able to use the features a bunch of times without paying. But other parts of the app remain free. Highly recommend!
I hate subscription
I love this app! It really works well and is quite accurate with the AI modes and for copying recipes down (both in French and in English. Really does what I want and need it to. However, I really hate the fact that it’s 70$ a year subscription. In fact, I hate all apps that have subscriptions. There was a time that you paid one price, the app was yours forever. Now, you only ever rent apps, continuously feesing the corporate greed. Annoying af… for that reason, you get 1 star.
Promising but annoying
This seemed like such a great app. But then I realised it changes quantities of ingredients and omits some data altogether. It changes metric measurements to imperial by default and then irritatingly converts incorrectly to metric when you change units to metric. So you have to manually change everything via the edit button. Disappointing. Would be much better if it retained the original units of the recipe
Don’t waste your money
Worked until I paid for the subscription, now nothing works anymore…so I received a note from Flavorish suggesting I reinstall the app and this did work, currently the app is working again. Thanks for the tip, apparently it is a common issue.
Love it!
Flavorish makes meal planning and saving receipts so easy and convenient.
Alters recipes or incomplete
I’ve had several recipes with ingredients listed and stroked out & grayed out as if the author has changed the recipe BUT if after a few fails I have gone back to the original recipe and the flavor ish app has changed the recipe. Makes the downloaded recipes useless as they are untrustworthy. No one wants to use a recipe that is iffy or potentially wrong. What’s up with that flavorish developers?
Overpriced for what it is
Does something that you can do completely free using ChatGPT and your bookmarks bar for $6 a month.
Quelques bug
Bien mais pas mal de bug. La gestion des accents par exemple cause énormément d’erreurs dans les recettes
Too expensive
Very nice app, would love to have it but, it way too expensive!
Missed opportunity
Allowing 5 social media shares is a missed opportunity. Uninstalling now.
Loved until Nutrition info stopped working??
Fantastic app but recently have noticed that the nutrition breakdown has stopped working. I prioritize high protein and high fiber receives so this function was one of the main reasons I was happy to pay for a subscription. Can this be fixed please?
Amazing!
So user friendly, I love it!
scraping
This app is scraping illegally from websites without licensing or consent from creators.
Trouble saving recipes
It was working great until today. Tried saving recipes via social media links directly to app and by pasting link. Keeps saying something went wrong and can’t save it
My online recipe book
Flavorish is an excellent way for me to save recipes from all over the internet, in one convenient place. It is very easy to use, and I consult it multiple times a week when deciding what to cook. It saves me from having to log in to multiple websites to find whichever recipes I have ‘liked’ on each website. The software has not glitched on me ever. I highly recommend this app!!
Not worth your money
Unable to accurately give measurements for recipes from social media (TikTok/instagram) even when those recipes have specific measurements in the comment or text
Promising but lacks editing capabilities
I’m looking for a very basic no frills app to save all the recipes I find online. I tend to often increase serving size and make some changes to measurements. This app was promising but I found it difficult to make changes to saved recipes. It doesn’t update the measurements when you increase serving size in the “edit” function. I have to manually change serving sizes each time I open the recipe to get the measurements to update. It didn’t import the metric measurements along with the standard US measurements. It’s also a minor detail but some recipe ingredients are originally divided by parts like wet, dry, sauce, xyz layer… and the app grouped them all together. Overall I didn’t find it very easy/intuitive to make changes to a recipe. With some changes I think it could be a great app.
Instagram recipes
Finally I found a new way. Thanks. 👏
Misleading!
Highlights get off so I’ll media accounts…Facebook, instagram,YouTube etc. Ya only if in caption. Which most people don’t. So therefore only given 5 and then have to pay. What a waste of tim
Can this get any better?
I’ve been loving my experience using Flavorish and have seriously been using it every single week. It is super easy to navigate and it keeps me inspired in the kitchen without feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend!
Cumbersome clunky
I’ve been using it now for about a day and I’m finding it very cumbersome to import recipes it keeps telling me that there’s an error and it can’t be done. Something went wrong it says and I do it five or six times following along the protocol laid out and it just doesn’t work. I have no ideawhat’s going on because it doesn’t give you any other information other than it didn’t save.
Amazing app!
Thank you for this amazing app! I panicked when they announced that Yummly was shutting down . Someone online suggested your app. It’s easy to use and I saved all my recipes in your app. I’m suggesting to everyone I know !thanks again 😊
Silly Price
How did we go from recipe cards to $70 a year? Ridiculous price. Again, another app that fails to properly educate the customer in the description. The free version only allows five saved recipes. Total waste of time.
Recipe App with unique AI features
Flavorish makes cooking so much easier! I’ve only ever cooked simple meals but this apps helps me learn new recipes that I know I’ll love. If I don’t know what to make, I just insert the ingredients in my cupboard and let AI do the rest. One of my favourite features is that I can now take a picture of any dish and AI will generate the recipe for me. This way I can recreate food that I know I love without pestering people for the recipe.
Meal prep made easy!
Flavorish simplifies meal planning and offers customizable recipes tailored to my needs. It's user-friendly and saves me valuable time in the kitchen. The recipes I've tried are delicious, and I highly recommend this app, especially for busy-bees looking to streamline cooking routines.
