This App been under maintenance for about month. There’s no way to contact them. I have tried for a month, nothing.
Highly confused as to why this is so highly rated
I’ve used most finance apps on iOS and after having this (and subscribing) for over 3 weeks I cannot find a use case

The app keeps wanting me to subscribe to use but won’t tell me pricing before I click through.
It has a lot of potential…
I loved the 7 day trial, the Stock Prophet, the inside trading pages were awesome. The articles helped me make sense of the mysteries of the market. I hit some gains - and lost some money on those I got into too late. Then I paid for the basic membership. I got charged twice for December and the stock prophet went away, and I don’t know how to get it back. Membership levels are called different things on the site/app - basic, premier, pro, elite… and I’m confused… Stock.News acts like a beta version and a single man operation…I’m hoping they are able to level up and get their act together. This could be my favorite app ever… but not yet. I contacted customer service for the double charge, and got no response… I tried to contact customer service for the Stock Prophet question, and “only one ticket is allowed” and there’s no one is answering questions. No one at the helm. The Feedback area on the app is 20-30 digits long, and no punctuation offered, so it’s almost useless. I still have hopes given how great the 7 day trial was. I’m hoping this review gets some attention and I can get a credit for the double charge - and I can get the Stock Prophet back. If not I will keep looking and go on down the road.
Review of the app
The app is not worth the price. They DONT send out alerts for viral stocks. I paid 69.99 I got a few messages daily about stocks that was about over when they sent the message. They don’t alert before the trade started in advance. About a daily stock they were eyeing. The scanner has the same info Robinhood has with gainers and all for free. You need charts you can use yahoo. The app and alerts are NOT worth the price they are asking. I was really looking forward to this new improved app. But I was let down! I been with them like 7 months. But will not be paying 69.99 for the little info given. This is was a let down for the money spent!

Spamming app
Alerts are mostly promotional. They are spamming me even after I unsubscribed and closed my account. This app not worth it even if it’s free.
Pump and dump app
They make you pay for a “membership” to lose money. Oh and when you mention you lost money they remove you from their community. These jack@sees need a lawsuit. & they better hope I don’t give them just that.
The “Secret Stocks” alerts have been horrible lately.
I’m not sure how they don’t realize that every time that they release a stock pick while still in the pre-market, it’ll shoot up 30-40% in one minute, sure, but then it’ll come crashing back down the next, slightly recover and then just slowly lose steam for the rest of the day. I wish they would wait till market open, cause that’s when the stock picks actually soar for hours.

Ads and text spam
Downloaded and nothing but ads pop up for upgrade or subscription and didn’t even get to look at the app before I just deleted. I also recommend not to allow the text stuff. Mad spam to your phone

The best and easiest way to do it it’s so straightforward helps/ guides you through it it’s just so easy
Gain for paid customers
You will get the scoop when you pay, for the free user they have some sort of useless data which is correct data but not useful. Oh and they take your phone number upfront so they can send you junk latter not only that they will give it to their affiliates. It says right there in the agreement so be careful.

I downloaded the application and did not see it helpful but made a mistake of giving out the phone number and now I am getting spammed with text messages and no way to stop them. Be aware

Deleted after I found out it was paid only after you give your number. They sell your number immediately and already received 3 different companies texting me with 10 min.
