Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. lädt und lädt und lädt. Frust.
Etwas unübersichtlich
Da ich früher gewohnheitsmäßig immer Google Maps benutzt hatte, fällt es schwer mit Kurviger + /Pro umzugehen. Ich finde es etwas kompliziert eine Route zu beenden und dann eine neue zu planen. Warum nicht einfach ein X und dann fragt man. Z. B. Aktuelle Route beenden, Speichern, oder fortsetzen. Oder neue Route planen. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr gute App. Bitte etwas vereinfachen. Kann aber auch sein, dass ich zu dumm bin🤷🏼♂️ oder zu kompliziert denke. Hoffe das ich das Programm der App im Laufe der Zeit besser verstehe.
Optimales Planungstool
Bislang hab ich Track of the Day genutzt aber seit dem Kurviger auch Streckenabschnitte bietet, bin ich restlos begeistert.

Also erstmal: Sehr gute Darstellung am Carplay 7“Display. Preislich scheint alles OK. Aber mal eben ohne Große Planung am Carplay geht leider nicht, das, was ich wollte. Auch mal eben 2 Stunden Zeit und eine zwei Stunden Rundtour planen, geht nicht. Das hab ich mir doch andern vorgestellt.
Absolut Schlecht
Ich habe die App versucht zu nutzen in meinen Urlaub in Tschechien, aber die Routen Planung hat uns über Stock und Stein geführt. Habe dann die Navigation abgebrochen. Bedienung war ganz gut und übersichtlich gesehen die 2 Sterne
Bitte Apple Watch Anbindung inkludieren
Es wäre echt gut, wenn Kurviger genau wie Apple Karten eine "Spieglung" auf der Apple Watch hätte. Ich habe beim sportlichen Fahren keine Lust mein Handy oder nen Carplay-Display ans Motorrad zu bauen. Mir würde ein kurzer Blick auf die Apple Watch zur Orientierung ausreichen. Dann könnte man sich überlegen, eine schlanke Halterung für die Apple Watch am Lenkkopf zu basteln und hat nicht so ein "großes" Display/Gerät im "Arbeitsbereich".
Super zufrieden
Ich nutze die App seit März letzten Jahres und habe seitdem über 120 Routen aufgezeichnet. Mit der Routenplanung war ich bereits in Italien, der Schweiz, Luxemburg und in Belgien. Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Was mir noch fehlt ist eine automatische Routenumfahrung bei aktuellen Sperrungen und eine Anzeige im Display der jeweils erlaubten Höchstgeschwindigkeit für den aktuellen Streckenabschnitt. Ansonsten eine sehr gute App die ich regelmäßig bei meinen Touren nutze. Die Follow Funktion nutze ich auch sehr gerne und oft.
Bugs - unusable
I tried this app but it is stuck in the German language, even when you change it to English in settings it changes back to German as soon as I restart the App…Deleted.
Fast optimal
Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit und einigen Fehlern, die natürlich „Kurviger.de“ Schuld waren. Bevor Mann zu der Einsicht gekommen ist, dass das Problem vor dem PC sitzt, bin fast super zufrieden. Ich finde das „Kurviger.de“ manchmal etwas stur ist.
Bezahlen nur für Navigation…

Tracking ist schlecht
Eine aufgezeichnete Route im Nachhinein anzusehen, ist unzumutbar. Die Planung ist immer noch sehr gut.

Sehr runde App zum günstigen Preis
Die Planung am Rechner geht leicht und gut verständlich von der Hand. Lediglich am Handy ist es etwas frickelig. Bei der Planung drauf achten, das man die anzufahrenden Punkte auf die Route versetzt… Wenn die Punkte nicht abgefahren werden, führt einen die App immer wieder in diese Richtung. Sehr wichtig fänd ich, dass man Freunde irgendwie speichern kann, damit man nicht immer wieder per Link einladen muss.
Nicht zeitgemäß, ohne Biker- Logik
Die Navigatonsanzeige war vom Ablesen her gut. Der Algorithmus geht auch beim Abo Tourer+ bei den Kurviger-Einstellungen nicht nach bewerteten und bewährten Motorradstrecken sondern nimmt je nach Landschaftsbild oft Versorgungswege und schlechte Strassen als bevorzugte Route. Die Kilometerangaben und Zeitangaben waren weit weg von den realen. Mühsam ist, dass auch wenn sich eine schönere und schnellere bekannte Motorrad-Route auf der Zieleingabe befindet, Kurviger diese nicht erkennt. KI Assistent ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Die Suche nach Zielpunkten wie Strassen und Adressen oder Hotels ist eher mühsam bzw. man findet die Hotels nicht. Kurviger scheint im Modus „Kurvig“ auf unserer Etappen Nebenstraßen und kleinste Verbindungswege zu stark zu bevorzugen. Wahrscheinlich kombiniert der Algorithmus Kurvigkeit, Straßenklassifikation so, dass schlecht gepflegte, enge oder landwirtschaftliche Straßen als attraktive Motorradstrecke erscheinen.
Mal gut, mal absoluter Schrott!!!
Ich kann meine Frust mit der App gerade nicht in Worte fassen. Ich fahre mit ihr durch Spanien, ich habe mehrere Wegpubkte eingetragen. Anstatt dass sie mir SAGT, Punkt eins erreicht, nein sie überspringt den Punkt und schickt auf die Autobahn. Das ist kein Einzelfall… sowas passiert immer wieder.
Beats Calimoto
I’ve tried several navigation apps and found many are lacking in the UK and Europe. It’s early days but so far Kurviger has created some outstanding routes. Using roads I know are the best around and finding new ones which I didn’t know existed.
Only for German speakers?
Ive tried to change the language to english to no avail. Set to english and thén it sets it back to german.
Verkehrszeichen 260
Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von Kurviger, Ich habe in diesem Jahr soviel tolle Touren damit gefahren, ob als Rundtour als Vorschlag oder selbst gebastelt. Aber es waren in dieser Saison doch oft Wege mit dem Verkehrszeichen 260 die mir vorgeschlagen wurden, das hat total genervt. Darum nur vier Sterne. Gruß Rolf
Not Great
It really could be a nice nav app, but it’s just so hard to work with. The interface is unintuitive, the routing avoidance is extremely harsh and even more unintuitive (what does 2/5 avoidance mean, exactly?). Cannot route to an address, rerouting is just bad and requires me to take my eyes off the road to navigate the options. Maybe it works well in Germany, but it’s borderline useless in America

Follow up review - great app!
I reviewed yesterday and left 4 stars because the last half of my route disappeared and was replaced with a direct path to the final waypoint. I thought this was a bug, but it was because “automatic rerouting” was enabled. With this option, and with me making an unplanned stop, and using another app (leaving the Kurviger app temporarily), it rerouted. I know how to avoid this now by disabling the automatic rerouting (which will ask me to manually approve a reroute). It would be nice if the reroute didn’t erase waypoints and kept the original route options. Maybe the reroute could be made to be a much smaller portion of the original planned route? This app is really good, and my inexperience with it shouldn’t warrant a less than 5 star review considering how useful and fleshed out this nav application truly is. The $25 annual subscription is a good value for sure.
Why in German?
Used the app on the website, no issue. Went to the app to buy it and it’s in German, can’t find a way to change to English
Gut, bis auf Kleinigkeiten
Anfangsschwierigkeiten sind überwunden. Wenn du von was anderem kommst, hakelt es halt schonmal. Was ich wirklich vermisse, eine Testansage, um die Lautstärke einzustellen. Das geht halt immer nur wenn eine Ansage kommt. Also wenn man fährt. Dann mal schnell die Lautstärke hoch mit Handschuhen, keine Chance. Ich jedenfalls nicht. Eine andere Möglichkeit habe ich bisher nicht gefunden.
Kurviger - Nerviger
Habe die App in Frankreich dabei. Ich habe über den Winter die Tagestouren geplant. Die Navigation ist ein Graus. Ich fahre eine Große Tourer. Kurviger schickt mich in irgendwelche Sackgassen, wo ein Wenden schier unmöglich ist. Baustellen kapiert das Navi auch nicht. Wenn ich die umfahren möchte, dreht Kurviger komplett durch und navigiert einen immer wieder zur Sperrung. Ich habe die App heute sofort gelöscht. Schön wäre, wenn ich mein Geld wieder bekommen könnte.
Not very intuitive
iPhone app not as good as the android from my husband. Not very intuitive, CarPlay options missing, e.g switch from curvy to fast.
Must try app, very good for new riders
The level of route customization is incredible good. I I am a new rider and I tried initially Waze and Google maps but even if I select to avoid highways and complicated intersections, it will still put me on dangerous roads for a new rider. I was lucky to find this app and it’s incredible. I totally recommend.
Make it easy to route
Why is this so hard for app designers to figure out? This app is not fun nor intuitive when used on a iPhone 17 Pro. Can’t figure out how to easily make routes on the fly. I tap a starting place and all I get for options is start or end. Why can’t we just get an app that works like: Tap and hold start location, tap waypoint added, tap and hold end location. Tap and hold and drag waypoint node to alter route path. Now add nice sounding voice direction prompts and some basic navigation calculations. I don’t always want to have to grab a laptop to plan a route nor do I trust an app to find the best route.
Fast perfekt
Mittlerweile benutze ich Kurviger schon seit fast 2 Jahren. Apple CarPlay ist mittlerweile gut integriert und macht keine Großen Probleme. Nachteil an der App ist das der Logarithmus selbst auf kurvigen Landstraßen immer wieder in Ortschaften reinführt da er hier noch mehr Kurven erkennt. Da wäre bei Vermeidungen die Option Ortschaften vermeiden vermutlich nicht das schlechteste.
Track Import nicht möglich
Da neuerdings der Import von Tracks nicht mehr möglich ist, bzw. automatisch eine Route draus erstellt wird, ist die App für mich nach jahrelanger Nutzung kein Geld mehr wert und ich überlege auch, diese nicht mehr zu nutzen. Schade, sehr schade. Ich fand die App immer klasse.
Overall great
Have been using this app for a months now very useful after getting the premium subscription, would have been 5 stars . Now that maps and other apps have warning for speed cameras i end up using 2 maps for navigation would be great if this app had that option
Great app and truly reliable
I reluctantly switched to another app as i needed carplay for a recent 1200 mile motorcycle tour. Unfortunately that app gave me no end of problems and mid tour I updated Kurviger with the new CarPlay feature. This app is brilliant, it’s rock solid and it allowed me to change road type mid route. So I would start with curvy minor roads and when i got tired, i just changed to faster roads. Its re-routing is fast and turn information is great (if sometimes a little late). All in all, Kurviger is now my go to app for road trips.
It’s okay nav but super buggy
Tried it for the first time today with free trial and it started out really well. After 30 mins it muted itself and altered the volume on my comms. After that I had to pull over a few times to restart app as it kept doing it. It is not as easy to adjust route on the fly either. Shame as it look me on such a good route.
Insgesamt gut
Ich habe eine Route geplant mit dreizehn Punkten. Während der Fahrt kam Regen auf und ich wollte den nächsten Punkt schneller erreichen. Konnte aber die Einstellungen nicht während der Strecke ändern. Musste neue Route erstellen. Das ärgerte mich.
Eifeltour im Sommer
Meine Motivation, diese App zu verwenden, war der Hinweis darauf, dass sie auch offline zu gebrauchen ist. Wer schon mal in der Eifel gefahren ist, weiß dass das australische Outback eine bessere Netzabdeckung hat. Nun, einige Sperrungen waren nicht vermerkt (19.06.26), Wegpunkte ließen sich mangels Netz nicht überspringen, Neukalkulation der Strecke funktionierte nicht (Fehlermeldung am laufenden Band). So macht Fahren keinen Spaß. Dank Google Maps „offline-Karten“ haben wir die Route weiterfahren können. Schade, die App machte bei der Planung Spaß und eigentlich einen guten Eindruck.
Room for improvement
Using the app is unintuitive. The spoken directions leave a lot to be desired, and are too slow in a city when you need prompt, concise instructions The web app is solid and is great for route planning, though. There is a solid foundation here, I hope they put the effort in to give it some polish

Thank you for making this app, it’s fantastic for route planning and is making the prep for my upcoming tour even more enjoyable! I really love you can customise the ‘twistyness’ of the route per waypoint, and the map style customisations. Just brilliant. Cheers.
Navigation is impossible…
The UI is ridiculous. Takes you in circles. Why is it so hard to add an address or location? Use google maps for inspiration. I didn’t even use it once and I’m already done with it.
Good Planning App, but no so good navigation
As a planning tools, works great, especially in a web browser and not so much on a mobile device. It works so great that it made me switch from other competitors. As a navigator, well, it still lacks a lot of functionality, especially when used via CarPlay. When in CarPlay mode, there’s no Overview option for the whole route, no skip function on the next waypoint. Also another very annoying thing that navigation does is that it zooms too much on the approach into roundabout or a turn, do much that I had difficulties in seeing what my exit was when in the roundabout. This was with auto zoom turned on. I think others have said it, POI, more is better, hence why alot of people use google maps. Would really like to see the above addressed , as it would made me stick with it for long term.

Great For Route Planning
I have used Kurviger a good few times now to plan routes throughout the Uk. Easy to use and edit routes. The real bonus is being to share by code or downloadable gpx files.
5 stars if CarPlay ever materializes.
Solid app. Mostly clever routing (USA). Lack of navigation via CarPlay is a huge missing piece. My phone does not go anywhere near my handlebars. It stays in my bag or pocket, so Kurviger is really just a planning app. Not a navigation app. But it has good potential. Other apps used: Garmin, Google, Scenic, Gaia, BMW App, CaliMoto,Map-My Route. Kurviger beats them all for planning.
Ditto on the need for Apple Carplay compatibility
I love the ease in route planning and would use it on the road if only CarPlay were available.

I haven’t used this app functionally yet but it keeps asking for a review so here, 2 stars. May update it later after use but prob not.
First time used this
It seems like it has all that I was looking for in planning my trip. It is not intuitive. I find myself constantly looking for how to change things and guessing how to do it. I’m not giving up on it yet, but the lack of documentation and some indication of how to navigate around the screen would be very helpful.
