Love it!
I love this app. I’m able to track all my rides and save them if there are routes, or portions of routes, that I want to go back to. Also I enjoy being able to see other people’s routes that they’ve saved and what they think about them. This is a good way to share and find great roads and great routes to ride.
GPS wants me to drive on water
So don’t know why I pay for this app when it calculates my route it doesn’t take into consideration that there is a body of water and no road. So it calculates the route as if my Bike could ride on top of the bay. Developers are idiots for this one.
Love this app
The only thing I would like to see is the ability to search for and add a destination without stopping a ride. Otherwise this is a great ride tracker. Use it often. Recommend always.
Crash detection
So I’m on the fence with this app. It does have some cool features and what not but the most concerning is the crash detection so I got in a motorcycle accident on the freeway, the crash detection was on the app running but failed to notify anybody and I was doing about 50 mph I am thankful I’m alive today but my biggest concern what would happen if I was somewhere where there wasn’t a lot of people and I crashed I’m guessing it would’ve done the same thing. I could’ve been hurt even worse or could’ve been dead so I’m pretty upset that it didn’t do thing.
Drops Routing
I used the app from Myrtle Beach SC to Chicago, followed Route 66 to LA, then to Denver and back hike to myrtle Beach in 21 days. Most days the app worked well. On about 6 days, when I stopped for about an hour, the route history would stop and when I checked it at the end of the day, from that point to my final stop, only a straight line appeared. Very frustrating when traveling Route 66.
This is “THE” app for riders
You can do so much with this app! Perfect for riders no matter what your cliche is! Love it! Knowing the crash detect is on leaves a great peace of mind as well!
Meh at best
Seems like a great idea. Unfortunately if you go off your planned route, it just keeps trying to take you back to where you went off. Also, you can't adjust mid route without ending and restarting. I've reached out to customer service multiple times bit have never gotten a response. Waste of money!!

Great app which I can share with my friends in other Countries I like the way that you can watch the ride through after. I haven’t tried the maps yet I use a different app for that. But will give it a go.
You better have great cell service
Used for a 1000mi trip around norcal this week. The navigation interface is great ... when it works. It's very strange that an app ostensibly for motorcycle trips fails so spectacularly when there's no cell service. "Recalculating ... recalculation failed." And don't even try to edit stops when there's no service, or to download offline maps -- this app can't do either of those essential things. So who is this for? I guess just for people cruising around urban areas with 100% cell coverage. If you are annually going on a long trip, you'd be better off with Apple Maps -- at least it can download offline maps.
Wonderful App for riders but with nuanced serious limitations
Fantastic round trip planning option. Crash detection is 5*s. Overall trip planning and suggesting routes is a huge plus. Where it irritates is its ability to re-route if you miss a turn. It does a pathetic recalculation of route if you miss a turn. I have had issues where it wanted me to go in to backyard lanes of homes to put me back on the planned route. Another serious limitation is the lack of awareness of road closures. It takes you all the way up to the road closures and then you are on your own. If you try to resolve this issue on your own it keeps bringing you back to the road closure route.
Good until it the dead end
I like the layout and it has some great features. My only issues are that when out in the country it sometimes tells you to turn onto a road that isn’t there. It might be a field or a driveway but not a road! The other issue is dead-ends. Twice I’ve been in the middle of nowhere and it’s tried to send me down a dead end road. Once I didn’t realize it until I reached the end. The next time the road had a clear sign saying “Dead End”. On a couple occasions I’ve had to use other apps to get me unlost.
Numerous roads surface not suitable for street bike

Apple Car Play?
Seems better than the Harley app. Still determining if I want to pay for a subscription. Any chance you can add this to Apple CarPlay so I can pull it up on my nav screen? I think this would be a game changer and I’d see the value in paying for a subscription.
Bad tracking
App doesn’t track well even in clear sky view of satellites and full bar cell coverage area. Track jumps across bare land and only shows half of the tracked route even when the trip summary shows that the mileage was actual.
Almost There
I gave this app a test while going out on a drive where I like to take multiple routes each time 1 go. I have planned it out on my own and I feel like the my planning took just about as much time and was about the same amount of effort. The app did crash on me a few times, but my phone is 4 years old now so I do not blame the devs there. My biggest issue with the app was that the app did not know when roads were closed. My trip was 560 total miles and on 3 occasions roads were closed. I had poor cell coverage a the recalculation would not work. In the attempt my iPhone 13 Pro reached max temps and overheated even while the AC was blowing on it. I had to not only close the app but resta my phone. Overall I see the dream and this is the right idea but there needs to be some additional features to make this actually be better than using google maps. 1. During the route planning have the user set a start and end location, then allow users to drop pins on the map for stops along the way. If the stops are out of order the current en screen already allows for moving stops around. 2. Temporarily download the relevant map data to the users device once the route starts. Often when trips start users will be in good coverage areas but will not have coverage mid 3. Don't gray out the other Ul when the "recalculate" button is shown. I missed a turn and the recalculate button made it so I could not do anything on the app. With no signal I was basically locked out.

Worst company ever
I sent out 5 different emails about forgetting to cancel my free subscription andand it charged me for a whole years worth of the app and i didn't want that so i asked for a refund or anything never got a response back or email acknowledging it
Great Tracker
App provides a way for loved ones to monitor and track your rides.
Good routes poor directions
I figured I would try to and the route planning was great until it came time to ride the route. Didn’t matter where I started or where I was it continued to tell me to go back to the beginning and start over again and wouldn’t continue the route. Apple Maps took over and got me back on track
Good, but one fatal flaw
Even with the option ticked on to avoid gravel roads, it will still send you down a gravel road and it has done so many times. On one occasion, I popped over a hill on my sport bike doing 50 miles an hour, and it immediately turned into gravel with no warning. I have a crease mark in my seat now.
This is a great riding planner
It is very easy to plan and follow a ride.

Don’t get scammed this is a seven day trial only there’s other real free ones out there
Love the app but….
Can you provide an option to start live tracking when I start a ride? I dont want to have to start the ride and send a link. It worked so well before you made the changes. Might need to start looking for a different app to use.
Lacking features
Would have been a good app but lacking the possibility to add the home and other shortcuts addresses, also doesn’t keep history of past searches, very annoying to use therefore
Not easy to figure out
Just got the app and it is helpful but not always user friendly. I can not figure out how to have the app set up a random 70 miles route.

Learning that the round trip developer is good, but pay attention to the directions.
Great app bad customer service
Have had the app for over two years recently I couldn’t log back in. I used all my known emails. And cannot access my app. I paid for a year worth in November. I’m only and few months in. All my routes and maps and miles I’ve saved were deleted, and my account was deleted. I messaged customer service over a week ago never heard back never even got an email confirmation. This will be the last time I ever use them again. you lost a loyal client I would have been a customer for life.

Like the app something's are easy to figure out many are hard to figure out.
Ok, but has issues!
Current speed limit shows 1 mph below actual (29 in 30) Re routing is very bad if you go off the route. Design and layout of the app needs some updating, very basic! Not worth the cost IMO. Waze is free and better.
Drains Battery
I signed up and used it for a 1hr 32min ride and my battery went from 100% down to 38% I do not have my bike setup to charge my phone at the moment. So probably going to cancel till I get that done. The route it gave me was awesome. All back roads and no highways on my ADV moto. I’ll be using it again once I’m able to charge my phone while riding
Cool app
I just tried this for the first time today and I’m really surprised at how good it is. It’s fun to replay your ride afterwards. It zooms in and out on the map as your speed up and slow down, which is a pretty cool feature.
Couldn’t find🤣
What a joke. I live in a popular Midwest Great Lakes state where off-roading is universally celebrated all four seasons all year round. It could find anything with in a 100 mile radius. I know of at least a dozen within 30 miles And you expect folks to pay for this🤣👍

Bring back the old spedo!!
I used to love this app, but they’ve now moved the spedo from being nice, big and visible, to a tiny little square in the corner I can barely read! Please bring back the option to either toggle the old spedo, or customise the options that appear on the right! Sad to say that I will likely swap to using another app until this is done!

I wish you would stop…
…with the endless rerouting while you’re riding. After you suggest a rout and people start following it you will then have people go off it and back on it, into neighborhoods that may have three houses just to go around and back in the rout again, strange roads and off-routs just to come out of them again. Utterly ridiculous app.

Wrong directions
Chosing the worst road ever( lots of pothole sand on roads) when you want a road trip.Showing wrong directions in roundabout. I realy want to like but it just anoying.
Out of date
I keep trying to find a route planning app. Like many others the map data is old. There is entire bridge locally that shows under construction in the app that has been completed for some time. Google shows it done. Half the apps including this one do not. Hit the update button Detecht. When you’re charging this much for a MAP APP. The map should be current.
Updates
Today I took a curved road to a destination but arrived at a dead end!! The application did not take in account a waged away bridge that was since over a year inaccesable!! I had to turn around on a one way street downhill with a passenger!! I said the F word a few times!! I will notify this next time on the Detecht App to make sure that the App can take this problem in account.

Good but there could be some improvements
I really like the app so far. I’ve used it for 6 months or so. The social media aspect I don’t use much except for the occasional picture. Where I think there could be improvements. Routes: no traffic information or rerouting. Even if a road is completely closed detecht will still lead you there causing possibly you having to go all the way back. Twisty roads, medium twisty roads or fastest route. In the UK be aware that if you opt for twisty routes you will often find yourself on a road that’s only really suitable for scramblers and other off road bikes. Also, you will find many single lane roads in the UK which might not be your thing. I suspect this might not be such a problem outside the UK where you hardly find single lane roads. If the maps function adds live traffic information I would certainly give 5 stars.
Sat Nav for driving on the right only!
Lucky I wasn’t on the bike. Tried it in the car for a trip. Say nav told me to take first exit, but I knew I needed the third exit. Turns out it wanted me to drive anti clockwise round the roundabout! Is there an English version of this? It’s awfully off putting

Great app
Great for finding new routes and riding to new places, also good in case of emergency it will automatically contact first responders and your emergency contacts if you get into a crash.

Don’t fall for all the clearly fake flashy reviews. $60/year for an app that can be replaced by google and a pen. Greed kills all useful things
Voice warnings
Can this app be set up to give voice warnings for speed cameras and excessive speed ?
