App Double Charges you
I bought a very expensive order because I needed some new clothes. Like over $400. I bought through the app, and when I went to purchase, the app glitched and it said that there was an error the purchase didn’t go through. I went and looked at the order history and everything to make sure it didn’t go through because I didn’t want to get double charged. I restarted the app and even checked again, just in case. So I did the purchase again and it went through the second time. I reviewed my clothes and was very disappointed. Only one thing fit correctly. I was just going to take the loss because I am disabled and it would be really difficult for me to return it. Then I was surprised to see that I received the same order again! And to my horror, they double charged me! I can’t afford $800. I called to return the order and was given an order number. Plus it wouldn’t even let me return things like earrings, even though I never even opened that package. But I had no box to return the packages in. So I had to wait until I got one, and then I got an email that the shipping label had expired, and by that time, I couldn’t find the order numbers one the app that I needed to return and it’s too late for a refund. Now I’m out an extra $400 and have two bags of clothes I can’t wear due to their awful app.
Easy to use
Pretty good app as far as other retailer apps go, my only real issue is that the reviews never load so I have to go and look for reviews in browser.
Buggy app
This app used to be a convenient way to browse clothes on my phone. Now I can’t even log in to save all my favorites or access my past ones, nor look at my order history and account info. When I try to log in, it just puts me in a white screen and crashes. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading and nothing works. Sucks :/
App is very buggy and items go out of stock so fast
Overall I love the clothes so much and this is pretty much the only brand I buy from first hand any more. Sadly, I can’t afford to buy several things every month so I add a lot to my wishlist. Unfortunately the wishlist is really buggy and hard to use, I would love if they could add some more organisation or a filtering system. When I try to remove something off of my wishlist the whole thing glitches and sends me back to the top of the list. Lastly, things go out of stock very quickly and often never come back. The “notify me when this is back in stock” doesn’t seem to matter if they never intend on bringing it back.

This app is so glitchy that it won’t even let you sign in to your account or it’ll log you out automatically. It also constantly crashes..

Needs Fixes
I was so excited to see that there was an app for this brand but I’m unable to log in to my Disturbia account with it (blank screen once login credentials are put in and reverts to “sign in” screen if closed) I’ve tried signing in with all options and they all have the same result.

I love the brand but the app won’t let me log in. I tried with Shopify, google, and by email and it either sat on a blank screen or gave me an error message. Will be deleting
Favorites leaves room for improvement
The favorites feature is one of my favorites and I use it to wishlist items to then narrow down for my cart. It’s a little buggy and the last few times I’ve used the app the Mimic (good one) sweater multiplies in the favorites every time I open it. And an archive list of purchased items to view as a personal closet would be nice when pairing items together for styling.
Love Disturbia; App is not great
The my orders page is glitching, the app constantly signs me out, does not work with Apple Password key so you need to type it every time and overall the search capability UX is lacking. Not being able to initiate returns or exchanges is also very annoying.

Bad App
Love the brand, hate the app. It’s pretty broken and so is the website which is disappointing. I’d love to be able to rack up a nice favorites list but I can’t sign in.
Favorites Doesn’t Work
Really like the app. However, once you close out of the app anything you saved as a favorite gets deleted. Pretty annoying since I saved a lot of items and it’s a lot of work to go back through all the pages to relocate items you wanted to order in the future. Other than that I haven’t really noticed anything else negative about the app. Love Disturbia!
I cant login
The clothes are so pretty but i cant log into my account! I wish to shop! But i am stuff in a constant loading swirl when i try to log in.

Won’t login for me
The app randomly logged me out and I tried logging back in using my shop account. Every time I verify it’s me with my phone number it just sits on a blank white screen for minutes not doing anything. I tried restarting the app and deleting the app and reinstalling it but nothing! Please fix this.
Needs work
I adore their clothing, however the app constantly signs me out, gets rid of favorites, and now I can’t sign back in. It just sits and spins/loads after I enter my email and I don’t even get the chance to type in my password so definitely not user error. I think I’ll stick to ordering off the browser until hopefully some bug fixes are done for the app.

Works well but needs quality of life updates
Is it only possible to add pictures to reviews for UK customers? Because I cannot find any way to add pictures for the life of me. Please add that. It sucks not to be able to add pictures that show what you like/dislike. Also, you need to fix the „Filter“ buttons for reviews. Whenever I want to filter the results, it won’t let me press the small buttons. You have to try to klick anywhere multiple times and maybe you’re lucky enough to hit the criteria you wanted. Another change I‘d love to see: When looking at your past orders, please make it possible to click on the purchased clothes and be redirected to the piece itself. That way you‘re more encouraged to leave a review.

I’ve been shopping with Disturbia since before they had a US shop or even plus sizes. And the app was such an exciting notion. It crashes constantly, doesn’t show item details or even offer a button to add to cart half the time. I just updated the app and it’s even glitchier than before. Come on, yall. Fire your app developer and get someone who knows what they’re doing.
Doesn’t Work!
I have tried to sign in several times and I just get sent back to the same screen over and over again. I can’t add to my favorites because I can’t log in. I can’t do a lot of things because I CANNOT LOGIN!
Great app design but can’t log in
Been trying to log in over and over and all it does is load and load. Tried creating a new account and still didn’t work. Please fix your app, it’s almost good but you can’t log in to save favorites.

Can’t Make a Purchase
I was able to log in but I can’t make any purchases or even pick a side for any item I click on. The app either freezes when I try to choose a size or there’s just a blank white screen under the item. A lot of brands have apps that work well, what is going on

I can’t login to my account and nothing ever saves when I add it to my favorites. I was excited for this app but it definitely needs to be fixed to improve user experience.

This is really unfortunate from a band I really like since I’ve used their app in the past with no issues, but now not only is it so buggy but their favorites are broken. Not just on the app either, both the site and I app. Needs some work before I’ll change my rating. I emailed them months ago about this problem and they said they were aware and it would be fixed soon but I see no progress being made. Sad.

basically just a magazine right now
makes for a great catalogue on Disturbia products, and is very visually pretty. as far as functionality though, my saved favourites don’t translate from the desktop version to the app version, and when i hit the heart on an item, it doesn’t save that either. i tried filtering to my size to see what was in stock, and nothing on the feed changed — not because my size was in stock, but because it just didn’t apply a filter at all. too bad, i got excited that i could get a cute dress in my size but only got a “notify me!” option. i wouldn’t trust this app with my credit card information until there are significant updates.
Clean Functionality
From some one who favorites stuff so much that most apps glitched I didn’t even try that. The clean interface is wonderful & much appreciated, there is such ease in navigating. These are things I’m FUSSY about so it’s nice to see such an awesome design.
Glitches
The app doesn’t work properly. It keeps freezing and crashing. I can’t even add anything to cart because it doesn’t give me the option to. Definitely needs to be worked on.
Good but far from great
The favorites doesn’t work, the app crashes regularly, and I routinely get logged out of my account. I know the app is new, but man, these are some annoying issues. Hope they get fixed soon, otherwise back to the desktop version I guess.

Developers please fix this issue. Multiple times I have favorites items in the app, closed out of the app, and come back in only to find all of my favorites completely deleted.
