Best possible way to shop
I have had the best experience with Azazie. I used the wedding dress try on program and it was super easy and I found the perfect dress. I ordered color samples to pick out the right color. I had two of my out towners pick out dresses in the right color and those arrived quickly. I ordered the flower girl dress so cute! I ordered bow ties, cuff links, pocket squares. I had to return a dress and the process was super simple. The quality of everything has been top notch. The sizes accurate. The length of all the dresses are for super tall woman so just know the length will have to be taken in. But everything else has been perfect.
Did not get my money back
When I started a return it asked me how I would like my money back (card or gift card) . I chose the full amount to my card option. However, I received all of it on a gift card and they said they can’t change it now. The only reason I had to return it so many times is because the sizing is inconsistent.
App Functionality
I am loving Azazie itself, my only issue is with the app having some lag. Some times it’s easier to just use the website on a laptop.
Great website, sucky app
This app experience is horrible. It doesn’t save my favorites, and to order for try on you have to scroll through every single dress option, there is no search feature.

Try on dresses are rarely available. Otherwise, everything is good.

Wish it refreshed properly
Needed to order a dress as this was the preferred site. Only negative was that when I’d look at a dress, I’d have to go back to the top of the page of all the dresses when I was done. When you’re looking at 100 dresses and need to look at specific ones to compare, it’s extremely frustrating when you’re just browsing. Was basically forced to either like dresses or add dresses to cart that I wasn’t really considering…
Awful tech but good selection
The app has so many bugs I tried to switch to another brand multiple times. Ended up having to do this one anyway because of the options available. It empties your cart if you take too long to enter your credit card number. It says items are quick ship when they are NOT and then you find out after order confirmation. It’s a huge pain to return try on dresses.

Dress Exchange
Beautiful dress!! Unfortunately the size was a bit small so I decided to return it and exchange for a size larger. Let me tell you! The customer service and return (UPS Store) was quick and easy! Take your return scan code, UPS store scanned it and my order number and out the door I went. As soon as the UPS store scanned my item, my money was credited to my Azazie account before I got to my vehicle. When I returned home, I was able to re-order my dress. Great experience!!

worst customer service and they don’t know how to do anything
check out issues
the site has beautiful dresses. but when i went to check out it would not let me go past the filling out the name and address. i tried multiple times on both computer and phone (app). nothing. then it told me the dress was sold out but when i kept going back throughout the day it would say it’s available however, same issue during check out. tried the next day and it went through. web bug issue? otherwise the site is actually designed very well. good job dev(s)!

Good but crashes
I like the capability of the app to stay organized and create a showroom and be able to let my bridesmaids chose a style they like with matching colors, however multiple bridesmaids complain the app crashes constantly for them
Exceptional service
I ordered the incorrect size for my niece’s wedding. I was very pleased at how easy it was to perform a Happy Return to a local Staples store. I was immediately credited the full amount and able to order the correct size.
Never Shipped
I have prom may 2nd and the app said that the dress would ship in 2.5 weeks and get here from 1-7 days.. so basically I was under the impression that the dress would arrive on time especially since the estimated delivery date was april 25th-april 29th. It has been almost 4 weeks and my dress still hasn’t shipped, I have reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. I now have to get a last minute dress due to this issue. I would expect more from a brand that makes wedding dresses. This is ridiculous.
Great but slow
Great app but it does move rather slow and glitches at times. I wish there was a feature to save recent searches instead of adding in all the details each time I open the app

Such an easy site to use! The options are beautiful and limitless! Have ordered from them multiple times and have been disappointed!
Do not buy!
Do not buy from or support this company they are dishonest and sneaky. They will charge you $7 per return when you are the one going to a return center. Their sizing is not accurate and they punish you for returns by charging you an absurd amount absolutely. Would never support them again, avoid at all costs.

I love this site and the swatch came early.
Sizing.
Been waiting to try on some dresses but they don’t seem to have any in my size to try on so I’m either stuck spending $700+ to find out it doesn’t fit right or I just simply don’t like it on me and fight to get it returned.
Missing sizes, fabric and colours
Great selection but I found it hard to choose the dress I’d like to try on because there was a limited amount of colours and fabric in the styles and size that I liked.

Horrible customer service: Paid for 2 dresses and only received 1
Ordered a first dressed that got lost in transportation but I only found out after inquiring 4 months later because tracking system read in production. They told me to reorder with a 10% discount for my trouble so I did right away but never got reimbursed for my first order. Now they are arguing they did but never got my money back yet they definitely took my money again for my second order. Email exchanges take several days to get answers and are always unapologetic and useless. I will never recommend simply for their poor customer service. It’s to bad because the product and the price is decent.

Customer service with Azazie makes the experience of online purchasing easier. I talked with a few different woman regarding my purchases and each and everyone of them was very informative, helpful and patient. I dealt mostly with a lady named Lauren! She was amazing ☺️
Great customer service
My dress arrived and was too small. The customer service representative was calm and helpful throughout my spazz. She helped me cancel my order immediately and I was able to reorder. A customer curtesy was given to me for my shipping cost as well as a 10% discount. I’ll definitely use this company again.
Worst app
Azazie products seem great, haven’t bought anything yet but I’ve ordered dresses to try on. The azazie app however is probably the worst app ever made. Literally every time I use it there’s numerous glitches and errors. Currently trying to order a colour swatch and I can’t. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app numerous times and have updated it whenever I can. 1/5
Great product annoying app
The dresses we ordered were beautiful decent quality. The app on the other hand is annoying. If you change screens (not close) it signs you out and you have to start all over again. SMH
