User for a while
Very expensive! And most styles are not suitable for a he majority of body types. Lots of hidden fees and doesn't take returns only exchanges. Almost always you will have to pay extra... I have been using it for a while and I truly wouldn't recommend it. Ohpolly is way better in all aspects.

I bought a dress from this company, and when it arrived, it wasn’t like the picture. I tried to return the dress; I didn’t remove the security tag or the black thread on it. I returned it the next day, and they handled it, but they didn’t refund me. They put it as a store credit. They literally stole my money. This company are scammers. Do not deal with them

Customer service was amazing, they were quick to response and sorted everything out so quickly I was honestly amazed by how caring, understanding and generous they are, I will definitely order again knowing that if there are any issues they will solve it and their dresses are great quality, amazing experience
Dont Shop Here
Do not shop here unless you are ok with their NO REFUND POLICY. I ordered my Daughter’s 8th grade prom dress from here, it didn’t look anything like the picture now Im stuck forced to use a store credit at a store I would never shop at. On top of having to spend more money elsewhere for her another dress 👎🏾
5 star customer service
The courier had made a mistake and delivered my package to the wrong address and when showing the customer service team the proof of delivery which was very clearly not my house Babyboo were prompt and professional about it and helped resolve the problem quickly. They have amazing customer service and I will surely order again!
Horrible app
The app keeps crashing and overheating my phone. It’s been almost a year since the app has been out and still no updates or adjustments have been made to stop it from crashing

No Plus Size Clothing
Disappointed in the lack of plus size clothing available, we deserve access to clothing for us as well. Also the quality of the clothing is not the best and at a $200 price point, it makes no sense. I’m urging Baby Boo to do better.

Is babyboo fraudulent??
The app tracking order says I spent $331.74 on two dresses, a duplicate of the actual dress I ordered. I know for a fact that I only bought one and only intended to buy one. The order includes my card information and everything, yet the website says something completely different.
