Bad App
I only downloaded the app because the site said the item I wanted was item exclusive. Not only does the app not show the item I want even when searching but I can’t even view their normal catalog of items.

I love the creativity that goes into every product. The scents are great and I appreciate the values driven business model. I do wish some of the products lasted longer. Thank you
Functionality Issues
Apple Pay is not available.
Too much email
I wish there was a way to be only signed up for new product launch emails. No matter what you set your “email preferences” to, you’ll still receive a marketing email everyday with no new products in it. Changing the “communication preferences” to doesn’t seem to have any effect.
Highly recommend
I absolutely love Lush. The ingredients are so fresh and do not irritate like other bath bombs, for those of us, whose bodies are more sensitive. The smells are all so good. I can take a bath and not use any perfume and get compliments all day long about how good I smell.
Just doesn’t work for me
I cannot get a QR code when I need it. For days I am trying to place the order. Doesn’t work and I have to order through Uber Eats. If you want people to use the app - please, test it before release.

PLS ADD FEATURE TO REDEEM POINTS FROM RECEIPT
I understand the point system is relatively new, but it is soooo disappointing to spend a bunch of money in store only to not get points for it. Every other stores point system allows you to upload a receipt for points, or at the very least customer service is willing to help. Here they recommend you just go back to the store, return everything and repurchase. I will just return period at that point. Shocking that a company of this size and nature has this one major down fall. :-/

Lush app has a clue in the name, it IS Lush!! I really like it, but about a week ago, I shopped at lush and spent about £9.50, so I should have 9 lush points, but it says I have 0. I did sign up to lush points, but I still have 0. All I’m asking is to actually EARN my lush points please
Lush is the best BUT
the app and site need so much work. You have enough money. Let’s now reinvest in user experience — Faster checkouts —Fix Apple Pay. (Hasn’t worked in over 2 years on the app) I dread the actual online experience because it feels barbaric almost. Like I’m buying something in 1990 on dialup. Please fix it.
Useless
Look, I can appreciate all the pretty colours everywhere and the cute little icons but it’s fast to take your money on the wallet whilst not working when you actually try to use it! I tried to order something’s, my first ever order with the wallet full of enough money to get the stuff, and it said unavailable and that it will be fixed asap. That was at 6:00pm yesterday, and now it’s 11:20am and still not working! Absolute rubbish!!

Great app but needs tweaking
I am a very frequent lush customer and am very grateful for the app experience, as well as the improvements that have been made in the last year. The glitch that continues to persist is that Apple Pay will not work with the app after all this time - showing a strange error message of which Apple Pay cards “are not allowed”. I have over 10 cards setup with Apple Pay and don’t have issues with them anywhere else except this app, and am hoping they will fix this soon! Otherwise, all is easy and smooth!

Too many bugs! The filters aren’t working. The search also doesn’t return the same as on safari. Deleting

Love lush plus moomin
Absolutely loved lush for 15 years now but to see the moomin collab made my heart melt I didn’t think lush could get any better
Doesn’t work
App won’t launch. Completely broken. The world used to sell stuff that actually works. Now everything is a psyop to get you to download the newest update so that apple can drain your phone battery faster and get you to buy a new phone. No reason a bath bomb app needs you to download IOS 19.7.875.100 to buy a bath bomb
Delivery issue
The only problem that had occurred for me was when I was checking to see if my order had delivered through the UPS app here on the LUSH app. It only updated my package to the label being made but when I received the package it never had said that the package had been delivered. It continued to say label being made and I was wondering as to why it was being so slow with its updating on my packages whereabouts. Hope you guys can look into that, thank you and love your products!
New rewards system doesn’t allow you to claim rewards.. and then they expire.
The new rewards program was a nice touch… except it doesn’t work. Twice I have gone in to claim my rewards and both times the system at the two different stores won’t accept the rewards and so I haven’t received them. I do receive he constant hounding emails reminding me of how these rewards I can’t claim are about to expire though. I’ll be deleting the app and unsubscribing now.

My honest opinion
My sister and I were at the BayPlaza mall and we saw Lush for the first time. We decided to go in there and we were amazed how gorgeous everything was organized. The employee that was assisting me was so kind she was so sweet towards everyone and she greeted everyone when they walked in. I absolutely LOVE THEIR SCENTS, I told myself I wouldn’t buy anything but I found this amazing body mist it was lychee scented and I purchased it😜. I also purchased shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner because lowkeyyy my hair is damaged 😐, anyways when I arrived home I used the products and the day after I washed my hair I saw a bit of improvements and hopefully if I’m consistent with these products I might see better results within my hair. Hopefully next time I’m at Bay Plaza mall, I’ll head to Lush and buy bath bombs, because omg their bathbombs are so FREAKING CUTE especially the minion one I saw🫧🥹. Overall, I 🩷 LUSH AND NO IM NOT SUGAR COATING, I’m actually being serious because I’m so fed up with these cancer causing products with hella chemicals from other brands, no shade..👀.

Great company, good app
I love the ease of use of the app for browsing, checking availability, and especially for purchasing. I wish the search options were a little more refined and often feel like the filters and search words don’t yield very accurate lists. I also wish it was possible to zoom on the images in product pages.

App and favourites
App is very clunky, gives me repeated errors. Favourites list that i have used repeatedly is not working. Lets me add items but then cant see them. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on 2 devices and no luck. Customer Service just told me it didn't work when you have items in it that were out of stock but this was not the case in the past. Told me to delete the list and make a new one......

Love Lush! Best moisturizer
I use Lush moisturizer almost exclusively. I’ve gone from cosmetic mad to celestial to vanishing cream and now I’m at gorgeous and I’ve been using that consistently for years now. A bit pricey but at my age (37) it gives my skin what it needs. I also love that they make their products with quality ingredients and they pay their staff a living wage. I use many other products as well but the Gorgeous (self-preserving) is absolutely worth it. Also, one container lasts for months.
Unable to use Coupons
Can’t use coupons in app and the navigation is annoying.
Fresh Facial
I was given a voucher for a fresh facial at Christmas. I used it at the weekend in Glasgow and it was delightful! Kristy did a wonderful job! I felt totally relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The only complaint was when I had to pay an extra £5 when I booked my appointment online. I would expect the price paid for the specific treatment on a voucher to be honoured.
Lush Club has disappeared
I took loads of pots back to my local lush shop and got £8.50 of credit which I added to my lush club on the app to use at a later date (no problems at this point) I went into lush today to use my credit and the lush club section has disappeared on my app, no sign of it or my credit anywhere. My app is up to date and I can’t see any reason why my credit could have disappeared - my friend I was with could see the club app on her phone.
Keeps crashing!
It’s inconsistent, but the app frequently crashes when I try to interact with the wish list. Was hoping this would be a convenient way of saving what I’d like to buy, but it’s more trouble than what it’s worth

Fraud error on check out
I won’t be buying on lush anymore. I have used my debit card everywhere else online and had no issues. Using this website and app is a nightmare.
Love the products but not so much the online payment process
Love Love LOVE lush products. Just super annoying you can’t use gifts cards as a part payment online. Has to be the exact amount. I had a $100 gift card & had to drop my cart back from $180 to $100 to use it. Which then resulted in having to pay a shipping fee. A little disappointing.
If you care…
I’ve spent a fortune with lush over the years but recently they’ve made it so hard for me to give them my money. First off the social media thing, I get it, fine. Solution? Make an app. The app is terrible. ‘Server not responding’ and impossible to find products or browse in an enjoyable way. So I try to use the website and it’s the same rubbish lack of menus and worse: constantly being hounded to why not use the app? 🫠 If you care about customers make an app that works, stop hounding them if they don’t want to use it and listen to customers.

Used to work
The app used to work great but has since gone from working fine & being able to make purchases, to just showing the Home Screen and not loading item pictures/info to now just blank screens and a red error message. Please fix the app! I have deleted & redownloaded multiple times and nothing has worked.
My phone is too old
Great app and super easy interface to use but my phone is too old for the app so have no way to shop unless I go into the store. There were some awesome online deals as well. Well worth it, if you have a newer phone
