This company doesn’t deserve your money.
Their return policy changes every year. I remember a time i could make free returns without a subscription. Lost over 1/4 of my gift card returning one pair of shoes. And it wasn’t my fault their sizing was off a whole shoe size! Item quality has significantly declined as well as pricing has doubled. A a bikini top for $40+ dollars??? Especially when their stuff is made so cheaply (brand dependent) Also I literally just saw them using an AI model to advertise on facebook. Im ashamed ive given this company the benefit of the doubt so many times. This is where i draw the line.
Their style kills, need more size availability
I LOVE Dolls Kill style! However- I wear a 1x-2x and those sizes almost always sell out first and I can’t get it. Please stock more of the larger sizes!
Returns
This company sucks they give you gift card option only on returns if you want your “money” back. Plus they take away from your returned money the fee for shipping. This company is so bad I will not be shopping here again so dumb.

This is the last time I buy from this company.
Austin, Maya, and Jenni never responded to me about the clothes that were lost in international shipping because they don't ship with good companies like DHL, FedEx, or UPS (which other clothing brands in the USA do). It was the worst experience of my life buying from a company in the United States.

I want this to be good
I think it has a lot of room to grow, but as is the app is currently just a third party to the website with less features. There’s no way to access or add things to your wishlist. The app is also constantly giving me pop ups to download the app im literally on because it’s third partying to the website which is kind of annoying. I used to love this company but lately they have been using very shady and illegal business practices. Do not shop here unless you want to be arguing with bbb and your bank for a month

I’m so glad there’s an app with everything on it now, however there’s no Wishlist no way to like and save an item and the recently viewed doesn’t work very often either. Otherwise super easy to use!
Expensive
Why do I have to pay 197 Canadian which is $200 for a costume is crazy. All the other costumes are on sale but ofc the clawdeen one isn’t bc it includes a wig that doesn’t even match the character?!? Yall just white washing her. For a place that got cancelled there is no reason it should be that expensive cause realistically who is paying $200 for a costume 🤯

Sharing my experience so others are aware: My Dolls Kill order did not arrive, and even after the delivery deadline passed, customer service hasn’t resolved my refund request.

So good to be able to see all items on there and the search is good. However the log in is a bit dikky, and you can’t heart items without an acc. Feel like with an app you should be able to save items regardless.

Scammers
This place is a scam. They sell you products and never ship the package to you. I followed up regarding a package I paid for and was then told my item was out of stock. They then tried to send me other options instead LOL. When I asked for my money back they never respond. Please don’t spend your money here.

It used to work. Now it doesn’t let you load your whole favourites list. Makes finding anything impossible. Shouldn’t have done the last update. It doesn’t even show up anymore as an app on my apps list.

I enjoy making wishlist and getting back to different items that make me want to create an outfit. I say “aw man” cause you’ve gotta have a nice coint saved up for these pieces.
