The ultimate cyber mall app is absolutely amaze balls! I found everything I could ever need! From super cute comfy clothes, super chic bathing suits, to super great fun time toys! I love this cyber mall more than anything I might just go as far as to say I want to audition for a tv show about marrying inanimate objects just to show the love me and this cyber mall share!
The devils shop
Fast fashion sellers such as this will offer you clothing for only 10$! But what they dont tell you is how much child labor goes into making your clothing, literal children working inside of hot chemical filled buildings all day to make YOUR clothes, only paid around 2$. Guaranteed not to live past the age of 50..
I love this app but needs improvement
I have been using this app for years, and I absolutely love it! It has all the fashion items I adore, and I’m completely obsessed. However, I think it could benefit from some changes and improvements. I wish there were more styles to explore, as it would be fantastic to see other trends that people are interested in. Additionally, I notice that there is a limited selection of jewelry. I would love to have more jewelry and accessories available to create fabulous outfits. Another issue is the number of sold-out items I encounter. Often, these items have no reviews, and it would be great to have more chances to purchase them instead of seeing them sold out and not restocked. I’ve also noticed that some items are available exclusively on Shein and not on the app, which can be frustrating. Furthermore, I’ve seen that prices can vary between the app and the website, even though they are supposed to be the same. I would really appreciate these changes being made. This is my first time writing a review, and I hope my feedback helps!
Most things aren’t working
I mean it’s a pretty cool app and all but I literally can’t even search up what type of clothes I’m looking for because everytime I try to it’ll be like “your search does not match any products” and it says that to even the simplest things, for example im trying to look for a swimsuit right? I type in the simplest words “swim suit” it’ll be like “your search does not match any products! This app has a lot a flaws that need to be worked on.
Love but hate
So basically I love this app yeah but it’s a shein company and ,which to shein makes they’re workers to hard labour But I would still buy ,even tho it basically is still shein just a different name and app

if you are using this app to buy alternative clothes you are a POSER. 🙏 get creative. having an alternative closet takes YEARS as it’s supposed to. you need to atleast use better apps like vinted or whatnot because i understand not everyone has the creativity or availability to thrift but using fast fashion like this for alternative clothing is not okay ‼️

Honestly ROMWE has such cute clothes. It’s just the sizing is TERRIBLE. I understand that I should loose weight but damn….these plus size options are terrible. And SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the other clothes. Honestly a big brand like ROMWE should be able to add more plus size options that aren’t ugly…

I honestly love the app! Good prices and reviews on most items available! Most of the time the clothes are pretty good quality. The only issue is the occasional bad quality items. Definitely worth getting!
Used it for years until
I’ve used this since I was in middle school and I remember it like it was yesterday, I was buying clothes for the summer and I spent around $65 on the order and it just never showed up, I tried to get a refund but couldn’t because it was shipped already but lost somewhere so I couldn’t refund until I got it but never showed up. Had to stop using because I don’t want my money stolen again.

Romwe is my go to shopping app and i can always find cute affordable pieces but after i spend hours going through everything they have listed. I wouldn’t recommend this app for any quick shoppers due to their lack of inclusivity, all bikinis are tiny, tops are tailored for small chests and theirs no in between with the models either they look like they’re on vogue or their extremely plus size it can be hard to visualize how it will work on your own body also most of their products are shared with shein so if you’re looking for an alternative for that this is not it.

Now I don’t usually write reviews but this one needed to be written. What the other comments say about ROMWE being a store with good fabrics and cheap prices is true, a majority of their clothing is well made with the occasional piece looking cheap. But ROMWE and SHEIN are partners (technically SHEIN owns ROMWE) and SHEIN is definitely a no-no store. The prices there are cheap as well but its at the expense of seamstresses working long hours with little pay and having harsh punishments if they make even the slightly mistake. Not only that but they steal designs and the fabric isn’t all that good of a quality— I understand you get what you paid for, but there is a limit. Do your own research on it and you’ll find more in depth info on this. Thanks.

Scamming you of your points
If you write reviews or participate in events, you get points. You can redeem these points for discount codes or store credit. However, they don't tell you that they take your points away daily. I check-in every day, but my points go down. Yesterday, 12 September, I had 407 points after checking in. Today, 13 September, I have 404 points after checking in. I gained 2 points from today's check-in, meaning I lost 5 points from yesterday to today. Additionally, you're only allowed to review select items from each order. This limits the points you can earn and makes it difficult to earn many points per each order.

This app is amazing. It has plus size clothes, different varieties, and affordable clothes. I am not plus sized but I’ve hear that plus sized people find it hard to find clothes but in this app it’s simple and the clothes are cute. There are so many different varieties of clothes and I personally love that because sometimes I want to be different styles. And it’s affordable but not horrible qualities
difficult to find what you need
i am looking for a outfit for my birthday and when you use the search engine it does absolutely nothing. no matter what you look up the same items come up. if you look up "skirt" you will still get any and all types of clothing, and sometimes not even clothing. looking for a certain color or pattern also doesn't do anything. mkes it so difficult to find what i'm interested in
Okay, but…
the app itself is quite good. i don’t believe that i’ve come across any technical issues. i’ve made many, many purchases on romwe and haven’t had any problems. everything came to my door in good condition, however you should not expect the quality of your purchase to be too great. overall, i’ve had a pretty good experience with romwe. i only give 4 stars as the customer support is AWFUL. i would NEVER rely on them as contacting them will only leave them to say “we’ll get back to you”, and they will have you waiting only to receive no response.

Sometimes not always the best quality, you get what you pay for. But there are some amazing finds! Especially if you’re on a budget. The reviews really help guide you on what’s quality items and which ones are cheaper material
Basically Shein
It’s basically shein but it separates clothes by style, even though they aren’t even correct. They put fairy grunge into the goth section. I don’t mean to sound like a nerd but PLEASE educate the workers on the different styles of you’re gonna make an app all about it being exclusively ‘aesthetic’

Trying to return a few items I ordered that didn’t fit and the app is not allowing me to return. I keep getting a message that the system is down. I have been trying for 2 days. Beware fellow shoppers. You’re better off ordering from SHEIN. Never an issue with them

First of all shipping is just so horrible. I ordered a couple t shirts and a dress with fast shipping as well and on the exact day I needed the dress for a special occasion it came 2 weeks later?? Also almost 99% of the things I’ve ordered has super thin material and comes 2 sizes to big! I’m just letting you guys know they will let you down bigggg time!!

I absolutely 💯 love the styles on ROMWE. Lots of stuff that totally show my personality and also make me feel good about myself. It’s so hard to find the stuff I like at traditional malls anymore. When I do it’s way too expensive. ROMWE is affordable, fun, easy, and full of so many styles, and sizes. You can totally mix it up and create a whole new style and then share it within the ROMWE community!

Shipping and points
ROMWE are great, I absolutely adore the app and their products. However the shipping is highly unpredictable. I understand the cause and injury corona has some, although I’ve never had shipping less than 4 weeks using this app. The whole system with deducting points after expiry is also immensely annoying and ruins the app. One day your excited for you’re discount, the next the points are lowered. Just a pain, especially for loyal customers who have intentions of buying multiple things at once.
