Broken For 2 Years
This app has been down since early 2024 and has still not been fixed. It says temporarily down for maintenance, but 2 years and no updates or signs of the app returning? Unbelievable. I deleted the app. Don’t download this.

Recently, I’ve been purchasing my clothing online recently. And I remember having the app before the update message popped up. It’s been MONTHS, and nothing has changed. Please, give us a sign that its coming back soon.
Very annoyed
I love Charlotte Russe a lot! But the app has been under repair for almost a year now, I’ve bought from it online and in person many times, and the fact that it’s not just the app but the webstie that’s down too is so frustrating, please fix it soon, I’m just going to delete it if it’s not fixed.
minor issue
the app is back which is great i waited a few months for that but now there’s a glitch on the new arrivals section where if i scroll past a certain point (after like maybe 5 or so rows) the screen just goes white and i wish there was like a “for you” section where it gives suggestions based on what i already have saved instead of having to scroll through all the same sections with all the same clothes

Abandoned app!
I’ve been waiting for this app to come back for at least more than a year. I enjoy shopping at the stores but even the literal employees at the store don’t even know about the app being down, so this is a corporate thing. I want the app back but unfortunately it probably isn’t due to lack of service and literal insight to the consumers on when the app is going to work, I’d understand if it was going through “updates” but it’s more like they can’t afford the app functioning anymore. Don’t download

This app and website is amazing!!!! When it was working I loved it. Very unique and affordable clothing. However…. Its hasn’t been working MONTHS now. It just has the same message that they are “updating the app” which is fine but not it feels excessively long.

I love Charlotte Russe honestly I bought black jeans like 3 years ago and I’ve had them since they last a long time. One think that doesn’t sit right with me is if you email someone for help they don’t respond and in other cases you might not get your money back if you don’t get what you ordered ( if it happens ) they also sell out so fast i don’t know if it’s because they selling a little amount but, if you go on the app you’ll hardly find anything it’s always sold out 🥲

Fix the app
I’ve been a long time customer of Charlotte Russe and it’s just an inconvenience for people who don’t have a local in person store to purchase clothes. Please work on fixing the app so many people aren’t able access the store online at all.
App Issue
It would’ve Been A 4 star if they didn’t have any issues with the app. As it gave me other options to see if i’m interested, so when I click on it wouldn’t open the item I selected. Kindly correct this issues please. Thank you!
Just ok
The app itself is fine, but there are some issues. 1. The deals are almost never as advertised , like it could say the stuff was all buy 1 get 2 free and it would only let me do buy 1 get 1 free. 2. Never buy shoes on there. I bought a size 10 so i could wear the shoes but when they came ( even though it said 10 in tue shoe ) they were maybe a size 7. I could return the shoes in store but i never got my $7 shipping back :,) 3. Its almost always out if stock so you’d probably be better off shopping in store. Other than that the app works decently well.

app has been down for four months?
i'm unsure if this is just a glitch on my end, but both the website and the app have been 'being worked on' since i got the app back in october. i have emailed them multiple times. no response. i've heard amazing things about this brand, and i wish i could order something to at least try it out.
very laggy
When i tried to buy my whole cart of 16 items, It said i bought it, but i didn’t and i had to re pick all the items and put them back into my cart. It always says “error” and i have to wait until a thing loads, then click in it again because it wont work. I like the items of this store, not the app.
Not updating cart and no 2 for 20 like said in todays email
This app has been getting me very mad because of various reasons. 1: Does not up date cart 2: always says error please try again later 3: No 2 for 20 and only says 2 for 30 like old sale 4: Does not give me the discount for 2 for 30 and makes my purchase what the price would be originally for 2 jeans.

Not working
So I was able to use this app for a few weeks and it was AMAZINGGG like my experience was great until today the app won’t open like at all and I have so much stuff to order for school and it’s still not working even after I turn my phone on and off and it’s not my phone; it’s the app because all my other apps are working perfectly besides this one.
