COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION
I am completely dissatisfied and I am getting the run around. I have three orders one order has not shown up after like 9 weeks from being shipped in early October. The other orders placed in November support is telling me we’re delivered to my front door yet I haven’t received anything. No one will call me to discuss o get the run around in emails refusing to refund my money and also telling me their customer support manages and supervisors have no means of calling via a telephone. I am going to the better business bureau and seek legal advice because they have $470 of mine, I’ve received no product and they refuse to send me a refund so I’m completely upset that they claim their customer satisfaction is very important yet they continue to screw me over. Boycott this company they will continue to screw over people like me if we do t ban together.

The App is so easy to use, the size charts are easy to read mostly, the clothes are always sent folded and wrapped and in good condition. Rosegal is my go to online clothes store! No other compares. The return process is hard to find and use, that’s the only down fall , sorry .
Be The Change
I love the style of clothing! This aligns with my style 10000% !!! However, I will never be able to purchase anything from here. I am an xxs-s and that’s okay. I love that you have sizes for plus size women, it started a chain of much needed events in stores changing their sizes to fit others, not all, and some not enough. But it set fire to companies. But what makes a great company is one that HAS NO size restrictions. From the smallest sizes - to the largest sizes with an option to customize the size if need be. You want to change the world of fashion? Show that all sizes are beautiful, that all sizes are welcomed. Because as wonderful as you are and the things this company did for women is outstanding but you’re still in a way shaming those who are not a certain size, and that’s not okay. Prove to the fashion industry that a company can cater to everyone regardless of gender or size.

Return
I ordered and right after ordering I noticed that I ordered the wrong size. It’s been shipped. Can I refuse it and get a refund then order correct size?
Poor service
Apps ok but difficult to use. They sell things that they don’t have in stock (it says it is in stock when you pay for it) for ‘deals’ then try to make you pay full price when you have to get a replacement for a shirt they didn’t have in stock. This problem took about 4 months to get settled and the customer service agent was no help and not friendly at all. Became so stressful that I have since deleted my account and will never buy from them again. I also openly warn anyone who asks about the service I had and caution them to be careful if they are purchasing anything. They also change their prices on products to benefit them at specific times then use the excuse that ‘it came from China so we work with the exchange’. Seems to be a bit sketchy business practices.
Easy to find what I want
This website is easy to use and easy to find what I am looking for. The sizes are true, which is very nice for a change. I have been using the Rosegal website for a while now and it is very pleasing.
What customer service?
I have had this app for quite some time and have used it often. I was trying to place an order, went to the step to enter a coupon code and there is no place to enter one. Only to use a coupon ‘robot’ which does not have the coupon I want to use. I have called the number close to a dozen times, you go straight into music, no explanation as to who you’ve called so you hope it’s the right number. The system hung up on me 7 times before I received a recording that they were not available to take my call and to leave a message. My order expires now in less than an hour… Less than impressed and they are about to loose out on a rather large order. Not happy

Just ordered my first set of things I am beyond excited to see how they fit and feel. Once I get my order if it lives up to what everyone is saying I’ll give 5 stars ❤️❤️

I have ordered from here before and I never had to wait this long. I placed an order in October for Christmas though that I was going to get it before Christmas but I was wrong,there seems to be a problem with the shipping can’t get a real update or or someone to tell me what is going on. I am not happy about this.

App works better than the website. The clothing is really cute and the swimsuits hold up really well. This would be a five star rating if the customer service on the app was easier to use and navigate.

Horrible! Stay away!
Brutal customer service! Huge extra customs fees after the purchase! Only one of seven items I purchased was wearable. No refunds!!! Reviews are inaccurate. It defaults to five stars so read the reviews, don’t just look at star ratings on their site!! Many people say negative things but give five stars because of that little scam. “Unsubscribe” from their emails doesn’t actually unsubscribe. SCAM! AVOID!

I purchased the best bathing suit I have ever owned from here! Good quality and awesome fit! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I ordered 3 bathing suits and the size was different for each one. But overall great place to get reasonably priced, good quality clothes!!!

also ich habe meine Ware erhalten allerdings mit viel Problemen da die Ware beim Zoll festgehalten wurde ich hab dann ein Schreiben bekommen in dem drin gestanden hat dass ich die Hilfe der Logistik Firma annehmen kann um die Ware dort rauszuholen das würde mich allerdings 29 € kosten plus noch mal die Mehrwertsteuer auf den Gesamtbetrag der Ware die ich schon bezahlt hatte also lag ich dabei insgesamt 52 € für mich unbegreiflich und eine totale abzocke außerdem steht nirgendswo drin dass die Ware aus China kommt und das finde ich schon eine Täuschung also ich werde bei dieser Firma nie wieder irgendwas bestellen Gottseidank war nur ein Artikel dabei der mir nicht gepasst hat ich kann nur sagen nicht zu empfehlen diese Firma außerdem muss man einen Stern setzen ansonsten kann man die Mail nicht verschicken weil meiner Meinung nach hat es keinen Stern verdient
Really Great! But…
It’s a great site for many clothing options and the prices are decent but like all American sites it tells you something is $9.99 but in Canada or anywhere else it’s actually $12.99 or whatever the exchange rate is for them, which seems unfair but it is what it is. Also they’re sizing is a little off so check your measurements but otherwise it’s really great! I definitely do and will recommend this App to everyone!!!

Man kann dort nichts bestellen, da das System die Rosenstraße nicht findet, deshalb kann Der Bestellvorgang nicht abgeschlossen werden. Für mich eine bittere Enttäuschung.

I do find the app convenient, however I prefer to use the website. It’s nice that the print and pics appear larger, however I wish that the screen were multidirectional when using it on a mobile device.

Ganz großer Mist🤬...habe meine Ware am 9.7.2018 bestellt und natürlich auch brav bezahlt...aber...sie ist bis heute nicht bei mir eingetroffen...echt zum k....❗️Daher gibt es eigentlich keinen Stern ( den Stern der mir aufgezwungen wurde...nur unter Protest) 😡❗️

Great app for women’s ware
I’ve had this app for a while and have order quite a few times. Sizes usually match Canadian sizes, I always check the ratings first. They have plus sizes available as well. I find their return/customer service is great, it might take a day or two to hear back due to the time difference.
