Shut out
Uploaded update. When I search and find domething I want to look at and click on it I am immediately shut out of the app. Not able to preview items so prob won’t be buying stuff!!!!
Was wondering why the reviews were so low, then I downloaded it.
The app is glitchy at best. Genuinely, for a company this large that’s been around this long it’s weird to have an app that my 10 year old could have done a better job creating. I’m truly disappointed.
My Lane Bryant app
Very convenient and easy to use...!
Terrible
The app barely works. I can never sign in and it’s always lagging. It boots me out constantly and there’s always a problem attempting to sign in to the CC portion.
Please fix the app
This app has a lot of bugs. Every time I log in, it doesn’t save my password. Also, it kicked me out when I was adding something to it. It’s always resetting my password, like the password isn't correct.
Terrible app for shopping and credit card management
This is so frustrating. I cannot use the app to make a LB cc payment because it says there is a problem with my checking account. I have tried to add two different accounts and it keeps giving me an error. I have called and the associate couldn’t add it either. The only way. Can make a payment is to call in ad use the automated system which is also terrible. It will say “I didn’t get that” but then go on while I’m trying to reply. Over and over. My only option may be to give up on LB all together.
Wishlist Issue
Unable to add items to Wishlist via your app. Please fix as it saves a ton of time having this ability.
Very Buggy & Slow
The app is super buggy. Keeps signing me out upon opening and closing of the app. Everytime i try to go to my account and my wishlist it lags or never works. Whenever i try to click one of the deals on the store homepage it lags and I have to tap it five times for it to work. This app is unusable.
App not working
It says update available but when I click the button it won’t update. It also won’t let me even look at the site because apparently you HAVE to update
Lane Bryant is a SCAM
It’s not possible to have an application and a website that malfunctions EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS A SALE. And they keep forcefully emailing me reminding me that I have a large credit card limit that isn’t being used…That’s because the app and the website NEVER f’n works and they’ve closed ALL the nearby stores! Right now, the webpage is flashing bras on sale for $16.99, but there’s no F’N sign in button on the webpage so that you can sign in and purchase 😂😂😂. This sh.. is such a SCAM. Every single time there’s an amazing sale, the sign in button disappears from the website 😂.
Update gone wrong
Just did the new update and cannot log into credit card account, keeps kicking me out and cannot use code because once you leave to get code you come back to blank page and have to renter your info.

I don’t need to repeat what everyone else has said. And they all accurately describe the app experience.
God awful app experience
App has become next to non-functional. It is constantly loading or reloading because I touched it or tried to scroll down or for no reason at all, freezing in the middle of reloading, and forcing me to close and reopen it. It apparently cannot keep me logged in, meaning I have to relogin every time I had to close it for freezing, which means I end up having to login at least five times any time I want to use the app. INCREDIBLY AGGRAVATING.
Hassle
The app has been performing poorly for a while, but recently it’s gotten much worse. Every time you try to use it, something goes wrong — it either clicks randomly, kicks you back to the login screen, won’t let you log in at all, or keeps flickering and freezing even if you do manage to get in.
Hard to navigate
This app is hard to navigate. I type in an item I wish to look for and though some do pop up it’s not the one very specific one I want. I have to do the work. And while I’m at it. I placed an order and wished to cancel It. The order was still processing but ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE could I cancel the order. No button option to hit. I tried calling twice to no avail. Was on hold for a ridiculous amount of times it’s no reassurance of the amount of time I’d be on hold or where I am in the queue. Tried texting and are still waiting a response. Live chat there was a 10 minute wait time and showed I was 13 in the queue. I realize this is not all the responsibility of the app makers but a simple “cancel order “ option should be ready on the app. Over all very disappointing experience!
New version is awful
Closes as soon as you click on anything to look at. Terrible.
Doesn’t work well
It takes a long time to load the app. There is an option when logging in to remember your information but it doesn’t work. Every time I log in it has to text me a code to verify it’s me, gets a little excessive when the app crashes and I have to keep logging in and getting a text.
New update Crashes
Whatever you did to update the app it now crashes before you are able to look at an item. I tried 4 times. Please fix.
Doesn’t give you the option to sign into your account
This app won’t save your items in your cart and will not even let you sign into your lane Bryant account
How did you manage to make a horrible app even worse?
In this day and age, there’s no reason for a shopping app to make it this hard to give your company money. Thanks to today’s update, when I click on a clearance item to view it, the app completely throws me out. I still have to repeatedly log in to my general account, my bag, and my wishlist, even though the “stay logged in” checkbox is checked. From what I can see, this has been an ongoing issue for years with no resolution from your team. I know lots of talented developers and QA people- feel free to reach out when you’re ready to build something that meets the needs of your customers.
Issues after update 03/26/25
App was running fine for me. Forced me to upgrade (update dated today to “fix bugs”). App is almost impossible to navigate. Random loading percent messages, very slow, not all filters are working and sometimes the filter option dumps right back into initial search. Let’s revert back a version until y’all get this worked out. Save a lot of frustration and use the website for now.
