Adore Me!
This is top quality and the fit is perfect no matter your size because they make sure to have just the right fit for even the smaller size panties and the larger size tops/bras and sexy is key and #1. I like this company over all others the fit is just right not too big and bushy!!!
Not so great anymore
Used to love to shop on this app. Not so great these days. Be careful not to order too much in one shopping trip or they will cancel your order and never notify you. $300 order and they offered me $5 off for my troubles.
Seems like plus sizes decreased
I’m curious to know if others have felt like the plus size options have decreased. Ever since the new brand redesign and rewards program changed, it seems like there has been a shift away from featuring plus sized models. I first joined the rewards program years ago because there was a focus on a providing a large array of plus sized underwear options. I’m not saying there isn’t any nor that they don’t have a fair amount, I’m just curious if others are noticing a drop off. Size: 44DD, 2XL
Error when adding to bag
Worked fine until it stopped lol - cannot add anything to a bag now, every item gives an error ‘this request cannot be performed at this time’. Disappointing. Two stars because I really liked it before
WHYYYY :(((
I hate the new format of adore me. This was one of my favorite lingerie online stores with such great deals and I LOVED the VIP program. Now for some reason, all the points I earned through VIP are GONE. Sets are more expensive. My cart and wishlist were erased so now I don’t remember all the super cute pieces I was dying to have. It’s just not hitting the same, which is so disappointing!!! The pieces are still so cute but why would you ever change a good thing??!

Don’t waist your time with this app
They use to offer Bra and Panty for around 50$ before delivery and tax. Then they tried saying we the consumers asked them to separate sets and sell a bra for 50$. All of there items are majority lace so expect them to rip and tear within a month of receiving, and their sizes changed and no longe fit accordingly. They were suppose to have better fit to womens bodies, now they have gaps on the straps like every other company and the cups don’t fit like they use to, trying to say I’m a D cup now when I have B cup boobies. App Store needs to start making no stars an option, apps shouldn’t even get a star pulling this type of money grubbing move. I’ve been with the company since they started, now they’re after all the cash in your pocket with very little to give you.

I’m pretty happy overall, the duty caught me by surprise and then of course upped the overall prices of my items but as far as quality and fit, excellent!!
Changed for the worse
This app was my go to as a larger chest girl and it was a site based on getting the sets together and it was easy to find things in the larger sizes. Now it’s no longer sets and terrible to find anything in an H cup
Hard to navigate, never have my size
I like the app and the store but finding lingerie in my size (36 G/38DDD) is never the easiest. The “regular” sizes never have my size and plus sizes never have my size as the app says they have sizes A-I and never have anything over a DD is unfortunately insane. As for the app, they charge you 40 dollars a month for VIP if u don’t look at your show room yet never credit it as store credit like it says. Other than looking at all the items being sold it’s pretty hard to navigate through the app if you’re finding your saved for laters and other things.
Adore me boxes
I love adore Me my first box was wonderful and not true to size. All the clothes are high quality clothes and worth the investment I recommend Adore Mr boxes to my best Friend Tara. These boxes are superbshoul Dred sign up
Bring back the Sets!
It’s such a bummer that they got rid of the sets I always loved when buying a bra I got the underwear for free matching set. But now if you “buy a set” it cost $60 or even $70 What the heck 😳 that’s insane. Please bring back the sets that were affordable and more bigger sizes cause it seams you run out way to fast or don’t even have enough.
Keep taking my money
This is the second time it took money from my master card and I haven’t even order anything..
In a never-ending Loop of „updating the app“
Every now and then the app has a pop up message to update it, I click the update button which brings me to the App Store. But there’s no option to update, it just says „open“, which I click. Bringing me back to the App with the pop-up that says „update“. This continues in a loop until I give up. Eventually a few weeks later when I check in on the app, the update button is gone and I’m able to actually use the app.
Don’t use if you live in Canada
The bras were really good quality but some major gaps between sizes. Also living in Canada I’ve had to pay customs fees the last two times I ordered- first time over $50 and second time $20. After I’ve already spent quite a bit on the products (they are not cheap) I don’t want to pay again. I’ve cancelled my subscription.

I stoped buying bras and underwear anywhere else….I only shop Adore Me. I have gotten my 3 daughters to start shopping here. The quality is superb and the fit is amazing. We love the fact that we can send the product back if it doesn’t happen to fit, which has only happened once in almost 2 years.
Money hungry
I miss when I could buy a set to surprise my wife with son in her size and now everything is sold separately without lowering the price. I would at least once a month buy her a new set but ever since they updated things a few months ago I haven’t as I find it ridiculous to spend up to an extra $20 on top of spending $60 just to get the matching underwear. That use to be if you wanted to buy an extra pair for that price. It has just gotten to expensive for what you are actually getting.

Endless Notifications
They will NOT STOP sending push notifs and there’s no way to disable them in app from what I can find. If I have to disable them from apple’s settings I might as well delete the app entirely… which I will be doing. Btw “Inclusivity” goes both ways. Whatever happened to your 30 sizes? Not a single new design is offered in a 30 band and some don’t even start at 32!

Fantastic
Five stars because I love everything I’ve purchased. But where did my favorites go? There used to be an option to view all my favorites, which made it easy to go back to something I wanted, but it’s gone now. It still lets me favorite items and it will show that they are in my favorites when I scroll through shopping, but I can’t see all my favorites items together. Now there’s just a tab to see “more like your favorites” but I can’t actually see what my favorites are.
New “business” model
I used to love Adore Me because I am a busty woman and I could get a complete set for around $40-$50 but since they took away the VIP memberships there’s no longer a discount, the Bra’s are $50 and add and extra $11 if you want the panty to make it a set …..that is before taxes and shipping. My size is almost always out of stock Useto love this site and referred all my friends but not anymore
Accept/Decline option easier found would be nice.
Love the app! The only thing I don’t like is that its not overly easy to find the monthly store credit option. At the beginning of each month I wish a pop up would appear on the app to choose to either accept or decline it. Or have a section in the app where you could go to on your account to accept/decline.

It’s like Walmart
The quality of everything is really poor. And nothing is ever in stock. No matter what time of year. The new model images are disturbing. I have 50$ of credit and every time I try to use it I literally can’t because nothing is in stock in 1x.

Customer Service is the worst
I absolutely love the lingerie. It’s very cute and comfortable and over half my closet has items from Adore Me. The customer service on the other hand is just horrible. I have spent over an hour now trying to get an issue solved but I have been told they simply don’t have the answer. I ended up deleting my whole account because of how I was treated. There is no option of escalation either. Genuinely I can’t see this company retaining customers just based of the service I went through.
IMPRESSED WITH ITEMS
The 1st time I ordered I was impressed with the fit and fabric. The styles are unique and sexy. I was not impressed when Adore Me changed from $CDN to $USD only plus duty. I don’t order as often anymore because of the additional expense.

As a blind customer who uses a screen reader, the Adore Me app is one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had. Product images have no descriptions and are announced only as “image.” Color options are unlabeled and announced simply as “button,” making it impossible to know what I’m selecting. Stock availability is not reliably announced, so I often can’t tell what’s out of stock until I hit an error or a dead end. These are basic accessibility failures that should not exist in a modern retail app. I love Adore Me bras, but the app actively prevents me from shopping independently. Accessibility is not optional, and this app needs serious work.
Keeps crashing

Terrible
Sizing is all over the place and if your in Canada it’s expensive to ship back and forth. If you have and size bigger than a B cup this isn’t for you.

iOS not supported
I have an older iPhone which doesn’t support iOS 17 This means the app is unusable as it indicates an update is required when you open it but there’s no update available so caught in an Open / update available spin meaning I can’t even continue using the old version

App Doesn’t Work
I’ve been a user of Adore me for a long time now but these last few months the app has been impossible to use. I’ve updated the app and it freezes any time I push any button. Adore me was the only brand I wore for many years and again, these last few months my size has always been out of stock. That, on top of the app having so many issues is just disappointing. I hope to see it improve soon.
Clothes are great but app is annoying
This app is annoying. I love all their clothing and their store but none of the photos of the clothing loads until you scroll on to it. So every two seconds you have to stop and wait. Its not because of my phone or internet its how the app is designed and even though its only something little after a while it gets very annoying
