Great price and quality
I have ordered from this company many times and I have found that nine times out of ten the product is great. Bathing suits are awesome. The products are very nice and are very reasonably priced IMO. Bathing suits are quality and not junky cheap material. They also are very easy to work with when you have a product you do not like and wish to return. Thave have been occasions when a product was not what I was expecting and they had no problem giving me a return option that was very suitable and very easy to facilitate. And that is pretty rare that I returned something because I'm usually really happy with it so I would definitely highly recommend especially for bathing suits!

Los productos son de una calidad muy cuestionable, llegan los paquetes incompletos y cuando uno pregunta por el faltante le dicen que es una pre orden, y un mes después de no llegar el paquete pregunta por el y solo dicen que hay un problema y que le devuelven la plata ya llevan varios días y no me aparece reflejada la plata en mi cuenta. NO COMPREN EN ESTA APLICACIÓN.
Good app, easy returns
Love that this company makes returns easy. I just wish they had filtering on different swimsuit cuts - like neckline (V, U, etc) or cup shape (Triangle, bandeau, etc), or bottom coverage. Filtering on style (like “modern” or “cottage core”) is way too vague and not helpful. I also wish they would use unedited photos. Lastly, they need more standard sizing! It’s wildly inconsistent. They usually include the model’s measurements and what she’s wearing, but I feel like it’s all just made up so it’s not even helpful.

The quality is great, but I followed the sizing guide and my items have been way too small.

Not forfilled order
Awful service. I paid for express delivery for my holiday within the 3-5 working days. Have not received my order, asked for an update as the App is saying Monday 27th after the 5 working days to then be told it takes the company 1-2 working days to process the order then 3-5 days after that. This is NOT what was stated when I selected the express delivery and I would never have order if I knew this as it's to late for when I need my item for.
Easy to navigate
Easy to add to wishlist and review, nice experience and ability to see the clothes - would be nice if there was more diverse body shapes to help picture how the clothes fit on different bodies.

Bonjour, vous dites sur votre site livraison en 2,3 jours ouvrés j’ai commandé le 27 juin toujours aucune livraison et elle est estimée au 14 donc presque 3 semaines, si elle arrive à cette date Je suis déçue

Très heureuse pour un déçue pour l’autre
Le maillot une pièce est très beau! La couleur, le tissu, la coupe, tout est parfait! Le tankini quand à lui est décevant car le tissu de la bande blanche au niveau de la poitrine n’est pas bien installé. La culotte fait très bien par contre.

Disappointing. Misleading discount codes or codes that don’t work at all. Hope quality of items I’ve ordered are good. Have spent a long time trying to get the codes right.
My go to for swimmers
Really love the design of the swimmers. Find the sizing small I’m normally a 14 but find I have to go for XL with CUPSHE. I’ve brought about 8 pairs of swimmers over the last 4 years and they have all mostly been great and fit well, if they don’t you can send it back and get a refund.
Customer service
Customer service is one of the worst in the online clothing industry. Free return shipping is advertised when you have the app but you have to pay the return shipping and go to customer service after it is sent to ask for the return shipping to be reimbursed. It is too time consuming

I stumbled upon your brand by chance on social media and that's how I found out about Cupshe. I'm so glad I did! The monokini I bought is amazing and fits my body perfectly. My go-to swimwear and bikini brand is officially decided, you've got a customer for life
Abysmal Checkout Process
Why on earth do you remove the cart when selecting checkout but have an add during checkout. When you click the ad your cart is gone and now you have to start a new cart! FIX this abysmal process!!

Lovely items, material is quite thin so not sure about the quality but the swimming costumes seems of a high quality and excited to wear them
Smaller than it looks
Unfortunately this loose fit swim coverall dress was much smaller than advertised and therefore looks terrible- the material is also very cheap looking
More variety in models
It would be great to see a variety of different sized models so we can see someone like ourselves in the togs!

Swimsuits
Why do you only have one size and swimsuits come in sets? Dumb. I’ve ordered twice and sent back the medium and returned it. Now have a large and only the top fist. Sizing is terrible. Sorry, but it is.

Some items smaller than I needed but option for partial refund without returning was great as could then pass on lovely items that didn’t fit me as gifts.

Nice but a few tweaks could make better
Nice swimsuit, but wish the top half were hemmed, feels a bit unfinished, Difficult to get correct fit, I’m a 12 on the bottom and an 8 on the top, would’ve been nicer to be able to tailor the bikini top to swim suit bottom ( 1 month to lose get down to a 10 now on the bottom, top is fine with a little padding)

Misleading discounts
I only ordered because a family member really wanted something from this site however I was not too happy that after loading all the app the discount that they advertised was only applied if you bought over £89 worth … not impressed.
You pay what you get!
Out of 5 things one was perfect. Material is ok. But obviously not long Lasting for what you pay for. Dress was too long. All colours were good except one for one swimsuit. Too thin of material and plastic join clips make for no give. Definitely worth going bigger sizes even though lm 5’9 and pear shaped but skinny legs and top. Material is on the thinner side of dress and bathers one piece. One was a perfect fit. The Paisley V neck. Others not so much. One was not good the blue BOHO ROUCHED RING. Absolutely no give. Material stretch makes for pattern no good. Thin material. Remember- thin cup inserts on all. Cheap material unfortunately. But the more better reviews is based for a better product.
Mixed review
I ordered two costumes after buying two last year in a local store and being really impressed. One fits brilliantly and I’m very happy. The second the same size but slightly different style. Does not fit my 5’11 height. It’s very uncomfortable. I was disappointed that was not able to return the less expensive swimsuit, it was sale item. I would have just exchanged for a more expensive style that I know fits me. I don’t think non return / credit items are clearly enough mentioned.
Pleased with the variety
Would like a better quality fabrics for the dresses and coveralls. Like cotton and linen as I’m not wearing polyester and other sintetic fabrics.

Reasonable quality for reasonable price
Was very sceptical about the placed order after reading all the reviews. But my order arrived only 4 days later than estimated delivery time. Super happy with this. Quality is probably 9/10 which is acceptable considering the price paid after all discounts. They all fade (expensive or not ) with the time. Probably do recommend this store for a cute swimsuits and other little things that we all like buying for one season 🥰
Swimsuit
Unfortunately bought a 12-14 (I’m a 12) but it was too small. Then discovered it couldn’t be exchanged for a bigger size.
$20 new app user
I download the app & signed up as required for $20 off as first time use yet disappointed this didn’t happen. I was planning on ordering however if don’t follow through with simple advertisements worries me what the overall service will be like

How did I miss the apply discount code ?
I’m so disappointed as I followed everything carefully at checkout (after watching a promotion on Instagram through Melissa Murrells account today - she had given us the code MM20 ) for a discount and I just couldn’t apply it - I thought it might be after putting my card details in but it seems not - not as easy to apply as it should be CUPSHE !

Faulty & typing is difficult It’s glitchy

In general the app is working nicely but on most pages the music I am listening to is being stopped (I use Spotify). Why is that? Would improve my user experience when fixed ;)
I love the CUPSHE app
I have ordered so many things from swimsuits and coverups to dresses and matching sets. It’s hard to beat the prices and selections. If I have to return or exchange anything it’s free and very easy. Love my CUPSHE!
Constant spam
The constant texts and mail every minute no exaggeration totally put me off but anything. Total mistrust in products or returning items.
Loading issues
Great website! Amazing products! Have purchased 4 swimsuits and 3 dresses, everything is top quality! But… it always takes forever to load items/images whether it’s on Wi-fi or cell data. Would also love to see more options to filter ie: length, material
Disappointed
The dress I purchased was good quality but the medium was advertised to fit a size 12/14 in actual fact it is more an 8/10. Having trouble now initiating a return as it is difficult to get a link.

Die Kleidung ist toll! Guter Stoff und gute Qualität, egal was man bestellt. Ich bin also ein Riesen Fan ! Doch die Rücksende- Bedingungen drücken die Bewertung soweit nach unten. Zum einen sehr kompliziert- ein Etikett zu beantragen u zu bekommen. Meist muss man durch den Kundenservice daran erinnern. Dann wird von dem Betrag nur 70% erstattet- was ich eine große Frechheit finde! Ich wollte zum Beispiel ein Kleidungsstück zurückgeben, um dann diese in eine Nummer kleiner umzutauschen. Dafür sind das schlechte Konditionen!
