Limited to phone?!
I like Quince and wanted to try the app… so I downloaded it only to discover that the only available format is for a phone. Shame on you for not being inclusive. Some people shop on an iPad not a phone… so you decide to exclude them? FAIL!
Love Quince, With One Cashmere Caveat
I’ve become a huge fan of Quince and keep coming back for more. I love the styles, colors, quality for the price, and especially the cashmere. I’ve purchased several pieces now, including some in multiple colors, because they’re soft, luxurious, versatile and easy to wear. The one thing keeping me from giving five stars is pilling. I’ve experienced noticeable pilling on a couple of my cashmere sweaters, and I would really love to see improvement in durability or more guidance from Quince on the best way to prevent and manage it. When I love a sweater enough to buy it in multiple colors, I definitely want to keep it looking beautiful! Otherwise, I’ve been extremely happy with my purchases and clearly plan to keep shopping here. 😊
Please! Show common bodies
My problem isn't with the products or prices, but it's VERY DIFFICULT to know what a piece of clothing looks like when all of the models have rare body types. All of the ratios are unrealistic. When the model has exceptionally long legs or torso, even picking out a simple item like underwear becomes difficult because common people won't have their clothing sitting where the model has the clothing sitting. The only place I've seen non-aberrant humans on Quince is when demonstrating "Shapewear".
Love quince and have purchased so much bedding!
I’ve purchased 3 sets of down pillows, 2 comforters, one duvet, one duvet cover, silk pillow cases and extra pillow cases. I will say my only complaint is no military discount and also with all the money I’ve spent there’s no incentives with discounts. If there were I’d be into the clothes and housewares
No iPad support??
It’s 2026 and this app does not have a native iPad version. Their website is slow and unusable. There is no excuse. They must not want your money. Don’t waste your time.
Always find something to buy
Love this site. The problem I have is that I always manage to buy something, which drives my husband crazy! But I always make sure I find something for him too!
No app for the iPad
I can’t shop for clothes on a little phone. I need an app for an iPad when you view this app on an iPad. It’s just a tiny little sliver in the middle of your screen. You can’t get any detail that way. Hopefully this improves in the future.

App is as sloppy as the company
I signed up for text messages to receive a $40 off $300 purchase and it was supposed to be automatically deducted from my purchase at checkout but the discount is nowhere to be found. Support was zero help so I’m giving up and abandoning the cart. Their loss. Avoid this app and company. How could they be trusted if they can’t even get a basic discount right. Almost feels intentional.

I need to return to the hybrid office casual world and my heavens, Quince moved mountains for what feels like - just ME! And TRUE Olive Green is BACK! I LOVE YOU Quince and just needed to learn to DROP my “Am”surd expectations and remember, small batch, sustainable sourcing MEANS QUALITY and is EVERYTHING I’m ALWAYS preaching. Thank you for the AMAZING experience. Even the AI chat is better, but Emily - The REAL HUMAN - Is irreplaceable! Incredible timeless collection, with hand crafted quality that cannot be duplicated by larger, questionable sourcing and working conditions Competitors - yet - priced where no Competitor of this quality can even touch. My ONLY question is how deep in debt do I NEED to go for this refresh because my cart is BURSTING!

I really like quince! It’s easy to navigate. Easy to find what I want. I wish they carried way more petite dresses because the dresses are very pretty but I’m short, so I’m afraid to get one and then return it.
