I got my first Wicked green small carry-on roller last year and I’m OBSESSED!!! So I just purchased the Crescent Catchall in burgundy for my everyday bag and the Sport Duffle in black for everything else that doesn’t fit in my luggage when I travel.
Could not redeem discount because of delays & lack of info!
Downloaded the app to get 15% off — looked everywhere for where this promo code was to redeem it. I looked on the website, I googled, I waited to see if something would come up at checkout. I didn’t get a notification for the promo code until after I decided to hit purchase. Very frustrating! Love this brand but immediately deleting the app and just purchasing from the website next time.

Didn’t get my package and no one helped. It’s been months. They will write emails but no real results
App needs some work
Not a great app overall. You can’t filter reviews, moving through items and colors is super buggy, and after I submitted my order the “back” button made seem as if my items were not checked out. The graphics are cute and all but I’d rather have a functional app.

Buggy pointless app
Why do you need an app to purchase luggage? The only reason is to get the APP15 discount. But the app is buggy and shows you incorrectly qualifying for free shipping when they still charge you. Contacted support and they said “sorry you were confused”. Oh and during check out it constantly reselected “subscribe to marketing emails”. Shady
How to??
I wish there was a video on each item of how to best use. It would help to see how and what people pack in the items!

But why…
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The BÉIS app and these “timed deals” make shopping unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I reached out for assistance while a promotion was still active, only to be met with rigid policies and no flexibility. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, these time-sensitive discounts and app-exclusive offers create confusion and a poor customer experience. Shopping should be enjoyable, not a source of stress and disappointment. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from BÉIS again.

I bought the sports duffle in black. Greatest purchase ever. Take it everywhere to travel. Just purchased the sports belt bag in black. Super excited!!
No Discount
This was my first purchase and I downloaded the mobile app. When I tried to apply the discount it said it didn’t apply to the item in my cart. Very disappointing.

I was hacked and the hackers said they were Beis Travel, and they used my credit card for over $1000. Beis Travel only wanted to make sure they were paid and couldn’t care less that my credit card was hacked through their app.
