I was able to buy 6 bras for 120.00 where they do that at the bras are beautiful and they fit slim my back and everything they sell good bras in all sizes and it’s just amazing to find bras to fit thanks so much torrid and keep supplying us with beautiful looking bras enjoy God bless much luv Baby Fri
app lags, never works.
This app is legit the worst for a store. It never loads right, lags, and crashes constantly. i’ve never written an app review like this, it’s just so frustrating to be led to the app that never works. I do t shop at torrid this way anymore, I use my browser instead now. fix your app! i’m running latest app and ios on 17pro max. it’s not me, it’s you.

What’s the issue?!?
Is anyone else having problems using the app on an iPhone? My sister and I have been unable to fully open the app for months. It’s perpetually spinning.
Torrid sizes fluctuate and I have jeans that I can’t return.
Sizes fluctuate and when they are marked no refund or exchange and now I have jeans that I’m unable to return to get a different size.
Terrible App
I hate this app. It is always so slow. WiFi, no WiFi. My old iPhone, my new iPhone. It is my only app that takes forever to load. I’ve tried uninstalling it too. I don’t understand why it’s so slow.
Cute but…
Super cute stuff but way overpriced for the quality. Big girl stuff is hard to come by so unfortunately sometimes I need stuff from here 🤷🏻♀️ really only worth it when stuff is like 70% off. And even then it’s still pricy compared to other options
How did Todd become my life?
I remember years ago now walking by this place and it had some funky fresh clothes for thicker women. Literally blow it in the mall was Lane Bryant, who had dominated any kind of thicker woman, but kept them in a certain tighten button up, keep following the sheep, heard her clothes. Every season toward comes out with something that just speaks to me. Makes me feel beautiful as a woman who is a little thicker and makes me so much more confident in my everyday life.. I don’t think you can go through a drawer or any side of my closet without running into approximately 80% of Torrid items.
Problems with App
I changed my address four different times, but once I placed the order it showed me my old address

I love the options at Torrid and how cute the clothes are! Can you fix the bugs in your app? I’m trying to buy some clothes and it won’t let me because of how many issues there are loading the app. Love you though and I hope you fix this soon!
App won’t function in landscape orientation on my iPad
The title says it all. I hate shopping on my iPad in portrait mode because I can’t use my keyboard.

Love Torrid
Torrid is one of the few stores still around where you can still try on clothes in the store. They have great sales, good quality clothes with different styles for everyone! I am obsessed with their graphic T-shirt’s. I have way too many! Still wish more of the tanks would have smaller armpit openings! Otherwise please keep Torrid stores!

Great store, nonfuctional app
I love Torrid and I shop on their desktop website all the time without problems, but the iPhone app is completely non functional. Most of the time it doesn’t load past the splash screen.

The store has the best quality jeans from my size and they have this tummy panel that holds you in. I love these jeans bombshell.
Glitchy and Steals Payments
I have used this app twice now, after contacting Customer service upon my initial use of the app. Both times I went to check out and the app asked for payment. I submitted it seemingly with no issue, then went to the final checkout and it said there was an error in payment processing, but then debited my payment and Torrid has yet to issue a refund when it is an error on their end and I have notified them of it twice, both my email and my phone. I will never use this app again and suggest you don’t either!
Canadian Shopper
I love Torrid—the styles, the variety, the promotions, Torrid cash and Torrid rewards. Pretty much everything I buy is true to size. I only wish the shipping could be back to the store or a lower cost. 🇨🇦

What’s the point
What is the point in having an app if it doesn’t work 95% of the time? I open the app and I get the circle of death and it never loads any content. I go to the website and it tries to take me back to the app. I use to order from Torrid a lot but the app not working had really cut down on me ordering. Can you please fix this?

Love the ease of app but even if we have payment information saved it does not load at checkout? Annoying what’s the point. Maybe it’s just for Canadians I don’t know

What good is an app if it doesn’t actually allow you to purchase? This just sends me in an endless loop of “proceed to checkout “ followed by asking me to login again. I’ve changed my password, deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing helps. Super frustrating!
Needs a better App in Canada
The app is SO SLOW! Ever since they moved from one app for USA and Canada the app is so slow that it’s almost not worth using and prevents me from making purchases. Shipping should also be free if you spend more than $100!

Deceptive third-party subscription pop-up at checkout
Immediately after checking out on the official Torrid app, a third-party pop-up advertising a '$20 cash back' perk enrolled my card into an unwanted $20/month subscription. Hosting deceptive pop-up traps on your official confirmation screen takes advantage of loyal shoppers. Torrid needs to remove these third-party marketing ads from the app.
Trendy and Fun!
My teen daughter loves Torrid…I wish all clothing could be shipped to the store in Canada, as $17 for shipping discourages us from shopping online. I love, though, how easy store returns are now.
Very Slow
It has gotten almost impossible to shop on this app. Pages take ages to load if they ever do at all. It is the same on a iPad mini and an iPhone 17 pro max.

I feel if you are doing business in Canada prices should be in Canadian $.
Phenomenal store
I have been to different torrid locations and the clothing is perfectly made. I am in between small and plus size. This store has gave me comfort and confidence. Great experiences all my clothing now only comes from this store. Shout out to the Montebello and South Gate locations
Lost my Dolly shirts because your app is ridiculous when using Apple Pay!!!!
There are no other sites or stores where once you double-click “confirm and pay” with Apple, you have to go back and click another button in the app except for y’all!! You even get the ding sound you would normally get once you’ve paid. This leads people to think their purchase is complete. So here I am, waiting for my Dolly shirts to be delivered, only to realize I never even ordered them!!! Of course they are sold out now!!!!😡
App is Slow
update*** 5 months later - upon receiving a response from torrid on this comment I have gone back to test the app. It does look like the previously missing back button is fixed! I have revised my review from a 1 star rating to 4. The app is still extremely slow but functional from what I can tell now. Original 1 star comment* I rather use my web browser to online shop - sometimes when you open an item to see details there’s no back button to return to the previous page. So if you were on page 10 of clearance or using any sort of filter it resets you back to page one with no applied filters.

Don’t expect your discount for opening card
I was excited to fill my cart and sign up for the card to get the 25% off they were advertising. Got approved and went straight on through to pay for my items and use my discount. When I went to pay, it was asking for a card number. Hmm, it said right above my cart that I was approved and could use my card and discount now. I checked my email, maybe there was something there. Nope, not even an approval letter. So I opened a chat to talk with someone who could help me. I explained the situation and with no other questions asked was told “I understand why you’d want to use your card right away, but if you close or refresh the page the offer is gone”. Ok, well that shouldn’t be an issue because I didn’t do either of those things. Basically after that I was just told the same thing over and over. Another company is in charge of the cards and there was nothing they could do. “Wish I could” she says. The more I think about it, the more I realize that this is probably a script they use all day everyday, and it makes me wonder if anyone ever gets that discount. I went back to my cart just to take a look and noticed that on the payment page and when you’re in your cart, the pages refresh every few minutes ON ITS OWN! Not only does this knock you out of any attempts to use that offer, it also removes any coupon codes you’ve entered into your cart. Pretty dirty practices if you value your customers at all if you ask me. I certainly won’t be keeping an account open after this. I also notice than any percent off offer you put in knocks off any discounts that are being offered automatically. So I wouldn’t be surprised if that 25% off had been useless anyway. If this sort of thing keeps going, I don’t see a very bright future for this company a lot of people have loved over the years. Sad sad day Torrid. Sad day….
