Refund dealing
I don't recommend Chic Me. I ordered a dress that didn't fit. I requested a refund, and the process with Chic Me began. It is very complicated to get a refund from them. They don't give you a 100% refund and don't send the return label. They don't take customers seriously.
I like ChicMe. Frequently they don’t tell you whether a zipper is involved or not.
I think it is a hassle to return stuff so I’ve had to give a lot of stuff away cause although my wife is small and in shape, 5’3”, 117 lbs, she is buxum And you can’t close the darn zipper.

Worst experience ever.
Package made it to New York, but the horrible shipping company Chic have lost it and still shows like is still in transit that was two months ago since I order it. Chic did not wanted it to refund my money, funny thing is that they blame at the shipping company and they want it them to pay me back my refund :). I had to escalate this to PayPal and they end up giving me full refund the next day.

System Update most of the time - frustrating
I get push notifications about sales and product items, but when I go to the link the app too often has “System Update” on the screen and I can’t look at anything. This is very frustrating. Please fix it so I can look when you notify me. However, I have purchased many items from this app and been very happy with the cost, shipping and clothing items. I haven’t purchased any shoes yet, but I might soon.
GROSS!
What the heck?! I download this app expecting chic items and the first thing I see are some nasty nasty feet with white toenails that aren’t even painted to the edge and they’re like Animal claws! Just disgusting! 🤢 all I could think about was how badly they smelled with all those nasty skin mites and toe jam under them! Not for me. I’m worth more than a company who throws clothing on the same sweaty person for hours to advertise cheaply is to sell cheap. I have standards and integrity.

Long Time to Process Orders
I made a purchase on 04/15 and it didn’t ship until 04/24. That was after I emailed asking how do I cancel my order. I will not be using this online company again. If I would have ordered on SHEIN, my order will be state side already or already here.

I am still waiting for my order to ship. It has been about a month since I made my $200 purchase and nothing has been shipped. I contacted them for help in regards to this situation and I have yet to get a refund or a simple response from anyone.

Everything I’ve purchased and received has been amazing! Good quality outfits that receive many compliments.
Terrible shipping
I ordered 4 items January 18th…. It’s now March 7th and I’ve yet to receive any of the items. I reached out to customer service through the app on February 10th and got back a response saying “two of the items are hot sale and may need to take another 3-7 business days to restock. So in 7 weeks from the day I ordered I’ve still got nothing and out of $95. I have messaged again today asking for a refund but based off similar reviews I don’t think I’ll be getting one, at this point it seems like it’s a scam.

Excelente arrive time
Never got my order
I order a pair of boots and I never got them. I tried to get a refund on it but it didn’t work and I even texted costumer care and they never responded. Wasted 50 dollars for nothing.

La app no muestra estatus real del envío,le faltan varios detalles , otra cosa , no dan respuestas concretas son como bots respuestas de lo mismo siempre, está en proceso sigue en el mismo lugar, ya se está viendo en almacén..” etc. mi ropa tardó más Del mes en llegar y es bonita y me gusto pero si tendrías que pensar la compra si sufres de ansiedad sobre si llega tu pedido o no😅si estás preparada para tal angustia esta app de compra es para ti.
