Easy Ordering; Difficult to Return
The ordering process is easy. I have ordered quite a few items, and the quality of the items is very good. However, I needed to return two items. The return process has many steps, and customers only have 10 days to mail the return once your return application is approved. If items are easy to order, then items should be easy to return. Update: Lately, it has taken more than 6 weeks to receive my orders, and I never received one order made in January.
Can’t see favorites
I can only see a few of the items on my wishlist. I have to try to remember what I want to buy.

50/50 shot
I have placed five orders or more. The clothes looks so beautiful. I keep wanting to try. 50-50 shot. Some things have been awesome and some things have been horrible. The shipping and the returning if you’re not willing to gamble, don’t buy here.
Extremely slow + Other Issues
There are some good clothings and accessories on here, but the main issues Im having problems within the app is how slow it goes. Like I have to wait at least 5 minutes just to view an item or add it into my cart/wishlist. Not to mention the lack of coupons; the checkout system is weird for me. You enter the shipping address, put your card in, but when u press pay now, the price comes up totally different from what you originally saw/had. I would rather have an app that tells you the final price before paying instead of having another tab tricking you thinking you bought it for like 113$ and not 135$ because they didnt show the sales tax + shipping …
The number of times to open this software every day is higher than that of WeChat! !

This place is a scam. I ordered almost $400 in clothing on Oct 4th for an event and still haven’t received it and it is currently 10-31. DON’T waist your time and money!
Beyond Frustrating
There are so many sets that I want but when i tap to select, it is only the top or the pants. They never come together and there isn’t an easy way to add them on. It’s so aggravating, especially when you put “sets” in the search bar. I hope they correct it but I won’t purchase until it is a simple process because there are many other shopping options. Even going to a brick & mortar store is easier. At least you don’t have to hunt for the other pieces in a completely different section of the store and can put them both in the basket at once.

tricky Company
I ordered a skirt that looked like leather, but it wasnt it was made of a very cheap fabric. It looked like a pair of curtains, and then I ordered the Jean two-piece pantsuit for $60. But I was later told the pants did not go with the jacket the jacket is a simple blue Jean jacket that I wouldn’t pay $60 for if it had not been a complete outfit. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. If you return the items, you must pay a shipping fee, and then they must authorize you to return them. They sent me a cheap-looking jacket and stated the pants did not come with it. They sent me an extra skirt, which was $50, so $110 was wasted. Einmal und nie wieder
Musste über PayPal einen Käuferschutz Fall eröffnen, um mein Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Meine Bestellung ist nur unvollständig angekommen, angeblich sei die Versand Adresse nicht korrekt. Komisch, dass dann ein Teil der Ware ankommt und der andere nicht. Der Support reagiert nicht und wenn, dann nur sehr unprofessionell und versucht die Schuld auf den Kunden zu schieben. Hier werde ich nie wieder einkaufen!

Worst store to buy clothes
I purchase in June 2023 some clothes and received only half of the items. I wrote so many times asking for the other items and claim my money and the answer is to wait more time. 3 months after my purchase and don’t receive my items is my money back. Didn’t recommend this site.
