iOS 18 issues
App isn’t as great after the latest OS. For example videos don’t expand to full screen. When you tap on the icon to expand the app actually freezes.
App is great. Content? What happened?
App works great. SSS was a staple shopping platform for me. Was. Not the developers fault. But I digress. They got rid of all their anchor hosts. Bring back Eric, Dawn, Lou, Jose. What good is the app if the content is boring? We want style insights, humor, sass, and great deals. Make SSS fun again.

Great service, amazing hosts but way too much advertising
This is an amazing concept and platform but they send me 10 unrequested notifications a day. They’re push marketing us one of the most annoying and aggressive I have ever seen. If it wasn’t for the obnoxious way that ShopShops advertises I would give them 5 stars.
Awful!
I just wanted to shop Century 21 like I have so many times in the past.. the only way you can see anything online for them is through this terrible app. It is a curated scroll of the most expensive products they sell, no way to search, no rhyme or reason to what is displayed. I can’t imagine anyone would enjoy shopping this way.
Sellers are deceiving and will not help with prob
I have spent thousands of dollars on this app, while the app is great! Most of the sellers are not helpful and customer service takes forever to respond to you. I have gotten bags that don't have date codes and/or damaged, it makes me think that they swap the bag and send you a different one. Sellers are only nice to you when you are buying but as soon as you get the item, they ignore you. Shop with caution and ask for date codes and don't rely on entrupy either, as I have gotten entrupy that has wrong date codes yet somehow it was authenticated. 🤦🏽♀️
Highly addictive!
In a word…Wow!!! I have used and enjoyed other platforms to purchase luxury items but I’m in love with ShopShops! The sellers are knowledgeable and fun but more importantly they introduce the products truthfully. The bags and items I have purchased were exactly as described and authentic! Customer service is helpful and responsive. I may need to get a second job to support my new habit!
Counterfeit
I love my seller however my item was stopped at the US boarder in customs saying the over 6000 dollar purchase was seized and I was altered it was counterfeit merchandise I have used this app and purchased many items.. I am floored by this.. please note USA is sending the item back now I question why would such a larger platform allow this..
My 1st order
My order came quick. Great quality. But I ordered Pink and was sent blue. I never pressed blue. I only wanted pink to match my handbag. I was disappointed especially since my first order had error!
Choose your sellers, bad admin support
Some shops are much better than others, you have to choose your sellers. One of the sellers sent me a bag that was damaged and when I asked Shop central admin for assistance no one replied for 5 months!! I’m still waiting for the refund!!
More expensive than FASHIONPHILE
What started out as a steal of a place to go for used designer bags turned out to be nothing less than another place for people to try and make you pay top dollar for items that aren’t worth it. I have seen items featured for sale on the different live sales that are on FASHIONPHILE and the Real Real for way cheaper. People just need to do their research. Some of the items that are being sold, are so overpriced it’s insane.

Platform Allows Scammers To Scam Buyers
Read their Terms and Services before buying anything on here! They will not protect the buyer. They require very little proof from the seller that they sent the item and holds the buyer accountable for the sellers fraudulent behavior. Customer service is terrible and rude. Cannot contact anybody via phone. We will be going through legal avenues to ensure that this company and that seller are held accountable. They are not accredited by the Federal Better Business Bureau so that should tell you a lot about this company. Stay far away from them.
Tiny glitch with the trial version test request
I can’t get into the app anymore because the trial version pop-up now has no ability to close it or chose not to participate in trial version. It worked fine up until 12am est today.

Not getting notifications
Ever since I updated the app I haven’t gotten half the notifications from people I follow. Only the hosts. It’s like they don’t want to support the business owners only their hosts. Picture in Picture doesn’t work anymore either.

Shopping experience
Terrible experience. Returned one item which o though was too many and was not reimbursed. Contested the charge but they did reimburse me. Now they blocked my purchases just for one item after all the $ I have spent. They blame it on Al algorithm which cannot be override. Never heard of this and highly questionable. Do not trust them!
Poor customer service and coupon code system
Don’t get me wrong this app is great if u’re looking for preloved items. I recently reach out to their customer service with photos attached in emails as proof regarding not receiving the $75 new customer coupon after downloading the app as well as sharing livestream and products to friends for obtaining $5 coupon. James - the customer service agent keep on saying the coupon is automatic and I’m not receiving because I did not complete the tasks. They refuse to acknowledge my issues with the app. I even had made a purchase of a bag and requesting them to help resolve this issue so I can make a next purchase but seems like they are not willing to treat us customers properly. Very disappointed.
Bring back the Pop up window
Please bring back the pop up window function so it can be used simultaneously with other apps. It was working fine before the update today and suddenly now it doesn’t work - very inconvenient.

Fake Items. Bad Customer service. Time for app to be realistic on what it is.
Half the sellers on the app sell Fake items from china. Fake Chanel. Fake Gucci. Fake everything. Customer service is embarrassingly bad. Item never ships, yet you have to spend weeks emailing trying to get assistance on getting your money back. Shipping is so expensive. 30-40 dollar for an item to take 4 weeks to get to you? Unacceptable. Seems like management is delusional on what services the app provides, and it’s obvious that the app is okay with abusing high paying customers. Pass for me after years of shopping. Who ever is running the app- pay attention. Take note. Time for a reality check.

Can’t get enough!
This is like a treasure hunt every day! I am constantly discovering items on the app that I’ve searched consignment stores for FOREVER. It’s easy, fun, and best of all I don’t have to leave my house. Love this app!

Ad said from Japan but most stuff are from china so I’m assuming then these bags and stuff are all fakes

I have been using ShopShops for 10 months now and am kind of obsessed. The host sellers are soo entertaining and I’ve loved every purchase I have gotten. After 10 months, and a lot of livestreams, I bought my first Chanel bag last month and could not be happier. It came with the Chanel dust bag, authentication card, and Chanel box. Big fan of this app! Highly recommend a glass of wine and the Luxcellent livestream!
Trash
A pushy obnoxious app. It’s what everyone thinks of as a stereotypical Long Islander being in your face. I lived there 25 years, I know: it’s like someone extracted that essence and compressed it into a rude and pushy cheap-but-overpriced cologne. Ugh.
