SO SLOW
I'm excited about this app and I love the idea. But it's making my browsing experience so slow and everything just freezes. I wanna keep the app and use it, but I might have to uninstall if this is the experience.
My review
Nice app! But when you are lets say shopping for Rolex or and watch it will direct you to AD website which just waste time browsing items not available rather funnel to only certified pre-owned dealers and change that to only those deals when we can actually see in the market to buy otherwise everything looks perfect. Good job keep going.
Suggestions
- make app more accessible for those using bigger text - reduce the tutorials upfront & forced extension (you lose interest for first-timers easily)
Visual matching
I used it for a (floral) wallet and it brought up items using visual matching, e.g. floral napkins, floral bath mats, floral trays…not fully functional
GET IT
i’ve saved so much many with this app. I literally bought multiple wigs and this app brought the price down by like 30 dollars each time i love it
Doesn’t work
Phia doesn’t work at all. It’s not working as a browser extension, nor does it work when I paste a URL into the app itself. I’ve checked “always allow” etc. but it is completely unusable. I have the newest iPhone model. Very frustrating.
Cool concept
Interesting app, but you can only use it if you’re American. It only connects you to .com websites (I’m Canadian so I can only shop on .ca).
Needs larger sizes and price cap
The only issue is I’m size 40 pants (women’s 8) but it only goes up to 38….. ugh…. And no price limit (I don’t want to see anything outside of my budget, that is overwhelming and makes me less likely to actually buy)

Tracking and access
I tried to download the app and it wanted full permission to always allow it to have access to my search and saved passwords etc, I thought that was very sketchy.
Love it but needs work
Love the idea and additional search features. However, several of my suggestions were eBay listings that had ended or no longer in stock.
Beyond Just Coupons
Unlike other apps that only hunt for discounts, Phia goes further by comparing resale items and styles. The thoughtful AI integration enhances the entire shopping journey. The developers nailed it.

just shows me links to stuff that look similar to the item i want. Plus they copied beni - a much better app
App is still buggy
App is still buggy. E.g.: I search on means jeans it displays both sexes. I try to filter by men’s sizing it shows women’s sizes. I search on a particular men’s brand and style. It shows everything but. It seems like a good idea. I’m also concerned with the legal risk of interfering with other sales and transactions but I image the owners and investors have figured that out already.
Made shopping way easier
Shoutout to the folks behind this app! Phia’s really smart, finding deals I wouldn’t spot myself. Getting rewards just feels like a bonus. Thanks for making my shopping simpler, genuinely appreciate the hard work!

Hi! I think this app is so great but the Phia banner that pops up every time you click on a product is too big; it frequently obscures the outfit I’m trying to see! It’s the perfect size when the tab is slid to the side, so it should just start that way!

Love this idea and the app is beautiful however I have issues with clicking the buttons - exit buttons for example don’t work. I’m Canadian - not sure if the interface differs because of that?
Not just another coupon app
This app does more than just coupon hunting. It compares prices and finds better buys overall.
Scam app made by questionable employees
The app is the most unoriginal shopping experience with tasteless, subpar UX/UI. Their “HR” is also an anonymous barely-22 year old girl who sits through the “interview” with 0 questions, yawning throughout, acting as if they cannot be more bothered with her time by doing *shocking* their job. No shock their employees are as lazy as their app’s premise. They even have the audacity to ask for the link to your work so they get free ideas, only to ghost afterwards.

Good for bargain hunters
If you care about prices, this app is the way to go. It spots sales and better deals fast.
Doesn’t work
Every time I search, it rarely finds a good match. It either returns a completely different item or suggests products that aren’t available in my size. If I’m searching for something specific, I want results that closely match the exact piece I’m looking for and are actually available in my size.
