Horrible return policy
Their return policy is the worst. They don’t give you a full refund unless you pay for the return shipping. And if you choose one of their two options, they only offer store credit. What a horrible policy.

It might not be obvious because we are used to free return with other similar companies, but with Commense you have to organise and pay for your shipment back to get the refund.

Returns
I placed an order, received it and the items were way too large. I immediately tried to start a return. Impossible. I sent an email and got a response someone will get back to me to start the process. Have not heard anything. There is no way to return your items once purchased. I spent a lot of money and do t want these items. I could have purchased on Temu for way less. Mistake. Don’t order from this company. No way to get in touch with

I love Commense! They have some great clothes and I’ve had good luck with their customer service. I do prefer their winter clothes to the summer. The quality just feels better in the winter options.
Defects on all 5 items bought
I was downright disappointed when I got my package today. I watched the YouTube videos, read all the reviews and was hoping this website was going to be better quality. It just like all the others. Straps on a tank top and clearly uneven, and don’t fit to size. The black dress with a cute white tennis skirt looks to have a thick ironing burn on the front, which isn’t salvageable. Every single item is cut strange, not to size dimensions advertised, and clearly has a manufacturing defect. The dress was the worst one, and the one I was looking forward to the most. If they had a great exchange or refund policy, I would be happier
Great brand
The app is easy to use and navigate. The clothes are great, many look high end and appear made from good quality fabrics at a very reasonable price. Returns are not free but they are easy and customer service is super responsive and quick. I’ve seen mixed reviews but I don’t understand them as their policies are pretty clear, their clothes are nice and their team is responsive. I’ve had many great experiences with Commense and when I wear the clothes I get tons of compliments. I’ve sent many people their way!
Just as bad as SheIn, maybe worse
Quality of the clothes is not great and they try to make it impossible to return anything. I've been trying to get return information for over $100 worth of clothes and they will not give me an RMA or shipping details. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO RETURN!!!! At least with other companies you can return the purchase and get your money back.

As someone who is constantly shopping at commence (yes I admit I have a shopping problem with this store) this app has made my life and my shopping experience 100times easier. I’m obsessed with commence and the quality and uniqueness of their clothes. Really can’t ask for more in a clothing and store and this app just give me so much easy to track, shop, speak to customer services and really anything’s I need it’s at an easy access. Highly recommend!!!
Terrible Customer Service – No Replies, Wrong Address, No Support
I had a very bad experience with this app. Right after placing my order, I realized the shipping address was wrong and contacted customer support immediately. I sent multiple emails and even reached out through Business Chat, but no one ever responded. Because they ignored my messages, the package was shipped to the wrong address. They didn’t allow cancellation, didn’t update the address, and didn’t provide any support at all. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Good customer service should at least reply to urgent requests, especially when the issue was reported right after ordering. I hope the company improves their support, because the experience so far has been very disappointing.

Return policy
I’m disappointed with Commence’s return policy. When you return an item, they do not refund the full amount to your original payment method. Instead, they only offer store credit or a 50% refund, which feels unfair and inconvenient. A company should stand behind their products and provide a straightforward, customer-friendly return process. Unfortunately, this policy makes me hesitant to shop with Commence again.

Terrible Customer Service — Lost $600 Order and Zero Accountability
I had an awful experience with Commense. I placed an order worth $600, and they lost my package completely. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation — no refund, no replacement, not even a sincere apology. Their support team is unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely indifferent. It’s clear they have no customer policy or responsibility toward buyers once they take your money. I’ve never seen such a careless attitude from an online retailer. Please do not order from Commense — you risk losing your money with zero protection or assistance. There are plenty of reliable fashion retailers out there, but this one is a complete scam when it comes to customer service.

Worst Customer Service and Defective Items
The item I ordered arrived defective and the customer services takes days to get back. I was asked to cover my shipping fee even though the original policy doc says that the customer will cover the fee unless the items that arrive are defective which they did. I wouldn’t recommend this portal to anyone.

The clothes are of good quality at a reasonable price. Customer service is excellent too. Sometimes the items take awhile to arrive, but well worth the wait!

Quality poor. If it’s no return. If you want to return you have to pay for it and it’s about 50 bucks. Not worth it. Never again

Deceiving Shop-Highly unsatisfied
I am very disappointed with the service at Commense. My cousin and I ordered at the same time and hers arrived but mine did not. Mine has not even shipped yet despite paying for express shipping. This was my graduation dress and unfortunately I had to find an alternative and it wasn’t what I wanted. I’ve tried to contact Commense through email and have not heard anything backs customer service is poor. Also when I ordered it did not state that the dress I was ordering was for pre-order until after I made the purchase which was also disappointing.
