As a buyer , i liek it . As a seller , not too much . Never sent money in my account and changed the status to paid in the app. Scam?Also, made me pay for a bag to get back saying it is fake . Sadly i did not have any receipts to prove myself and ended up paying .
App Navigation and Product Details
It is not very easy to click for example the cart icon and the cart details are showed. I need to go to the main page in order for this to work. Also, prices of products shown in the favorites list is without existing discount or the “best offer”. Items need to be clicked individually. I find using the website more convenient than the app.
Amazing
The shipping was extremely fast, it arrived in 3 business days. The item came exactly as pictured and arrived wrapped neatly. Compared to other resale apps I’ve used this was a great experience and the site is reliable.
Lame App
What a lame app that it will not allow me to filter it at all!! I am forced to search thru items that are not relevant to me if I want to shop on it. Don’t waste your time 😕
Glitch needs to be fixed
My favorite app for pre-owned fashion, but it has a small glitch of make the user experience annoying. Every time I open an item, whether from my favorites list or from the search list, when I go back, it takes me all the way to the top of the list and I have to scroll down and manually find where I was. It irritates me, and it’s a waste of time.
Buggy app
I was trying to sell stuff and the app is not user friendly. So many issues and nobody would respond to my emails.
More Improvements Required
1. Wish list need more options 2. Details of used items need to be highlighted more in the picture so we can visualize it. 3. Loyal customers need more services 4. App security it’s important 5) reduce prices since they are used items

Terrible Customer Service
The payout I receive for the items I post on the Luxury Closet app is less than 50% than the selling price. even though a discount code was available for Nama von it was never shared with me until after the date I posted my items. Given that I am a regular customer, and I’ve already sold more than five items through the Luxury Closet app before I should be able to redeem the code, but they didn’t allow me to. They said that the VIP customer service will be in contact with me, but they never reached out to me. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to use their app.

You get the lowest pay in return
I sold 3 items on this website (dior and chanel) and I was forecd to reduce the selling price in order to attract more offers from buyers. After doing so , I got paid less than 50% of what they offered me initially! One of the item took almost a year to get sold! Also the payment took around a month to reach my account. I gave them 2 stars for the credit of collecting the items from my house.
Not possible to see real size of bags
Please stop using the photoshopped pictures with a not real model. Impossible to see the real size of the bags!!! Is better if you use a mannequin instead

SCAM
SCAM! Do not purchase anything from this company! I made a purchase combined with shipping of about 5K and never received my items. The shipping company forged my signature, and I have been dealing between the Luxury Closet and DHL on this matter, and it was concluded that the case is closed. I did not sign off on my items and still never received them. Luxury Closet is another scam, and do not trust them.

They give you low value for your products, extremely slow regarding proposing prices, payment/bank transactions, and even picking up your items. They have stated multiple times that they will take my items on a Thursday and I have confirmed with them, then they don’t pick it up and the courier calls me on Friday to tell me that he’s near to pick up my items. It’s so messy and slow. The whole selling process is extremely slow and impractical. you don’t get good value for your items either

Can not change listing prices to Australian Dollars, makes it deceiving. Sets as US for Australian location.

They took my money and never ship item
I tried to purchase an item on here and the order never went through. It kept trying to get me to continue to order it and they charge my card three times. They refunded me only once I then had to contact PayPal to have them refund me and I still have an outstanding charge from them know item and I finally had to go through my credit card to get the remainder refunded. I will not deal with them again.

Not user friendly site
It took 5 days to get the site to take payment. I sent 6 offers to the person selling these pants and never heard back. So I ended up paying full list. Just not a fun experience at all.

So disappointed with this app, horrible the attention to client, and they hide fee for shipping, I ordered a handbag and my order said shipping and insurance included at the time to arrive my item dhl call me that I have to pay 192.39 for delivery my items, I won’t to know ever in my life for this app

Do not trust
It was one of the wort experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Customer service is just too bad and takes forever to reply. To get items back from them will take a life time. I’ve been complaining daily and it is still pending. Please do not download this app. Scam!!!
