Not professional
I have order 3 T shirts and after i use them for 1 week the t shirts looks like it has been 2 years of using. And the did not care .. very high prices very low quality

Could be better
I love the quality and all the colors, but ive faced a few issues while using the app, it’s really slow, some pages dont load, and i dont know why it would pause my podcast when I use it, i had to switch to the website, which says it sent a verification link to my email but I never received that, i used another email address and it was the same case. I do like the match feature in the app though. Also i miss the sales page.

I received my order after two days of placing it! Stunning customer service and great follow-up. Comfy clothes & very durable. Highly recommended. A bit pricey and hope they reduce their prices a bit or have discounts around the year. Kudos to the team!

Worst customer service & delivery
I have made an order and for some reason the payment type chosen was cash on delivery even after i entered my card info and the order was placed. When i wanted to return the toooo bad sizes and quality arrived, they said i can only get the refund as a points (like a gift card of the amount) in my account for the next purchase. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I didn’t get my money!! But their service is tooo bad and I don’t want to order for them again and want to get the amount back in my account but they said their policy doesn’t allow!!

Horrible service
There Sizes are way over what your actual size is, always size down if you will ever order from them. My advice don't buy from them, if the size is wrong they will only refund and not accept exchange and if you ordered on sale time they will give you the sale amount back and not the original if you wanna exchange sizes, they are definitely lying about there same day and now when i wanna return and reorder i cant get the same price cause the sale is over a horrible service!! there whatsapp chats are like talking to bots, just keep saying the same thing over and over, I definitely recommend buying from somewhere else, they are way too overpriced and just hyped by the trend, not worth it at all!!

bad customer service
Very bad customer service, I received wrong order , and I tried to reach the customer service! It was very bad ! It takes to long to respond and after two weeks of trying to fix my order they did even send the item that i paid already for it ! And they toke the wrong item! Until today I cant reach them ! They are ignoring me and I didn’t receive even an apology! I wont ever order from them anymore

You guys just got a huge fan I am amazed by how smooth everything is I did have some problems at first but when you get used to it and understand the sizing and the terms of returning or exchanging definitely check those out but other then that the quality is pretty nice / comfortable I would like to thank the whole service for helping me enjoy a cruelty free planet 🌍 friendly experience much appreciated 💯

This is by far the worst online store in terms of customer service. I ordered from them twice and each time there was defected product and when I returned the them they gave me a voucher instead of refund!!! It takes them DAYS to just respond to emails. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Not user friendly I want to search why there no search option if there is why hard to find 2- there should be field for my order if I am already signed in why have to get the tracking number to enter the tracking # to track the order !! I order 2 instead of one by mistake so I want quickly to cancel ,guess what there is no cancel option

I have had a good experience with TGM, except for one issue related to their mobile application, which hindered my ability to place orders. Aside from this concern, my interactions with TGM have been positive. I have placed multiple orders with them, and I typically receive my purchases within a week, despite them being shipped to the US. Furthermore, I am highly satisfied with the quality of the quilts I have purchased, as they consistently fit perfectly and meet my expectations.

The WORST customer service and delivery!! Every time I purchase something from TGM there is a problem. On this latest order, the 3 items I bought ALL came with a problem. 2 of them weren’t even what I ordered (wrong color and product) and the 3rd was defective. The quality of the clothing and the quality of the customer service is less than 1 star. They don’t even answer you when you request assistance. I’ve contacted them on the phone, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram and nobody is helping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They are very unprofessional, despite me paying extra money to deliver early they still didn’t deliver my order , they promised the order will be dispatched within 24 hours multiple times yet today is the 20th day and i received nothing The worst customer service ever I tried to contact you through email,whatsapp, and insta Yet no answers and no order delivered I asked for my money back and they completely ignored me !!
