DON’T LIKE THE APP
The website was much easier to navigate and view the products but no longer seem to be able to shop directly from website - a Google search now automatically navigates to the app and you can’t see the products as easily or clearly. The display area is so much smaller - very frustrating.
Missing Apple Pay
Great app but missing Apple Pay
need Improvement
The application is the exactly same interface as the browser

Singles Day
My very first Squatwolf gears,I am very happy to see and wear them and check the quality.
Good App, but No US Store Location & Glitches
I like the SquatWolf app—it lets me add my location as the United States and set my language to English. However, despite this, there’s no store location option for the US. The only store locations available are Saudi Arabia and Dubai, which is really inconvenient for US-based users. On top of that, the app has some glitches that can make it difficult to use smoothly. Overall, the app has a lot of potential, but these issues need to be fixed.
Feedback

Bad return experience
Although that the products are quite good. I found it lengthy and annoying process to return/exchange a product. Even if you are looking for a product exchange, you still need to go through a refund process. It has been over a week now and still haven’t received any feedback about my refund value. Totally unpleasant experience unfortunately.
Amazing app
So easy to use best quality clothes
High price with normal quality
All items are overpriced compared to well known brands

Dubai
Fraud?
I couldn’t find a way to report Dubai’s squatwolf, but I would only say it was the worst experience in delivery and communication, they might as well pay more in adds through influencers than fix issues with actual first time customers, so I order 2 items to be delivered as in the add says “less than 24 hours” days pass by I thought I got scammed with no updates, then it says it is on its way and the sizes are all wrong, I check and they say it’s okay as soon as it is delivered you can return, get your money on the site and then order again, I said no I want the correct size why do I have to put with all of this? No response, I got it delivered, it’s the wrong sizes, not even mini mistake it’s 2-3 sizes down, no apology just blaming me not like I took the time to measure each item into their size chart just exactly right! No exchange they say just print this paper on the package of items and etc etc which in total, might take 1 month and more, the worst delivery, the worst experience ever, why do I have to pay extra for your error and lack of support? If this happened in my country they would be closed by now
