Disappointed
They really gave me hard time with my last order and im not going to order from this app anymore. Small advise , dont try the option of " get it today " , you wont get it the same day and will pay extra for nothing 👎🏼

Options
App is wonderful tool of online shopping experiance, the only drawback is more options to browse like Best Sellers(Real Sorting) unlike the recommended Best Seller option! It will give an idea as to whats popular and trending rather that what company is trying to push for sale!!
3 orders
I give sivvi app at least 3 tries before deleting it , my honest experience with them yeah I received first order correctly but the skin care doesn’t come with care why should I receive them hot due to poor shipping method, items sometimes don’t feel stored properly all came with dust and I have berthing condition, last order were 10/7 and my skin care came stemming hot !!! That what not supposed to happen, also it’s hard to communicate with support!! Also, due to sivvi didn’t send shipment number I stood outside for solid 10 min unable to take my order in the end the delivery person took my id photo to give it to me.My order were wrong and I will not go to same fuss to complain , also the cancellation of item after paying is another issue why you don’t check availability before processing to the payment! I lost my og account and weren’t able to retrieve it back.

The app is great but have a lot of issues
The app have a real good deals but the thing is is not organised at all from the inside if I ever search for something isn’t only shows what I want no it shows every items in the category which make it harder for me to reach it so please fix your categories like when I search for a sportwear I see everthingg like abayas and denim jackets like anything but a sportwear
