Customer service
Worst customer service I requested help in filling the address there was an issue in the neighborhood box showing cities instead and they did nothing. I also requested a bag for my gift and they said they are out of stock and can’t provide bags I already paid 5 pounds for the gift wrap I just need a bag with it!

Extremely Unprofessional Service & No Refund After 2 Months
My experience with Children Salon has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I placed two separate orders, and in both cases, each order was shipped in two packages. The first package had my correct phone number, while the second package had an incorrect number! Repeating the exact same mistake twice clearly shows a lack of attention and quality control. What made things worse was the poor and careless customer service. There was no serious attempt to resolve the issue, no accountability, and no proper follow-up. It has now been almost two months, and I still have not received my order, nor have I been refunded. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the credibility of this app. Very disappointing experience. I will never order from them again and strongly advise others to avoid using this app until they improve their service and respect their customers.
AWSOME
I love children salon they have the best designer pieces for children and I recommend it
Complicated
They have the worst customer experience ever. You pay a huge amount for shipping, and when you request a return, they ask you to print a form, attach it, and make you pay another fee for the return. Honestly, as a mother, I cannot be a loyal customer to this site. I only order from them in urgent situations, but it is never my first choice.
5 star service
The best app ever. Excellent , outstanding I would like to thank every member works at childrensalon for the great service.
The best site
You can filter everything down to exactly what you’re looking for. You can save to the wish list and then move to your shopping cart. I just wish there were multiple wish list so I could separate the children. Delivery is fastAnd the packaging is perfect. My favorite site for kids things
سيء جدددا
تبي فلوسك تطير اطلب من عندهم اذا بترجع شي تدفع واذا ياخذون منك برضو تدفع اخذو 112 عشان برجع واستبدل بسس برنامج سيء جدددا
Amazing packaging
Nice letter and included free gummy bears and nicely packaged
Not satisfied
It took the shipment over a month to be in Saudi, then it required customs clearance from me ! The customer!! Then it took the shipping agency another 3 weeks to contact me about the shipment! It’s faster and easier to go to the mall and get your things done instead of contacting 6 different people to follow up your shipment!
Best shopping website
Best shopping website for children with all the needed advantages😍
