Extremely poor customer service. They clearly do not value or appreciate loyal customers who order from them regularly. The shipping service is also very disappointing and poorly handled. Overall, a very frustrating experience, especially for a returning customer.

Some suggestions
I hope the developers would add multiple device with the same login, also i think its important that the data from the wearable digital thermometer is upload into the cloud so that multiple devices can check simultaneously while only one is connected via bluetooth. And i hope the newer version of the wearable thermometer has a wifi built into the dock so that the thermometer can connect to the dock via bluetooth and the temp reading uploaded to the cloud for multi device support.
Love the new app
As a long-time Mumzworld customer, I’m so happy with how the app has grown. Now that I have my new daughter, the updated app has made everything so much easier. It’s a truly amazing experience smooth, modern, and beautifully designed. The colours are bright and cheerful, the layout is well-organised, and navigation is simple and intuitive. Everything works well with no lagging at all. I can find what I need quickly, and the overall experience feels thoughtful and user-friendly. Well done.
Unreliable Customer Service – Absolutely Unacceptable
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Mumzworld’s customer service has been extremely unreliable and inconsistent. Every time I contact them, I end up speaking to a different person who seems to have no knowledge of my previous conversations or complaint. I am repeatedly asked to explain the entire issue again from the beginning, as if there is no proper case history or internal communication whatsoever. Responses take far too long, promises and information provided by customer service cannot be relied upon, and no one seems willing to take ownership or responsibility for resolving the issue. I even requested several times for my complaint to be escalated to management, yet nothing meaningful was done. The final straw was when I told them that, because of the way my case had been handled, I would close my account and stop shopping with Mumzworld completely. They did not even have the professionalism to respond. This is not simply poor customer service; it is a complete lack of accountability, consistency, and credibility. After this experience, I have lost all trust in Mumzworld and will not be purchasing from them again. One star is honestly more than this experience deserves

Love the website but too many bugs in app
Latest app bug shows “cartId must be string cartId should not be empty” It’s frustrating because now I have to find other places to purchase the things I need when on my phone, since I can’t even add items to my basket.
Too much ads
Great app overall, but most push notifications are just ads - and they come almost every day. The biggest issue is that there’s no option to disable promotional notifications while keeping important ones. I had to turn off notifications completely, so now I miss useful updates too.
Lifesaver!!
As a first-time mum, I’ve been so impressed with Mumzworld. The app is easy to use, and I’ve found everything I need for my baby without any hassle. What really stood out for me is how reliable the delivery is. Everything arrives on time, and sometimes even earlier than expected. I also had to return a few items, and the return process was quick and completely stress-free. Overall, it’s been such a smooth and reliable experience.

The app is well organized, the filtering of items is good (could be more precise in some categories) but overall it helps with navigating the products. I wasn’t able to pay with “apple pay”, not sure why, when I clicked on pay it did nothing, so then I just paid by credit card.
Best selection of products but terrible software
I use this for all my pregnancy and baby shopping because they have a great assortment of products and brands. However, I constantly face problems with both the website and the app. Particularly the wishlist functionality and shopping cart. Buying what I need when I need it is regularly a mess due to this. I don’t experience glitches like this on any comparable UAE e commerce site like Namshi, Ounass, etc. Mumzworld really needs to step up their platform with regard to their never ending IT issues and often less than satisfactory customer service about it.
Lack of credibility
I was confused on why people rate some products 5 stars and commenting bad reviews? Then I realized you only show the comments if the rate is 5 stars! Which caused lots of products to have high rating despite the bad reviews only for it to appear! I am a customer of this app but very disappointed

كويسين بس يتعاملوا مع شركة نقال وتعاملهم زبالة واشتكيت اكثر من مرة المندوب يطلب الرمز قبل التسليم عشان يرميها في المصعد ولا اي مكان ويمشي .

برنامج رائع، و يتوفر فيه كل مستلزمات التي احتاجها لأبني تسلية تعليم و صحة.. لكن المشكله في رسوم توصيل لسلطنة عُمان كان توصيل مجاني و الان توصيل يصل الى ٢٠ ريال عُماني!
Awful Shopping Experience
The app works fine (therefore I gave it 2 stars) but the customer service/shopping experience is just atrocious. My order got canceled and they didn’t even bother to reach out to me. Never again.

Glitches and wrong prices!
There are so many items that they claim to be out of stock on the registry and then when you add it to YOUR cart it’s magically available. And the price of the item is double on the registry but when you click to view the product itms suddenly back to half price! Very off-putting for people checking out my registry!

كنت من عملاء ممزورلد الأوفياء، وطلبت منهم أكثر من ٥٦ مرة، لكن للأسف تجربتي الأخيرة كانت مخيبة جدًا. أولاً، الأسعار في موقع الإمارات أرخص بكثير من موقع السعودية لنفس المنتجات بالضبط! ولما قررت أطلب من الموقع الإماراتي بما إني كنت مسافرة، رفضوا يقبلون الدفع اكثر من مرة والسبب ان بنكي ما قبل مع اني غيرته ٣ مرات رغم إن سجلي عندهم معروف وطويل. ثانياً، يعطونك قسيمة “خصم ٥٠ ريال”، لكن بعد ما تدخلينها يرتفع سعر الشحن فجأة، وفي النهاية الخصم الحقيقي ما يتعدى ٥ ريال! شعورك إنهم بس يبون يجذبونك بعنوان خصم وهمي. وثالثاً، لما كلمت خدمة العملاء، ما في أي تفاعل أو محاولة لحل المشكلة. الرد الجاهز دايمًا: “هذا النظام!” بدون أي تعاطف أو اهتمام. للأسف، بعد كل هالتجارب، قررت أوقف التعامل معهم. في منصات ثانية تهتم فعلاً بعملاءها وتقدم شفافية ومصداقية حقيقية منها first cry صراحة فرق التعامل
