Good product, fast delivery and free installation.
Very Poor Service
The products which was bought doesn’t show the actual status and neither any updates are shared from Danube. The customer care team is difficult to get connected approx waiting time is 10-15 mins on the phone . And they hardly reply timely to your message in the online queries. They are not customer care team actually .

Delivery for vanity items
Very poor planning. Just 1 person to carry all items through building and villa steps and disturbing or making customers to carry the items. Since it’s very heavy It’s really bad decision by Danube. Kindly arrange 2 persons while delivering vanity items.

Regarding Privilege Partner Program
I am a registered PPP member. Recently, I purchased tiles from the Danube Al Khwair showroom. At the time of purchase, the salesperson informed me that I would receive an incentive after the purchase. However, I have not yet received my incentive. When I called customer service, they told me that the scheme for tile purchases has been canceled. If that is the case, I believe it should have been communicated to me before the purchase, and the terms and conditions in the PPP mobile application should have been updated accordingly.

I am new to Dubai and after a lot of research we decided to visit Danube to buy the furnitures. First visit, Mohsin Abdul volunteered to show us the products and we bought full bedroom set and some decor items too. The in-store experience was amazing as we had Mohsin, who was efficient to show us all the stuff as per our requirements. His knowledge about the products, understanding the customer needs, willing to help and support is commendable. We visited again to buy rest of the furnitures and was not able to decide and again Mohsin helped us to choose the right stuff. He made our experience with Danube amazing. Also, the installation staffs visited were really helpful. Overall it's a great experience and visiting again soon ☺️

Subject: Feedback on Unpleasant Experience at Danube Oman Showroom Dear Rizwan Sajan, My name is Habbab Rasheed, writing from Oman. I recently had an unpleasant experience at your Al Khuwair showroom that I feel needs to be shared. I visited your outlet to purchase a bedroom set priced at RO 85 and a cupboard priced at RO 48. After spending nearly an hour finalizing my selections, I proceeded to the billing counter. Unfortunately, I was informed that there was no new cupboard available — only the display piece. When I requested a discount on the display item, the salesperson offered RO 2 off but mentioned that it would come without any warranty or replacement option. Due to this, I decided to purchase only the bedroom set for RO 85. At this point, the salesperson suddenly mentioned that free delivery is not available for purchases below RO 100. This was disappointing and frustrating as I was not informed of this condition beforehand. Additionally, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the salesperson claimed that no other furniture store offers free delivery for orders below RO 100. However, I visited Pan Emirates, and they provide free delivery for orders as low as RO 50. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect well on your brand's customer service. Clear communication and transparency about delivery terms are essential to ensure a positive customer experience. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve your service. Worst after sales service
I have taken milano water purifier and told that installation will happen in 3 working days. But i was calling customer care everyday from and every time they say will do it tomorrow but they won’t do it. Been fed up waiting for more than a week now. I suggest not to buy anything from here.

Worst service support after sale.
Since 10 days their support keeps giving false commitments and support has 0 credibility. Danube home service shows the DNA of poor service post sales. Never gonna go back to any Danube service, house or furniture.
