Joy
good service
Poor app
First, you need to keep on login almost every time you open the app. I launched twice today and i never closed it completely (running in the background) and it will still ask each and every time for your username and password. Once opened, the app is poorly designed and unfortunately as terrible as the service in their store. Funny story: when i bought my iphone, the lady in the store told me « no insurance on the phone but the software - iOS - is insured :)
Great shopping experience but application status is not timely updated
I made electronic purchase of an item with great choices and great specifications and great discounted price Every day I was checking application that showed status of my purchase as submitted and not shipped and not delivered although I received item successfully in perfect condition Just more it updates to online application and every thing will be perfect
App needs improvement
Customers can not see their invoices for purchased items need more upgrades to match with other competitors apps

Amazing Offer on Electronics
Loved shopping on Emax App. They have an amazing offer like 10% off on Television, Offer of the day, Killer offer and many more. Bought TV and it was seamless right from ordering to delivery. Keep it up Emax!
Not working in Saudi
I can’t change the country option
Awesomest APP I have ever used.
It must be your only electronic destination.
No sorting functionality
In this day and age one would expect fully functional app from a retailer. App does not allow sorting by price...
Interesting Features & Services
Have features like customized bundles and flash deals. Promise to delivery and installation within 4 hours
The worst app and web store ever!
I wouldn’t even give 1star to this app or their website .Doesn’t work being a Emax pride member I can’t you use my points to make purchases online through the app but have to log on to their web site ,apparently which freezes on checkout .Tried to resolve the problem several times and even tried to get a refund but to no avail.Better try Jumbo or Sharaf dg which don’t fill you with false promos.
