First time in union coop alnhda
I was in union coop al nahda first time,cashiers from counter 3&4 Filipina and indian,and other staff wearing talabat and the bucher indian guy wearing white they are very helpful and kind staff,thank you so much guys,God blessed you always.
Does Not Work Anymore
This app used to work somewhat fine. But recently, it has just stopped working entirely. I placed an order one night and was surprised to find that because the app was not able to find my user, my order was not even logged. I get that this regional crisis has probably put more strain on the app, but that’s what a good app should be able to handle. Will need to switch to a different supermarket now.
Do even developers use the App
Dear Team Union, this review from a long time customer but do you guys even try to use your own App? You know that if you spent like 1 min inside the App it will automatically close the App. To be fair i have never used an App that did this and this been happening for the past two years. Changed for a new iPhone and still the same.
Good App, but the Game Experience Needs Improvement
The Tamayaz Union app is well-designed and generally easy to use. However, I have concerns about the fairness and transparency of the games. At times, the outcomes appear to be predetermined or unfairly influenced, which creates the impression that the game may be rigged. I believe the app would benefit from greater transparency regarding how game results are generated and verified. Improving trust and fairness would significantly enhance the overall user experience.

Cancellation and extra fees
Order cancellation should be added as an option. It’s not fair that customers are required to pay multiple extra charges, including service fees and the newly introduced water fee. There seems to be a lot of creativity when it comes to adding new fees and increasing revenue, but very little effort put into improving the customer experience or creating value for customers. Customer feedback does not appear to be listened to, and there is a noticeable lack of improvement despite ongoing concerns. Overall, the experience feels increasingly focused on charging more rather than delivering better service
Variety
I use to enjoy buying everything from here while I was in JVC. When I moved to mirdif, the selections and variety have been really bad. You need to really get the same items to this branch.

Update broke the app
Your update on April 27, 2025 has broken the app. Not only has it logged me out completely, there doesn’t seem to be a login , and it is impossible to re-add an address for delivery purposes.

Many times i used to order and i had very unhappy and disappointed experienced that they delivered damaged papaya and unfresh vegetables. most of the time the silicon branch has no promotion items enough . The delivery 🚚 staff that I encountered are entitled and rude.!

New update very bad! I cant find so many items! Why you making app more difficult!! You are losing so much money because you don’t have so many items !! The good thing that i never had problem with delivery guys.
Better to buy from coop through instashop
Their items, quality, variety and prices are amazing but the app and the non existant customer service can ruin the experience , first off there is no option on the app to cancel the order, incase of wrong scheduled or express you cannot cancel the order, customer service never pick up , but it’s a competition between carrefour and coop worst customer service , through phones and emails , so either you buy physically from their shops or house need instashop as a filter third party to make sure the order and the delivery goes on time

I am trying to use the app but its not loading can u please tell me what to do, it says it needs an update but there is no update showing
What’s the point
If one can not receive goods within a reasonable time and the poor design of APP doesn’t allow cancellations then why should one bother?
Sells unripe watermelons and don’t give money back
The prices are good and the delivery is fast. But… This is the 2nd time I bought unripe watermelon from them. Its not red and seeds are smaller then they should be. Unioncoop should check their suppliers much better. The customer support refused to give money back or replace the watermelon.

Worst service ever!!
My order arrived with items on the receipt missing, I called the customer service three times in the morning and no one called me back so i called at night after 9:00 and after 30 min someone called to say they will deliver at night then they said they will deliver next day between 10-12. They confirmed that delivery will be before 12 and today its 2:00 and no one delivered anything!! Worst service ever so its my first and last time to deal with coop!!

التطبيق بطئ جدا يصل بك الى الملل وعدم الرغبة بالاستمرار او الشراء ويضيع وقتك. التطبيق لا يعطيك جميع أنواع البضاعة المتوفرة تحت المنتج الذي تبحث عنه
البرنامج جميل بس الخدمه والتوصيل سيئه جدا
الشركات الاخرى تحاول اختصار الوقت في التوصيل السريع والجمعيه حتى خلال ساعه وساعتين موب قادرين يوصلون الطلبيه المشكله انهم قريبين من البيت لو رايح مشي بوصل ب ٢٠ دقيقه وهم ساعتين او اكثر لتوصيل الطلب لابد مت تطوير خدمات التوصيل باسرع وقت ممكن ولا سوف تفشلون في سوق دبي المنافسه شديده جدا جدا ولا مكان للنايم والبطي جدا

Very bad service
Not in time and the quality of delivered food is so bad and not to mention using taxi for delivering food and the frozen food got melted !!! And the driver wasn’t following the safety measures (not wearing gloves ) . Advice never order frozen food or fruits and vegetables through them.
Change the developer name
Change the developer name, you are a professional organization you should have your own name and developer team under your name, it shows (Aiman Otham) with respect to the name of the person but an organization like Union Co-op they should have their own name like the other companies and facilities here in UAE, in addition to that fix the crashes and other problems in the application.

I’ve had tamayaz card for more than 4 years and I have never received an SMS. The application also does not give me any notifications of any promotion. So how will I know?!!! It’s very frustrating.

I cant register my tamayuz card, it says i need to check my internet connection, however i am 100% sure i am connected. Hope the issue is fixed
