Update Bug
I updated the App. When I am pressing add to cart option, it is not working
No customer contact
I ordered online and tried to reach the contact center through the app and the website, due to a mistake in my order, it’s been a week and yet no one contacted me and I’m about to receive the wrong order. Unfortunately.
Time
Takes hours to load … doesn’t show you some items that are sold out for you to be notified to order when available - I have to go through the trouble of calling Customer Service

The app has been updated.
Review in 2025: App has been recently updated. The best part about the update is that now it doesn’t show the items that are not available and that app response is now faster than before (when you unlike or like items it will be added or removed in your wishlist unlike before when it just keeps lagging). I hope the app upgrade remains user-friendly. One downside of Pan Home (that is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5) is that their online customer service is not that good. You can send an email using the website or app inquiring for something and you won’t receive an answer immediately. I inquired about their interior design service in 2024 and I got a callback about it in 2025 (one year after despite multiple email follow up). 🤷🏽♀️ Review in 2024: I love PAN HOME. I love everything they have in store and in their catalogs but their app is very slow, not updated, a waste of time for the users, and a badly made app. If Pan Home will continue this app they have go give it ultimate upgrade for the best user experience, Also, why create an app if you won’t give attention to it or to the feedbacks? It has been like this for more than one year and nothing of our feedbacks has been taken into consideration for the app. Really?
Terrible customer service
I placed an order through their app and requested a return. The delivery and pick up takes more than a week when I decided to return my items it took them a week to pick it up a week to start the refund process then up to 14 days for me to get my money back (one month in total). When I spoke to customer service they were completely uncooperative and quite rude. This is the last time I will be placing an order with them.

Literally the app is broken, even the website!! Very bad and laggy, you’d think their app is stable since theyre a multi-billionaire company but no! extreme bad. Never again. Id rather go to the store and shop instead of using this damned app.

I have successfully check out an item last night even tabby payment was deducted and has an order number provided, but was no email order confirmation provided from mobile transactions and upon checking today, the item was still in the cart and pending check out, was this a glitch? Maybe but a very unpleasant error both to merchant and the customer.

Worst App for online business
Do not use this software to buy Pan’s furniture. The delivery agent always arrange delivery time as prefer time who mentioned. But in this software you can’t find the option to remark your prefer time to delivery. That means every order will be delivered in the evening. That means you wast full day if you ask company leave to waiting for your order. And always the security will reject delivery man enter apartment after 5 pm. That means every time your order will reschedule to other days. You had waiting more days to receive it.
