Reverse pick up
Poor service on reverse pick up despite of the item not working and trying to return many times need to followed up and mails to be sent. Still not picked up.

The app is basically a browser with a loading bar at the top, can be drastically improved by developing an actual app. Otherwise no complaints from Sharaf DG.

Pathetic customer service
I bought a Bissell 4000E OFC Edge Wet & Dry Vacuum on 31 Dec and on 5th Jan it has stopped working . After two time usage . I understand it an electronic product and it can malfunction at time but when I called their customer service now the want me to carry the entire product to their service station for inspection instead of sending a technician. At the time of sales I was told 2 year warranty at doorstep and when asked for it process changed . Not really happy with all this mess . Big name but not a pleasant experience.

Sharaf DG It is sad to inform you that you don’t live up to your vision and mission. Your customer service strategies and practices need to be reviewed ASAP by your management. I am a disappointed customer that is considering to leave you due to your customer service.
Major complaint on delivery
You guys need to allow us to arrange with the delivery personnel to arrange when he should arrive and to apply instructions. I missed my delivery today because I have 0 clue of what time my delivery was arriving. I don’t think the delivery guy even rang the bell to check if anyone was inside… he just called me (I was driving so I couldn’t pick up) and then left. Such a frustrating issue. 0 possibility to communicate with delivery. Please fix this. Also we should have the option to pick up the package ourselves…

Received a new tv which is not working properly
My experience with sharaf dg is very bad based on my 2 purchases. First i bought a hisense tv and exactly after 1 year display was gone. I thought its my bad luck and i spend around aed 650 to fix it. Today i received a new tv ordered through sharaf dg app and surprisingly its display backlight is having a major defect . Even after spending money and sending a defective piece , their formality to return the item is more complicated . Never ever gonna buy anything from sharaf dg.

They treat customers like beggars in Muscat outlet only few customers were there but the staffs are gathered and joking each other for them it’s like a club no price scanner working so if u want to know details be in queue and wait for the counter lady to answer

Placed order for Siemens electric cooker and the app still shows delivery by 6oct after multiple follow ups still not delivered and being communicated it will be delivered today since last two days.

Tried to buy a mobile phone which is not came as a “Made in China” product but i couldn’t find the desired ones.
Worst shopping
Most of the items price are quite high than any store in UAE, I don’t know for what they charge extra? Because customer service also not good. And worst part is if you add any items to your cart they are disturbing you by call and ask why not purchase the item?
Getting better and better.
It is still not the best mobile shopping experience out there but I remember the earlier versions of this app and I have to say each update brings a little improvement to the app. They still have a long way to go, but it's certainly useful enough the way it is now.
No cart botton if you want to check your orders
Ordering is very hard, crushes & items will just disappear from cart. when i click add to cart, theres no cart notification that says its there bec no cart icon. same w/ the website very hard ordering. pls fix
