App Crashed!!
The app started to crashed when I tried to login. website also didn’t response properly. I have no option to check my ticket number to compare last night draw. Even, the ticket purchase email also doesn’t show me the purchased number. I’m wondering how these basic things got missed out…

There is no option for forget username recovery
no log in, no creation
i can't able to log-in, always showing 'wrong password' and i try to create new account re CAPTCHA always wrong... what the hell is this ?
Poorly designed
Very poorly designed. Purchasing, adding credit, checking ticket history etc…should be done on the app itself. Instead it takes you to the mahzooz website to process. What’s the point of having the app if it doesn’t do everything in one place? Disappointing indeed
