Great deals
Cartlow is great to find some great deals, not only on electronics, but also grocery items, house items like bedding and cookware and more! Honestly, I’ve found some really cool stuff at really cheap prices. The only reason I’ve given four stars is because the delivery takes a really long time and the chat option isn’t great because no one gets back on there: you have to call or email to get a response. If they improve on both aspects, they would be an amazing place to shop on!

والله تجربة سيئة جدا اضطريت احذف التطبيق كان في البداية كاسعار ومنتجات ممتاز بدا شوي شوي يتغير لين شريت ايباد منهم وطلع ايباد اقل مواصفات من المعروض وجيل غير تماما سويت طلب استرداد واكثر موقع في حياتي تعذبت في الاسترداد منهم تقريبا شهر او اكثر عشان ترجع الفلوس غير العذاب عشان يجو يستلموه مني والله تجربة فاشلة لابعد حد والان اسعارهم جدا جدا سيئة ما انصح الشراء منهم خصوصا اذا انت في الريجون السعودي

The app doesn’t work anymore, it only sells gift cards, are you going to fix it ?

I order an iphone 12 mini and i liked it but can you please improve your delivery date . Coz it’s writing in the apps that you will delivered it 2 to 4 days but I received it almost in 3 weeks . But overall its nice shopping app

After the last update there are no products to search the database is empty, have you run out of business? There were few items in my cart that I wanted to buy 😅

اكثر الاغراض لا توصلنا ويقلون انها واصله او في البرنامج يقول انها وصلت وهي العكس وبعض الاحيان الصندوق يوصل مفتوح من قبل الموصل واغراض ناقصه اكثر من 7 توصيلات بنفس المشكلة

No t taking in consideration customer satisfaction in consideration when need full information of delay no punctuality every time give a deferent reason for delay and very unprofessional customer service people.
Bad after sales support.
Bought MacBook Pro. Upon receiving found out Battery was faulty. Complained about it but nothing...It’s been over two weeks they didn’t do anything about it and now not replying to my emails. 2nd order they messed up again with wrong specs hence they didn’t ship it till now, order was placed on 17th Oct and today is 30th of Oct. Not satisfied with their after sales support and warranty, in reality both doesn’t exist.

I would like to thank cartlow for the amazing customer service and their great support. The prices are very good compared to the market and the delivery is very fast. I have a long story with cartlow, which proves at the very end their professionalism. I purchased a used laptop and was delivered on time and then the laptop was a bit slow, so I called them and changed it to another refurbished one which it was much better and they even given a discount on the price. When I received the laptop the configuration was different than the one in the description. I called them and they responded very fast and apologized for the mistake and collected to add the missing 8GB from the ram memory. After 8 months the laptop had a technical problem as I couldn’t switch it on, when I called them I was surprised by how fast they reacted and the laptop was collected, repaired and sent back within 3 days. Thank you very much cartlow for your supreme service.

Dont buy phones from this application
I bought a like new top iphone from cartlow and it stopped working after less than 2 months of usage and when i diagnosed the phone at one of apple stores they said that it’s internally damaged and the system is not working any more and if i need to replace it will cost me 2500 dirhams. I spent more than 3000 dirhams on this phone and didn't last for 2 months. And plus they refused to fix it for me and didnt give me a refund or even partial refund. Save your money and don’t buy from cartlow

POOR POOR POOR customer service
MUSTAFA AND MARK. I have ordered my device 48 hours before the delivery while I was out of the country and the moment I landed I requested them to please have it delivered because the following day we are not home and the devices for my 11yrs old son I DID PLACE 2 CALLS. I wanted to pay for urgent delivery, but System didn’t give me an option so this is extremely disappointed to know that they do not care about customers and their requirements I DID TELL MARK AND MUSTAFA THE SAME AND I OFFERED THEM IF I CAN PAY FOR AN URGENT DELIVERY HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED !!!!!
