Misleading delivery times and very poor customer service. Order delayed for over a week with no clear updates and the app says delivery in 1–2 days. I was even given conflicting information about my order status. Very disappointing experience.

So unpleasant experience
I don’t know why I used this, but it was unpleasant experience to say the least, they promised next day delivery in Dubai, but after few days now, the order is still in process, tried to contact their support before, but the only response I got was, “it is what it is, it happens when it happens, we can cancel and refund will take 7 to 14 days”. I really regret using this service channel.

Very disappointing experience with Virgin Megastore UAE’s online service. I placed an order and never received any updates, tracking information, or customer-service response. Their customer support is extremely difficult to reach and there is no direct phone number to contact. I cancelled the order, refund even takes time. No transparency at all. After checking online, I found many other customers reporting the same issues. Until their service improves, I would recommend buying from other reliable online stores in Dubai.

Started my journey from homepage till order confirmation. Journey was smooth and I was guided on each step. I will recommend this App if you purchase from Virgin Megastore often.
Extremely Disappointing Experience — Avoid Online Orders with Virgin Megastore UAE
Never order anything from them online. You will only ruin your mood and your nerves. Their website promises same-day or two-day delivery. In reality, I placed an order on December 2nd — today is December 8th — and only now did I receive an SMS saying the package might be delivered by 10 PM. You cannot call them. Their “support” is an absolutely useless bot that never answers anything properly. You cannot track the shipment, you cannot reach anyone, you cannot do anything to resolve an issue. I will wait for the package tonight and refuse it upon delivery, because this item was needed by Saturday as a gift. At this point, it’s completely pointless. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend downloading their app or purchasing anything online from them. Only visit their physical stores in person — nothing more.
Warning About Fake Delivery Promises
Don’t buy anything online if they claim delivery within 1–2 days. It’s not true at all, and my experience proved it. Be careful so you don’t fall into the same trap.

It is very annoying to log-in every single time with an annoying captcha followed by SMS code. Just keep a Face ID option which is very secure enough.
Very bad UI/UX experience
Please fix your app. It’s just a messed up website that doesn’t redirect me to the store itself.
