This app is terrible
I can’t change my availability it is unnecessary hard to do anything on it. It is just terribly set out and doesn’t work properly

Room for improvement
Too many steps to do common tasks - like changing availability. Often indicates new messages but hard to find. Local team notices should be front and centre. We are here to work not play games!

Bug fixes
Fix the bug I’m having problems with the app everything I’m trying to go on the app and sign in with my Face ID it won’t let me and I have to put my username and password in every time and when I close the app it logs me out please fix the app thanks
Terrible app
First time making a review but felt like I need to because how frustrating it is being forced to use this app. It is so slow and signs you out so frequently, even when navigating to another page on the app. I have to use this app for work so I have no choice so I feel like they don’t care about user experience because most people are forced to use it. This app makes me sound like a Karen, fml.
Frustrating app
PLEASE IT CAN’T BE THIS HARD TO DEVELOP A BETTER APP THAT THOUSANDS OF STAFF USE AT LEAST TWICE A DAY As a casual employee I find the features of this app to be helpful like checking location schedule and adjusting availability but the app itself is so buggy and slow. Every update there is a new problem. Last update it logged me out every time I even pulled down the notification bar. This update, every time I login (at least twice a day) I have to use with my password and two step verification even though I have Face ID turned on. Please for the love of god make this app better once and for all.

Clunky and slow ui. Can’t even clock in on time because i am stopped before the login screen by a persistent loading icon that requires several app restarts to resolve itself.
Poor update
The app always ask you to log in with your work email and password all the time you open the app. The face recognition is nonsense. Will take you ages to log in and punch in location.
Slow, buggy and extremely internet intensive
Terrible app. So slow. Often seems to crash (although it might just be being so slow it seems like it crashed.) even basic tasks are slow and unimaginably data intensive. Uses gigabytes of mobile data within minutes seemly just loading menus. If you have a choice avoid at all costs. Constantly asking for log ins less than 30 minutes after you just logged in. I honestly didn’t know an app could be this bad. Belongs in the trash not the App Store.

as the title says, it’s very clear that this app wasn’t made by real developers that knew what they were doing. the UI tells me all i need to know. so embarrassing for large companies to see this as anything other than an ai slop app …

I have used few apps related with work , and my god this is the worst one. I don't know if this app here to help us or to make our life more miserable 👎🏾
Log in annoyance
Having to log in every time when previously Face ID would work. Very very VERY annoying.

This has to be one of the worst app ever for work. I am in shock. This genuinely feels like a school project gone bad. There’s no way you are paying people to make this.
