Sorry to be mean but same problems as everyone else
A) It needs to save passwords because typing it in every time is ridiculous B) Ideally it would send notifications when a roster changes, requests are approved, etc. C) Also doesn’t say whether you have punched on or off so I always check the time card for reassurance that I haven’t punched on twice. Would be more intuitive to just say “successfully punched in/on/off/out”.
AWFUL
It used to work great, but not anymore. I have to delete app, reinstall, then put in server code to access it EVERYTIME I need in it.

Une option imprimée et/ou synchronisation dans l’agenda serait au top et pour ma part sur iOS obligé de se reconnecter à chaque ouverture de l’application du coup les notifications servent à rien puisque je les ai quand je me connecte ce qui fait que je suis obligé d’ouvrir l’application tous les jours pour voir si une modification a été faite même si je coche rester connecté ça ne fonctionne pas

Glitchy, trying to get to requests and see open shifts at my workplace but the page on the app keeps skipping. I have tried on a different device too. Please fix asap

Very effective application and really made workforce management simple !!
Very poor
Lack luster appearance mixed with poor user experience. Unknown why any company would pay to use it. Not user friendly, no Face ID login, or remembering passwords.

Every time I try login from my iPhone it asks for mail and password that’s annoying.. it can be saved on device. Small problem big hassle.

New iOS 18 iPhone 13pro max, will not let me sign in despite all details are correct, delete app - reinstall and followed setups correctly still says user & password incorrect.

HORRIBLE APP
it doesn’t let me sign into my account. It says that my password is incorrect and it’s hurting my feelings. It keeps popping up for a schedule if someone called Anna Bliss and I don’t know any Anna Bliss or where she came from and why there’s so many people with time request.

It’s stuck on landscape mode on my phone and I can’t see what I’m typing to log in my user name and password please I’m stressing out WHAT TIME DO I WORK

Une interface digne des années 90, l’application n’est pas du tout user-friendly, aucune possibilité d’enregistrer le mot de passe ou d’utiliser Face ID, rien n’est fait dans le sens de l’utilisateur. La visualisation des plannings est terrible, la session expire tout le temps et redemande de se connecter en permanence
Comically Terrible
Truly insane how bad this app is. Clocking in and out is such a hassle. Like, comically so. I have to build in time each day to clock in and out bc this app takes so long to actually work. You have to assume it’s gonna take at least three tries to actually be able to get in. Beyond irritated that this is somehow the app my company decided to use.
Outdated
Your last update at the time of this review was three months ago. This is the ONLY app where I have to manually type my password in on EVERY use. If the app is going to insist that i log in every time can you please incorporate biometric security. Rating will change to five stars once this has been done.

It’s a good and handy app. Applying for leave is a nightmare if you have many dates to enter. You need to allow facial recognition. It’s really annoying entering your password everyone you want to use the app. Having to change your password every three months is a pain, especially when it can’t be similar to old password. Who remembers passwords these days? The secret question answers needing to be 6 letters, what a joke. What if my childhood friends name only has 5 letters? Hurrrrry up allow facial recognition
