I see that a lot of people have already complained about the way the points are being calculated, and some reviews are from 2 years ago, but you still haven’t done anything to fix that problem. It is really disappointing ☹️.

The videos are too short and confusing on some topics. As a sales associate we require some clear examples of execution . Thanks

i enjoy doing the Axonify every day cause it teaches me about the work culture food & beverages , clothing sunglasses etc which helps enhances my knowledge and also it covers various topics and give me a good grading points and helps in learning chapters on various topics.
White screen
It’s an amazing tool other than the fact that every time open a module it just loads up and sends me to a white screen and nothing I do fixes the problem even after soft closing and uninstalling.
Targeted questions
Many of the questioned asked are not related to my position at work. More targeted questions would have more added value to me and my organization
Really finicky app
General idea is good. Learning tools are good. Chat feature needs a BUNCH of work. If you search a name to chat - it doesn’t join all convos with that person together. It starts a fresh chat that can NEVER be deleted. Even if you both leave the chat - it just stays there taking space with nobody in it. Axonify notifications also don’t audibly sound AT ALL if you’re using an iPhone. Not a single iPhone user at my job can get an audible notification even with all notification settings turned on. Great idea. Execution needs work.

The trainings are great and helpful. We earn points to be able to purchase merchandise. There hasn’t been any new merchandise in almost 6 months and what is available is only clothing for women.

Won’t work and there’s no way to report errors. Currently all I get is “Oops” with error details and a try again button. Useless.
Photos need to be bigger
Fruit and vegetable pictures need to be bigger on the phone. It’s tough to make any kind of identification based on the small pictures.

I was doing well until the update a day after I installed now it won't let me answer questions or play games No screen at all for the games or questions for the last two days

I’m no longer doing the daily Level Up tasks. Hudson is selling more products than ever before. Profits are rising — but respect for workers keeps dropping. They say, “we are Hudson, not Avolta,” but in reality, we’re doing the same work, under the same leadership, just with fewer benefits and worse conditions than HMS Host employees. They have more staff, better pay, and most importantly — they’re treated like people. And us? We’re constantly understaffed and overwhelmed. Every day is a struggle. Complete Level Up, don’t miss a task, don’t be a second late. But even if you work harder than most, go above and beyond — no one says thank you. Especially not with money. No one works for free. We deserve to be recognized and compensated. That’s not a request — it’s a fact. This company does everything it can to squeeze the most out of us while giving us the bare minimum. I’m done with Level Up. I won’t support a system that treats its workers like garbage.

I have 45000 lifetime points But I only register 2425 Points How can this fair for the time and effort that I have dedicated to the fresh start app When a co worker who just started the fresh start app could become the points leader within three weeks of participation When I’ve been active in fresh start app for at least 7 months ?
the fish game glitched
I was doing my LTO for work and I chose the fish game to answer my questions and it glitches so I can’t finish the game. My managers all expect me to have this finished so please update the app so I don’t have suffer the consequences.

I really enjoy the information given. The additional videos and interactive games keeps you on your toes. The rewards demonstrate what celebrating big and small wins feels like.

Je trouve le concept de formation continue fort intéressant, cela permet de continuer à progresser rapidement et de rester à jour des nouveautés. Si le système de classement général inclus les gros resto avec beaucoup de place assise et les st-Hubert express ( avec place et staff réduit ), alors il est injuste; à mon humble avis. La section jeux…c’est une bonne idée, mais les jeux sont bien trop simpliste. Merci Rémi

Questions
The questions I keep getting are about u boats rails all have to do with stocking shelves I like the questions about the front end duties I’m a cashier not stocking so I always get them wrong also we aren’t allowed the s5 cutters and why do we have to know the different kids of lettuce , apples etc if one of the questions is to ask customer if u sure what it is. Other then that I do like the app.

Changes your score
I’ve been doing these questions and have notice that it gives you one score once you done and even though no questions were wrong it then lowers your score when you log in
