Awesome platform
Beekeeper App won’t load
I haven’t been able to use my beekeeper app since I started my job 3 months ago I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading the app but it still won’t load
Good! but…
Since I worked in the new company, I have been use it without a problem, it’s very easy and convenient platform for employees. Just a little suggestion, please improve the “mute notification” of group chats to more days/times option. It’s inconvenient to manually mute everyday the notification if I have more than 1 days off, please add option for custom day or times duration, at least have an option for 2-3days.

My notifications stay even after I have seen the massage and it’s very annoying because I seen them why are they still there !

Obwohl ich die Nachrichten schon gelesen habe, tauchen Sie immer wieder als neu auf. Muss dann auf "alle Nachrichten als gelesen markieren" dann funktioniert es meistens.

if I could give 0 stars I would. We are a 24/7 medical business. We were told BeeKeeper is HIPAA compliant, it is not. We were told many things that are not possible. It took well over 2 weeks to get a technical issue “resolved”, that wasn’t actually ever resolved. Responses on emergency emails and calls takes days to respond. Our chats didn’t load or update or days on end - they told us all 310 staff had a firewall on their internet or cell phone, wish is untrue. Then it took over a week for them to accept that answer and look for different solutions. I explained that the absence of our communication app could tank our company in less than 8 hours. They did not care. I would NEVER recommend this app or beekeeper services to anyone. I am having to sue them to get our funds back. We spent $10,000 preparing for beekeeper to be extremely let down and for beekeeper to keep asking for additional payment after knowing their services don’t work. Likely a scam.

Has some bugs/ could use improvement
Occasionally won’t load a chat thread or allow to add images. Or the pictures take a while to go through. Would love to have the option to like/react to a message in chats!

I can’t use this app for my work because you’ve rated it 17+. Seems to me this is incorrect for what it’s used for. Please evaluate the rating and change if it’s incorrect.
The “inappropriate language” filter is unpredictable and aggravating
Sometimes the language filter rejects a post for no reason that we can detect. It doesn’t even tell user which post it was, let alone what the offending language was. This is a time waster. We have a fast paced retail environment. I use this app to get information out of my head and onto the record where other people can use it. I need to be confident that my communications go through without having to monitor each time, or to reconstruct from memory what the post even was.
Translate on IPhone
For some months I could translate the text that I would receive but for some weeks I can’t translate the text only the comments are available to translate .
Suchfeld
Beim Chat wäre ein suchfeld für Fotos oder spezielle Begriffe wie bei Whatsapp sehr hilfreich, ist sehr schwierig wenn du z.B nach eine Woche etwas suchst wie ein Foto und den ganzen Chat hochscrollen musst ! Bei einen Rayonchat sehr schwierig! Dankeschön

The app will randomly say error and log me off. Today it said error logged me off now won’t show any of my chats etc in the app. And continuously logging me off this morning. This app is suppose to keep you connected. Lots of issues lately. I feel every update it gets worse
Glitches when attaching photos
Sometimes it’ll pick a different photo to send instead of the one you intended. Really frustrating.

It's great to understand what is on the menu before we get there so it's not a hard decision because it's beautiful looking food thank you chef thank you Pinehurst . It's great to be a member and great to be a part of the family.

Love this app for work, but there is no way to deleted a whole chat, only archive and though it is nice having 100 archived chats takes up so much storage on my phone. Please fix this

Would love to see a dark mode so when checking the app at night I’m not blinded
Slow….
The interface could use some smoothing out: when you type an “@“ it does not highlight the person’s name/flag them . To view a message in a stream (that came through on a banner announcement), there is an unusually long wait time for the system to update; It is not a swift update and display (like Slack). Our company has also had issues with messages not being sent, possibly due to connectivity issues. Nonetheless, there is no guarantee the message will be sent when there is proper connectivity (a la WhatsApp) , thus leading to many late notifications of messages failing to send at all. Lastly, notification badges are late to show up for messages already read and late to disappear. The whole app seems to lag. Not recommended.

Awful in every way
The Keever is probably the worst app I’ve ever had in my entire life I’ve use all kinds of apps for all kinds of reasons I’m 33 years old with kids with a couple jobs a car a house and my own business on the side where I sell and buy streetwear/designer/sneakers/clothes etc. so I have about 40 applications on my phone and over the years I’ve probably tried or used 300–400 apps and this one is by far the worst one and I don’t have it by choice I have it because for one of my jobs which is MOD Pizza the group chats are through Beekeeper app I just found out the other day that all our messages are monitored and are stored in a database even if it’s a private message between an employee and another employee. Which I don’t know how that’s legal or why MOD Pizza or beekeeper feels that invasion of privacy is not a important enough reason to change the way their app is set up BUUUUUUUT!!! the second worst thing which is a very close second is that it lags incredibly bad like I’m talking about something that’s crazy important that needs to be said so the whole business in store can know about it immediately might not read it till they get in 30 minutes later or there’s been cases where I thought it was sent and people didn’t see my message for an hour and a half later
Works well
The app works fairly well, but needs to be terminated to work every now and again. Plus if someone posts something, and deletes it the notification remains until the next post. Also, we need a dark mode ASAP please!
