Needs improvement!
So time consuming and unreliable. Many times it froze after following all the steps to log in. Couldn’t clock so 10 mins late! 3 days in a row! Had to uninstall 2 times to fix it.

Genuinely so confusing
My old clock ins were simple and straight forward. What time I clocked in and what time I clocked out. This app over complicates it. Garbage user interface.

With this new update I cannot see my my schedule requests while it’s pending to be published and before I could. can you guys please add the feature back on or fix it, it’s on through the filter feature but I cannot see it. Thank u

The functionality of the app is OK. The problem is you have to manually login every time. Face ID used to work. This could be an improvement to make it work again.

I wish an option to import to our phone calendar (iPhone, google) existed). In the past this was an option. Please bring it back.
Useless
Often doesn’t work. When it does work, it takes forever to sign in, rerouting multiple times to Authenticator app.
Clock In/Out
App will not stay signed in although I keep checking the box. Have to enter email twice and then wait for Duo each time you want to clock in or out! Not reliable!

If I could give negative stars as a rating I absolutely would. It’s extremely terrible and inconvenient to use.
Not easy to use
When it lets me login, there are some good features like checking your clock in times etc, But now it won’t let me log in with Face ID or my password

Logging in is infuriating
Clocking in and out of work used to be a breeze until the last update. Now I need to start several minutes in advance to get through every stage just to log in. No other app I have for work is this much of a pain.
Pointless
I am only able to check punches. The ability to check paystubs would be fantastic.
Colour code
The shifts I am scheduled for and the shifts I agree to should be colour coded differently.
No explanation
I was using app without any issues, and then without explanation it suddenly wouldn’t allow me access to sign in. It says my device isn’t “secure”, and to make sure you’re using a secure device. This is the same device I’ve been using. It does not explain how to ensure device is secure????
Worst app ever
This app is new to me as a former employee at the job I am currently at. It kicks me off every time and is a pain in the a**. Please make this whole thing better...
Worst scheduling app ever
So many issues: 1) timed out of the app in a few minutes so constantly having to log back in. 2) can’t see the schedule in the past. 3) can’t approve or deny PTO on the app. 4) can’t make schedule changes on the app.

Unable to use Face ID. Need to enter long email address twice to log in. Sent an email through the app asking for assistance and never heard back.
