Randomly getting logged out
Every time I do something on Tanda, such as checking work chats or picking up shifts, it logs me out. It gets really annoying having to log back in, only to be logged out again after simply doing a routine check on the app. It would be great if this issue could be looked into.
Great app….. except for notifications not working on new iPhone 17 models
The app is great, but the notifications do not work on iPhone 17 models. I’ve done all the standard trouble shooting to ensure notifications are turned on the for the app. Not being notified of pickup shifts is a problem

The ap was working perfectly however it seems there’s been a change to how availability requests are logged and worse, it’s actually booting me out of the function! I can’t even see my pending requests now. I’ve tried to look for how to fix it but can’t get answers from Tanda so leaving a review instead!

New update is awful
The app was fantastic before, good design, understandable, would’ve given it 5 stars, and much praise for the previous version. This new update however is unusable. The “availability” tab is incomprehensible and so overwhelming, it was perfectly understandable and functional before, there was no reason to change it, it benefits no one. Please change it back. I wasn’t sure if I had already written a review but it turns out I had. I’ve decided to update it to reflect how borderline unusable it is. I’ve tried setting my availability and it’s not working. AT ALL. It is incredibly frustrating, it is genuinely incomprehensible, because it says my supposed availability but I guess it doesn’t bother to communicate this to my employer? In which case, what’s the point in using the app to set anything. Genuinely awful application, would recommend to switch to literally any other app. I don’t understand why they decided they were better than the age old saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. In “fixing” the app they’ve broken it entirely.

Can you add a widget when your lunch starts, a timer starts on lock screen please. It would be so helpful!!!

every time i try to add unavailability it boots me back to the home page and also ever sunset the update it’s just ten times harder to add unavailability, please fix this and change it back to how it used to be

Tanda is employer friendly in terms of task efficiency. Not so much employee friendly and difficult to navigate.

Bug while applying for leave
There’s a bug right now that occurs every time I try to apply for leave, I try to put in the amount of hours and as soon as I click away from the box it automatically goes back to 0 hours and I can’t click request leave. It’s been doing that for about a week andI just updated and it’s still doing it. Please fix this ASAP I need to make doctors appointments allot and need to apply for leave for them.
Alright but needs work
It's pretty good but I can't see who I'm rostered on with, only my personal shifts which makes it difficult and stressful to find which manager I need to contact for that day.

mostly flawless, few bugs as the come with apps but would like to see the ability to see the date when a shift is added/changed.

I can no longer log in to this app. It is very frustrating.
New update is terrible
The old UI was fine, no idea why that was changed but the new UI is terrible - have to relearn it all because it’s hard to navigate. I can’t even put in leave that lasts longer than one week without it glitching out and taking me back to the home page. So I had to put in 2 blocks of one-week leave. I can’t even put 15 days because you can only choose between 14 days or 21. You can’t even put one day of leave until 14 days before that specific day you want. this is just plain stupid, people will forget to take their leave. why do this when we can do it in advance? If there is an actual proper way to put in unavailability for however long you want, it wasn’t communicated properly.
Great app but lack of link with other calendar
The app is working really well and is very convenient. However I would have loved an option to transfer the shifts week by week to a google calendar ! Is this meant to be a feature of the app?

Needs improvement
I use this app for work but it causes issues with my pay. It takes away hours I have worked so I don’t get paid correctly. It puts in breaks where I have not had a break, so again, my pay is incorrect. I have had to bring it up multiple times with my work place due to the apps insufficiency.

Absolutely atrocious app
This isn’t really an app, just a skinned version of the “mobile site” in that the mobile site is the only site that exists. Invasive, as it needs your location and a photo of your face (or blacked out screen) whenever you clock in. If you change the time zones, it will not change the day accordingly, leading to potential missed shifts. Clunky UI that takes forever to load. and if you try to clock into a different project, half the time the clock-in shows for the wrong one and you have to contact a manager anyways. Absolutely horrid. If your team is looking to utilize this application, don’t. Two stars instead of one because the company I work for didn’t test the loads properly, so Tanda wasn’t prepared.
Need more function
I have been using Tanda since last year October as my employer changed the rostering system. At the moment not too bad but need more improvement. Such as, If we can cancel shift request before confirmation or shift swap function would be more user friendly. And also noticed, there were time differences between rostered hours and timesheet hours. Always rostered hour showed few hours more, so you do not know how many hours you work until you have full timesheet.

I downloaded the app but I can’t open it , what should I do?
Slow & clunky
Visually this app is a vast improvement but it is too slow & clunky. All my staff complain also about its functionality and how difficult it is to move around shifts. It’s a relatively cheap product so that’s what keeps me using it.

When it works it’s swell!
Great app 70% of the time! The other 30% the app won’t even load. There have been wholes weeks at a time we’ve had to email our payroll to adjust our timesheets for us because WorkForce refuses to load. This was not a time occurrence.

A lot of it is team environment and the the push. Apart from the knuckle draggers. I find the kitchen is the heart beat of carina(bar the pokies) Good times reflect good food attitudes and hospitality.
Navigation update is completely broken
We have 2 navigation bars now with some buttons navigating to a 404 not found page and now it fully reloads the page instead of only the info on the page. Awful experience

Needs a lot of work.
This app works alright, but it has a lot of room to grow. It doesn’t show the address of job sites, so we have to wait for a separate text from management telling us where to go. Plus it has my birth date completely wrong and I can’t change it. Why is the user not allowed to change their own birth date on their profile? I wish we had stuck with Deputy, honestly.

Downloaded an update this morning and now when I launch the app it closes immediately. I’ve had issues with it before and this is the worst one. Hopefully my employer can put my work hours in for me. Slow, glitchy, and awful app.
App is pants
Used as a colleague not a manager, the app doesn’t update holidays promptly when they’ve been accepted - doesn’t refresh when there is new info that’s been updated - no option in the app to give feedback - the subscribe to calendar option for Apple doesn’t work. (Google works). Often doesn’t show that I’ve clocked on my break - and when it does, it tells me when my next shift is, not when I’m due back to work. Personally would delete if work didn’t ‘require’ me to use it.
