Easy and Convenient
Simple onboarding process and secure access to my licence whenever I need it. Never have to carry my physical licence again.
Worst Govt App
This App worked fine the first time. Then I logged myself off it, not sure how! Since then, I have not been able to use my credentials and get back into it! Keeps saying that the same credentials have been used before. Doh! Of course they have, by me! Deleted the App from the phone and have gone back to using the physical card.
Check VPN
I’ve always liked the app. I had to use it about 4 weeks ago and it worked perfectly. When I tried it today I got the splash screen appear for one second and it would then disappear and not launch the app further. After restarting the phone (iPhone 16) uninstalling, reinstalling, all the usual stuff I found that if I turned my VPN off, the app works perfectly. Never had a problem with the app previously. I use ProtonVPN with an Australian server selected. Just thought it might someone who has the same problem.
App will not open
The app suddenly stopped working. Tap on the app and it immediately closes. If anyone can help with a solution it would be appreciated.

This all seems to work well even though it has a lot of bad reviews, I dare say they have worked out all of the kinks by the time I have started to use it.
Hopeless!
Says my password has been successfully reset but then when I try to use it to log in it says the password is wrong! Waste of time!

Tried to log in, no good. Tried to reset password, no good. Tried to sign up incase all had been lost, no good. It used to work!
Standard government effort
Typical government app. Hard to use. 10 years behind. Needs an update every time you use it. More effort than it is worth. Just carry your licence with you until the government discovers technology.
Poor GUI
Can’t even sign in due to the scrolling bar inhibiting from doing so. Very poor app design
Digital ID
Tried to login in with my Digital ID. After entering identifying details it says it needs some validation and offers DL as choice. When I try to enter this it tells me I already have an ID using DL and I go round in circles.
Ts & Cs wheel of death
App gets stuck on the Ts & Cs after accepting. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing. What a terrible user experience. Invest in digital uplift please.
Rubbish
This is poorly written trash. Failed with VALID passport details. Trash MFA implementation, kept logging out accidentally until setup finished. Press the wrong thing and you’re signed out. Eventually got it working with citizenship certificate. Now I have a QR code. Question: why do I even need this app? The only useful thing it does is display a QR code that could have just been sent to me.
Can’t create Digital Identity
Can’t create Queensland Digital Identity because after entering the password I want, the Continue button is off the screen below, which is fine except when I move the page to reveal the Continue button, the page snaps back to the top, the Continue button moves off the bottom of the screen, there is no opportunity to press the Continue button.
Poor functionality
This app won’t let me login or send a reset password email. I have attempted to do this multiple times. The automated email simply doesn’t arrive.
Straight up doesn’t work
The app just refuses to open. It’s kind of annoying because I haven’t received a physical license yet and I need to be able to upload pictures of my license for some job paperwork, so now I’ll have to be late on filling out my paperwork.
