Too many updates
I would give this app 5 stars based on its reliability, functionality, intuitive & easy to navigate interface and overall usefulness BUT it seems to insist I update it (once again) almost every time I go to use it (which is often) which obviously adds a certain amount of annoyance & inconvenience to using what would otherwise be a perfect app! There really is no other flaw with the app itself. Besides being a nifty little app that’s easy to use: anything centrelink-related that it can’t do results in it automatically prompting user if they want to leave the app to go the website which then opens automatically if user consents so… Truly feel like most bad reviews are based on dissatisfaction with Centrelink itself rather than the merits of this app. But please! Less updates would make using this app a seamless & pleasant experience!

Not exactly sure what people that use this app expect it to do other than be secure and if you have any basic knowledge know how to navigate to find details. Those that don’t have been sounded for too many years.
No longer logs in from UK
Worked well up until recently, now the login page doesn’t work.
Reporting Income
The last two fortnight’s the app will NOT allow me to report my income. I’m having to go online to do it instead. Never had this happen before.

I have used it for awhile and it seems to do everything I wanted to do, maybe I don’t have complicated issues that need more attention, but I find it handy & pretty straightforward.

I used to get notifications for the payment reporting day but now i don’t get them anymore. Pls add them back as they were very convenient.

Can’t even get into it
Can’t get past the login. I put in my pin and it says loading and a blue screen and never loads. Simply doesn’t work.

Appointments!
The app update claims to make it easier to make an appointments. First message I get when I look to see how easy, is to tell me I can make appointment here. If it were not government funds paying for this, I’d not be so vexed.
Same problem for overseas users
Overall the app works well, but there has always been a problem entering UK home addresses which still isn’t resolved. UK postcodes use a combination of alpha and numeric characters and spaces. This app still only allows for numeric Aussie style postcodes. Very frustrating each time I need to update my details.

I find the app easy to log into and use
Won’t open
The app worked fine for a while but the past 4 months it gets stuck circling and doesn’t open. It is supposed to work on this phone.
It works, but don’t rely on it
Mostly it works, but there is a lot that does not. 1. Digital Wallet is not working for me on iPhone 5. 2. When you upload documents using your phone, it does not seem to sync them with your online account. For example I uploaded a rent certificate using my phone and several days later checked online with my computer. It does not show that I have upload. So, no doubt will need to call them. And this is the point of all this tech, it has so many glitches, you still need to spend 1 hour on hold to clarify stuff. I am sure I will find more faults, but this is just after 1 hour of use.

I am not a whinger! . An 84 yr old fit and able bloke. Years of easy and appreciative reporting to Centrelink. A few days of extra work was added easily. And my pension accepted with appreciation Now it is a month to month battle to even FIND Centrelink. Every fortnight, something changes! And the knowledgeable folk who help me, are often bamboozled themselves. Please do something.

It keeps crashing when trying to look at money owing. The app needs an update.
