What people like
- Cheap for students on a budget
- Free parking at Deakin works well
What they complain about
- Support never actually helps
- Keeps crashing when you open it
- Billing errors get you fined
Spectacular Parking Prices
1 cent per minute is a steal for students who are struggling financially like me.
Terrible app
This app has broken and removed my parking atleast 5-6 times, which has lead to me getting parking fines. Wtf??? It cannot be this hard
Payment method needs updating
If the card does not have enough in it, it makes you re enter your card details again once you’ve transferred money rather than allowing you to retry the payment. Very time consuming.
Premium setting is hidden
To turn off premium services so you don’t get charged it is hidden in settings and it is impossible to get a refund. Also if a payment is missed you have to enter your credits card details again claiming this is a security feature. If that was the case Google Netflix, adobe etc wouldn’t have a “Try again” button
Update?
It says update required. But how?
Ridiculous
If you want a quick casual car park for one hour it is not acceptable to be forced to spend 20 minutes to enrol, accept terms, provide you credit card and personal details, allow location tracking before you even get told the rate for parking. I want the simple slot machine back…
Senior
I go to the gym and l was trying to park in the free parking at Deakin but to no avail. A friend took me out on Sunday and put me onto your App 👋👋
No personal assistance
I had problems locating my car today and there was no one available to help me
Cash grab
Need to manually add phone number as user on apple passwords. Automatically enables premium monthly charges unless you find these and unsubscribe. Can't see any major benefit over CellOPark.
Repeated can’t log in
Today not the first time of not being able to log in and start parking with uni identity when it works everywhere else. Took nearly 30 min and over 10 goes to work. Change of location after 30 min. Glad didn’t get fined today like has happened before. Once off would be random. Third time not impressed!
Remains useless
Have been trying to use this app for about three years for my place of employment. It does not work - won’t even let me in. No way to contact support. No way to reset account t. Just keeps sending me in a login loop that fails. Please rectify this issue!
Parking
U gotta pay bro what
No ability to schedule
I’m in my office twice a week. Should be easy to preschedule that in the app right so I don’t risk a fine? Nooo of course it isn’t. Worst app ever
Hopeless
Hopeless - will not register my university carpark , even though the uni is partnered with them. Regardless if you look it up or scan the QR code provides says it’s the wrong one. Absolutely hopeless
Payment failure
This app is a billing disaster, instead of correctly charging my card on file they suspend my account immediately. The payment details are all correct with funds available.
Awful design.
Who makes you type in your credit card In 2025.. awful design
