Please Restore Auto-Rotation
This app used to automatically rotate with my phone, allowing me to use it comfortably in either portrait or landscape mode. At some point after an update, the orientation became permanently locked to landscape, and it has remained that way ever since. For me, this change has made the app significantly less usable. Many websites and applications are difficult to navigate in a forced landscape view, especially on a phone. What was once a flexible and functional mobile experience now feels unnecessarily restricted. What’s most frustrating is that I reported this issue and provided feedback quite some time ago, yet nothing has changed. It appears that portrait mode support was either removed or broken, and users who relied on it have been left without a solution. If this was an intentional design decision, I strongly encourage the developers to reconsider it. At the very least, users should have the option to choose whether the app follows their device’s orientation settings. Until then, the mobile experience remains far more cumbersome than it used to be.
Resolutions bad
When using n iPhone the resolution is bad since recent update. Cannot adjust easily when looking at any windows on workspace. Please fix this. Sometime I cannot access a laptop. This is mainly an issue on iPhone. The windows are in locked position and you cannot move the window to see data.

The latest update for iPad is complete garbage. It is unworkable. It makes me wonder whether they tested it out on an iPad before releasing it.
Screen resolution doesn’t change
I’m trying to change the screen resolution to a better quality from the floating display setting option box on my iPhone 17. It keeps popping up a message saying cannot change screen resolution when the session is active. It keeps displaying this message even after I exit my session. Any quick fix for this?
25.11.0 and latest iOS!
Version 25.11.0 doesn't work on my iPad running iOS 26.3. Ugh! I used Workspace religiously to log into my corporate VPN for remote work. Apple/Citirx please collaborate here!!!!
Crashing with pinch to zoom
iOS 18.2. App now crashes when pinching to zoom within an App.

More stable then in the past and now gets an excellent rating from me. Not sure why this App interferes with my Bluetooth connection due to this App has no sound?
Update not working

Good app, but some tweaks would make it great!
This app is fantastic when I need to access a virtual desktop in a pinch. I would consider this app perfect for my needs if a couple of things were fixed: 1. When you favorite apps or desktops on web, and an app is deprecated or you lose access to it, it no longer shows as a favorite. However, on the mobile app, there is seemingly no way to refresh your favorited apps/desktops, and when you click on a favorited app you don’t have access to anymore, it gives you a generic error message rather than simply indicating you need to refresh your apps. Since you can only refresh apps by swiping down on the apps tab, this is very confusing if you work in an environment that has apps that frequently change. Providing a method of refreshing apps from the favorites screen would solve this issue, or periodically refreshing apps on app launch (something I have never seen happen as a fairly longtime user). 2. Lack of support for FIDO2 security keys on the iOS app (I don’t use the iPadOS app) is a real bummer. Our organization requires regularly authenticating to web applications with a FIDO2 security key, but I have not found a way to bridge this device to remote desktops on the mobile app. It does seem to be possible to pair external mice and other devices, so expanding this to support FIDO keys would be super helpful.
Performance is BAD!!!
I have used Citrix on numerous devices. Despite running this on a brand new iPad, the performance is worse than even a decade old iPad. As places move to bring your own devices, tablets and phones should be supported so that people don’t need to bring a full laptop on vacations and such. Do better or expect that orgs will switch away from Citrix to something that just works on everything.

Unusable
After at least a year of not being able to even log into my account, I’m finally able to do so. However, the screen does not zoom in or out, so I can’t see the entire screen, rendering the app all but unusable. It used to be a great app, now it’s just a headache.
Kronos doesn’t consistently work

Breaking the app every other day
They updated the app so it worked for about a week but now it’s not working again. I don’t know if app development is right for these developers, since the one purpose the app has, it launch .Ica files, it is incapable of doing. This is unacceptable for a major company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely awful work.
I updated and it got worse
Citrix virtual desktop was very robust before I updated to the most recent version. Now that I updated, the mouse side bar doesn’t even have mouse functionality. It’s slower than before (I didn’t mind because I know I am connecting to a remote server on wi-fi with an ipad), and I just can’t use it and be efficient. Please fix thanks
App is trash
The app 90% of the time glitches and won’t let you zoom in and out, won’t let you navigate pages, etc. works great when it does work

Good to access my VDI through this app on iPad but only one issue facing external mouse not work in this app iPad system cursor and mouse cursor both or showing over but mouse functionality not work

Serves the purpose
Overall I like this app. I do find it a bit clunky to use on my iPad without having a mouse attached. It is really handy to access work when I don’t have my laptop. What would make it great if this supported the Apple Pencil so I could write into Word documents and emails and it converted to text rather than having to type.
Zoom
The app will not let me pinch to zoom in or out on the iPhone 16e. It was working fine on my old iPhone.
Works slowly almost every time I use the application
Needs to be fast and smooth , even after having 200+ Mbps connection the launch is extremely slow.

Does not work any longer.
After new update it no longer logs in; cannot access API—completely unusable.
Great for plant process
This app works great for quickly looking in on a plant process. Faster than opening up a computer and logging in, setting up etc. All from my phone!
Audio issue - on i-Pad / iphone
Audio is breaking on calls meeting even while testing on all applications like internet, teams audio avaya desktop agents - I am using the same VM in other devices like samsung tab or laptop it works just normal

it works on my ipad, now I don’t need two devices. A little laggy but I can live with it. Hopefully to have another update to catch up with the ios update.
Trackpad and mouse not working in session
Team - i am unable to use the keyboard trackpad and mouse in session. It works perfectly fine normally only Citrix session is giving me this problem. Please can you advise? I have read and checked all settings don’t know how to get it to work

I’ve used Citrix workspace on an Android tablet before and now that I’ve gotten an iPad I am extremely disappointed. The features to navigate in Android are sorely missed. On Android you have multiple different modes (scroll, multi-touch and panning) which offers so much freedom in navigation. Additionally the resolution options on the Android app (match dpi, server, fit screen, optimize for high resolution) is so much clearer without any of the weird glitches. The Android app also offers the ability the ability to maintain settings which for no apparent reason this app doesn’t have. I have to adjust my settings every single time I open the app before logging into my account. Another huge ability for saving credentials. I don’t want to log into to my email, then my web store then my Cerner account every single time. My PC and my Android tablet avoids these issues but the IOS app keeps being difficult at every opportunity when simplicity would’ve been appreciated. Please just make the IOS app exactly like the Android one

Does not work with new update
This app never worked great to begin with on iPhone but at least I could log on now with IOS 26 update it doesn’t work it never opens just stays on the get started screen it I swipe up about to quit app I can see my desktop but when I click to open it back up it’s the blank get started page. I’ve restarted my phone and tried multiple different days and always the same issue.
