Anybody else sick of UKG
employers stop using this trash app. how many dam times do i need to change my password. what is my password not that i've been forced to change it a thousand times. i have no clue. ooooo i can't use s password that i used before or with in 26 password changes until that password reset. i'm running out of passwords to think of and remember. no i don't want to write it down! Stop making me changing my passwords mother flickers!!!!!!

Probably the worst app I have used to check my work schedule and clock in and out on. Not very reliable. I wish it gave better updates and was more user friendly.

Yo. Your Home Screen icon is hellah lame. It’s all blurry like it’s 1999 on Windows XP. Please make UKG black with sharp lines. Otherwise everything is basically fine.
Good Application
This is a good application; however, the user/users would need to practice utilizing this system to really understand its functionality. It’s not a straightforward type of system. The users need to know or find out where each function is in the application. Once a user gets familiar with this system it then becomes a quick and easy application to use. It’s been two years since my company has merged to UKG and although I am adjusting well to the different components, there’s still so much that i need to learn about this platform.
Missed
Lots of missed time because of lock ups connectivity issues. Still have to keep track separately. Continually restarting my phone to try and get back in. I’d dump it in a second if it were up to me.
Problems sync rota
Issue with getting the app to sync to calendar as link can’t be verified. Not as user friendly to read at a glance and know who is also on. Used to be able to view rota through calendar app but no longer works. There is not even an easy way to discuss with a person.

I can’t log in in my phone but I can on the computer? Please help. Password should be the same in the computer as in the phone no? When I put forgot password it says my username which is my email is incorrect
Great App - But Logging on is problematic
Find the app really useful but we have a lot of problems with logging on for staff - locks them out when passwords expire instead of prompting to change, and it doesn’t save password or use biometrics.

No Split Screen in iOS
I want to be able to split screen in iOS, so I can keep an eye out on the “Clock Out” at the same time as other things.
Account closes way too often.
Sometimes twice a day it closes or when I go to review my hours at 6am it is closed and have to log back in. Please look into this software. The other staff members are not a fan either and one of them doesn’t even use it at all.

Password change
Password change required too often. The app logs you out when you don’t use it often. Too much info to log in again, e.g. employees don’t know or don’t remember the digits for Company Name. They think it’s really the name of their company whereas it’s a set of numbers.

Login screen failing!
When I try to use the app to login and get into my account, the app crashes and never goes into my personal information.
So far...
This has been a good app to use for clocking in and out. Seems to be efficient although oversight would be needed on the company using its end. No one likes being taken advantage of, this app lets you preclock out. So for example, if you clock out at 5pm and your shift starts at 9, but you leave an hour early, it would have to be edited by management under normal cases. However with this app you can do it yourself! Very convient if you're to be trusted. Grateful of granted access and will continue using it to the best of my ability
Why
This app is not useful; not helpful. We had to use this app at a job I had with Ollie’s and only a few of were able to access it ; and even less get to work of they did get registered. I have no idea what companies use this app that doesn’t work and tech support is nowhere to be accessed
A bit fiddly
Sometimes it will not open so I have to reboot iPhone then it seems to work ok - a bit annoying :-(

Hi guys can you please make the log in Face ID compatible. Also when I’m clocked in only the clock out button is highlighted. But even though if we press the clock in button it’s does still works and creates an error in the time sheet. Such long passwords requirements and also 2 factor

Awesome app
It’s a very easy and great way to utilize time management an hours for work it’s nice to be able to come in. Check what I need and it just makes things feel more organized. I would recommend this app to many of businesses.

Trouble logging in
I have tried to help my husband log on to his account but no success. It was asking for a company/ short name which I did put the url then the username and password which we use online to log in still no success.
Does it need to be so complicated?
I have to say that it’s a very complicated system. It contains a lot of information but I don’t find it user friendly.

This app is very easy to learn and use. I just have to set a timer to remember to clock out.
Poorest of the Poor
This application was introduced to our workplace almost a year ago. A year is what it took to integrate because of the plethora of problems it comes with. Even its very login process is inconvenient. Its layout is very technical and confusing, much so is navigating its contents trying to find anything you are looking for. UKG makes what should be very easy, simple tasks, very complex and frustrating. But I suppose its popular for companies - who dont care much for the quality of products their employees use - to adopt because its cheap.

Versatile but inconsistent
Really like not having to line up at the time clock. Issues, unless you tell it every time to remember your user name it drops it next log in. Inconsistent about logging you out. Sometime I come back after the weekend and I’m still logged into the app, other times I get logged out in less than 8 hours.
