Y’all need to make a when2help app as well cause you can’t login this one with a when2help log in. And before you say that’s because this is when2work I already know that. When2help is same people I believe.

This app is okay not the best it’s a little confusing navigating around I thought a had a shift because the app said I had & I got up all early & came too work & my work was closed ( I’m not saying where I work for safety)
Doesn’t load any schedules now
I’ve never really had any major issues with the app, nothing that an app restart wouldn’t clear up. But, for the last several weeks I have not been able to get anything to load when opening the app. Y’all broke something.
Antiquated
Why is this app so out of touch with modern technology. It is limited in so many ways— for example job-title filters only allow you to set to 1 and then they have to be reset each time when attempting to capture a shift —should be able to set and leave indefinitely. Still allows for multiple logins so there is no honor in trying to get shifts because several people can be logged in as the same person. Why isn’t there some sort of color for jobs, shifts worked vs. upcoming. Please update this app to a more modern flexible version. Thank you

It tells me when to work and alerts me. Pretty good.
Unintuitive
Not intuitive and doesn’t cross reference both jobs for scheduling. I know it’s partially my fault but the app does not show you what shifts you request to pick up so if you set it down for a while and forget you’re screwed. It also doesn’t show conflicts between multiple jobs so that you don’t overbook and I’ve done that a bit. It’s not really user friendly in that aspect. I also have an issue with the list option for your schedule only showing two weeks and not your whole schedule that’s posted it’s just a minor thing that’s just really annoying and an oversight. They can make this app better and interstate the separate schedules in a certain way that allows to just look at both simultaneously instead of just one at a time constantly logging into and out and then logging into the other and out. It’s tedious and unintuitive.

Menu Screen Never Works
The menu screen has been blank for literal days, not allowing me to access the actually necessary features of the app. Whenever it does rarely decide to appear, it will only do so after refreshing the page a few times.
Opinion
There has been multiple times when w2w has crashed and I could not see my scheduled shifts. As of right now the menu tab at the bottom does not even work. There is a lot of bugs and fixes that need to be made but aside from that, w2w is a organized, well structured, easy to use platform.
User friendly and overall amazing
I’ve used this for a couple years now and I had jobs that used other apps and absolutely nothing compares.

This app is extremely frustrating because most of the time when you click on menu it doesn’t load anything.

Since the recent update I can’t use half the icons on the bottom and there are way more steps to get to where I need to be. Sometimes I wish you would just keep well enough alone.

Useful App
Great app to have, and I'm happy my manager is making use of it. The only downside is that the UI looks like trash and the icon could use a facelift.
Website is better
There are specific feature differences between the app and website that make the website better, but the fact that it lacks in the app has gotten me in trouble at work. Ex: seeing my own pick up requests for past shifts or shifts given to someone else. Website can see all that but app can’t so it leads to issues when a shift that i requested was given to someone else but then it turns out they need me anyways. Because the pick up request had disappeared from the app for me but you can still see it on the website. I just wish the app matched the website. Also it randomly crashes and just won’t load. Plus the scheduled maintenance hours are never getting anything done but they take up lots of time. So idk. Not bad as a platform, the app just sucks.
iPhone App Issue - Reinstall
iPhone users tip: I also was affected by the recent update making the app unusable. I was finally able to get the app to work again after completely deleting/uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Everything seems to be back to normal now, but it was a very frustrating experience to miss shifts I didn’t know I was scheduled for since the app was blank.

Idk why there’s so many awful reviews. It’s such a good app for work and I’ve never seen anything like it. Changes the game completely.
Updated Review
New update which supposedly fixed issues using the app now breaks it even more. I can’t even login. Not everyone has access to a desktop computer, and I need to be able to view my work schedule.
No Notifications
Stopped sending me push notifications after a week of using
Push notifications stopped coming through
Overall, a pretty straightforward and easy to navigate app. The only issue I have with it is that I have push notifications turned on through the app AND notifications for this app turned on through my settings, and I still don’t receive any notifications for this app. And I know it’s an issue with the app and not me because this happened with my last phone, and now I have the iPhone 17 pro max all updated and everything and it’s still an issue. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still nothing. I’m missing out on some important work things! I would also love a pink option for one of the color settings. Thank you!
Great app
This is a great app but would be even better if it allowed a reminder option that you could turn on for it to allow you to get a reminder about your upcoming shift! Otherwise a very smart app!

For months now the app won’t work on iPhone products. It’s very frustrating.
Notifications don’t work anymore
When the push notifications actually came through, the app was great. Within the last month it seems like no matter what settings I change, whether in my phone’s system settings or the app’s settings, push notifications won’t work anymore. It’s a really unfortunate thing because I no longer get some pretty important updates regarding scheduling for work. Hope they fix it soon.

App hasn’t worked in about two three weeks. Doesn’t show any schedules and the menu is blank. If I wanted to use the browser I would just use the browser. Fix this please.

No push notifications
Despite checking my phone notifications setting, the app is up to date and that all the notification settings within the app are on. The in app push notifications do not ever come through. There is also very limited color options for the app. On the desktop website you can pick from many colors but on the app it’s only 5 colors for some reason.
